Keri is in Worcester office is very unprofessional, inconsiderate, and very clearly NOT a parent herself. She definitely isnt in favor of doing whats best for the child... Zero personality, and it definitely shows that DCF is looking at some of their cases as a paycheck. Keri should not be in charge of re-uniting children as she has no clue whats best.

Easy to find, nice location

My case worker wasnt a bright worker. She just cant seem to get the story straight. Calling me a liar while I was the victim. My ex had the 51 a and the 51 b respond on him. My case worker went towards his side. She kept making feel like I had no choice but to do the things that they required me to do. They r disgusting people in my eyes. They cared more about the mother and the kids more than the person who cause the case to be open.

I am sorely disappointed in the way Ive been treated by this organization. In my effort to protect my children from their toxic manipulative mother, I suddenly found myself the target of her lies. The investigators are not well trained to recognize when they are being manipulated. My ex continued to lie and bring false accusations against me when she saw how easily they believed her lies. Now that Ive finally been cleared I can only hope that they wont fall for her or other peoples lies against innocent parties. They need to learn how to deal with people who abuse the system so that the cases that really need attention can get the time they deserve.

So corrupt and they NOT help children in need in any way. You go in asking for voluntary services and are turned away. I know of so many children whose lives were ruined by this agency, including me and it’s sad that in 16 yrs, nothing at all has changed. Extremely corrupt and it doesn’t matter who the better parent is or what’s in the best interest of the children, it’s whoever has the most money to hire the best attorney. Extremely sad how many lives have been ruined by judges who don’t even read the whole story and instead rush through the case!!!

We had a great case worker that went above and beyond for the best interest of Our girl.

These people lie in court and take away children from their parents based upon bogus reasons. So much as saying you have ADHD will have them trying to take your kid. Having ADHD is not a legal reason to take away a kid. They do this because they earn more money from having kids adopted. Lawyers that work for them have straight up acknowledged that this is their main reason for their actions. They are corrupt and the fact that they still do this is horrific and illegal alone!

I have had positive dealings with this office in the past. But I recently got a visit about some bogus allegations and the DCF worker was completely unprofessional and rude.

My experience with DCF has been a nightmare. I’m naming names. Jamie and her boss Monique. I’ve called several times regarding my son’s drinking. The department has been involved for about four years. They no longer take my calls or even answer the phone when I call. To DCF my son, is in ICU at St. Vincents Hospital, he was admitted for pneumonia and his kidneys are shutting down which is alcohol related. Not only that my anomontity was disclosed to my son. I wish you had intervened and not push it under the rug.
