This is not a fake review. You guys towed my vehicle and were incredibly unprofessional and rude. When i asked for some basic information i was given an attitude and hung up on. I understand you probably deal with lots of unhappy people but this is not the way to run a business.

Very dissatisfied with the service, my friend had a flat tire, she hired the service, they made us wait for 4 hours and nothing was resolved. terrible customer service

They take the consumers money and dont deliver the service, we spend more than 5 hours waiting for them to arrive, so when they arrive they say that there is no tool to remove the tire 😡🤮🤢

Excellent service and friendly people. Im from out of town and they were able to get me a tire right away. Cant recommend this place enough.

Price is a bit steep, but the two guys that towed me were immensely helpful and friendly, would recommend again.

Highly recommend Worcester Towing 24. Kim and Dean were very knowledgeable and highly professional in helping me deal with my auto claim with my insurance company. I was very happy with the results from the staff from the tow all the way up to MGMT!
