I LOVE KEY!!! BEST TIME EVER

The administration of Key is horrible most employees dont stay because its so poorly run. Many employees are on a power Trip and the rules of the house are inconsistent. If you have a choice please dont send your adolescent in crisis to Key there are better choices.

Its unsanitary and the shower is mostly never cleaned at all. The staff treat the clients like animals plus they give you a hard time when you get up to use the bathroom after room time. The clients get shifts for not going to school when they dont feel well. Multiple clients have reported that they have had multiple bruises from restraints with staff.

This is such an awful place. They have mild on the ceiling and FOOD! They treat you horribly. I was really sick when I was there and they didn’t help me at all! The staff hurt you and restrain you for no reason
