I like the staff especially the director who’s so selfless. They have time to give detailed explanations to every problem and serve you informations that will benefit your entire family. Am very grateful and thankful. God richly bless y’all.

Some of the staff is great other not so much .... When the drs changed my daughters formula from similac alimentum which was super expensive to similac sensitive wic was giving me 10cans a month of the alimentum but only 8 if the sensitive for the same size cans which makes absolutely no sense when her excuse for it was this is all they offer for her age when she was first put on it she was offered 2 more same sized cans for her age.... Feeling like certain people lower it if they dont like you smh

From the feedback I just got from a (very upset) family member tells me that there are a few ignorant SOBs that work at this Wic Office. When a staff member tries to act medically smarter then the childs Doctor & belittles the childs Mother ( who works full time & pays for most of the daycare & doesnt receive housing), its time to make an appointment at the East Brookfield (WIC) office. There the parent will be shown respect and not be bombarded with non understandable stupidity!!

I just was on the phone and I don’t work right now and I don’t have food stamps and my son ran out of formula and the lady was very rude and told me she could careless and if I was a real parent to buy with my own money but like I said I have no income as of right now

The wic office is amazing always goes above and beyond the people here are all great and caring ❤
