The staff here is such a pleasure to work with, very friendly, and attentive! It was our sincere pleasure to provide our service for you recently. We hope that the service we provided for you met your expectations and that you would consider us again for future needs!
I am so happy with the new management team. So fast and reliable and communicate everything with their residents. Simply the best
I’ve been a resident for over 5 years and I can honestly say within those years we had change of management that were not there for any of us as residents. I would like to acknowledge the assistant manager who has been the most dependable and helpful person I’ve ever met! Things are really turning around!
Skymark does not even deserve a one star rating. This is a terrible place to live and the actual building along with its services are entirely different than how they are advertised online. It is infested with roaches and mice, the elevators are ALWAYS broken, the laundry machines don’t work, the shower never drains, and we once went without hot water for over 3 days in the winter and they did not even offer us compensation for our rent which I think is Illegal in Massachusetts. The hallways smell disgusting the majority of the time. A week ago we put in an EMERGENCY service request and it took over an hour for anyone to arrive to attend to the problem. Our dishwasher and garbage disposal also regularly break. Save your money and sanity by living literally anywhere else in Worcester.
The management team is very welcoming, work orders get done, and the assistant manager is absolutely wonderful! We are very happy hear and even renewed our please for another year!!
This place is recommended by the Lofts at Junction Shop.
I see a huge positive difference in skmark,...the office staff are very nice and helpful. The assistant manager is so nice, and I can honestly say things are looking up for skymark!!
The elevator is almost never working. It is already the third time that I need to climb the stairs to be able to reach my apartment, I live on the nineteenth floor! When I informed the office that the washing machine was not working, they informed me that I should call the company to ask them to fix it, the contract is saying that just send an email stating the problem that they would solve. When I was leaving for work at 7 am, there was a person injecting drugs into his foot, how can I leave my family at home alone if we dont have any security in the building! When I informed the office what was happening what I was told was that if I want to move I need to pay a two month rent penalty. This is the worst experience Ive ever had, I dont recommend it to anyone
I am very grateful to have such a great management team! Maritza has gone above and beyond to help me, thank for all your help!
I don’t know why people have been saying such bad things about Winn residential to be honest when they acquired the building it was in a bad state and they are doing everything in their power to make it better i have been through two management companies and I have to say the management is amazing and so accommodating my fiance are leaving due to a job opportunity elsewhere and Winn is making it so easy and we are going to miss them Jennifer Rebecca and Carmelo you guys are awesome and we can’t wait to come back and see the magic you guys do with this building I hope people can dismiss all the negativity they hear and give this apartment complex a chance
The worst place ever. The building is falling apart. Class action law suit for shady business and what not, and the parking situation sucks! A one star is too much!
This place is a joke. Wynn management has absolutely destroyed this place. Elevators are always down. Mold in my apartment that was never removed. Constantly having leaks. When I brought my issued to jenn who is suppose to be the building manager, she did absolutely nothing about it. Then proceeds to tell me it would be better if I just move out then threatens to take me to court if I break my lease. Will never rent anything operated be Wynn management again. Also there main website is only showing you furnished apartments and not what they really have.
Like the community and location, but the example/ show apartments are not an accurate representation of what we moved in to, and we were disappointed that we were told it would be the same (we did the look and lease due to this), but the one we moved into has water damage, peeling floors, peeling paint, broken cabinets, and is not like what we were told it would be like.
Do NOT live here, the ceiling is constantly leaking and the staff is BEYOND rude. This blonde woman who is a leasing agent here told me to do us all a favor and move out screamed that at me in a lobby full of people. They are constantly trying to threaten and intimidate me. I literally HATE this building and living here I am trying to leave dont even come here go be happy somewhere else these people will take all your money and treat you like garbage. Worst place I have ever lived.
People! Nice people!
I stayed for more than 3 years with my family. No major issues. Staff @ leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention Nichole, Ashley, Rose. Very secured and clean. Outstanding view of the beautiful Worcester downtown. On down side, disruption in utilities occurs infrequently and it takes days to fix it. Overall, good value for the price.
I needed a really nice place fast and contacted Rebecca Mozer for a walk around and she made everything so easy and worry free! Moved in no problem, any issue i had she attacked it on the spot. Great place to rent couldn’t be happier with my experience
I lived at Skymark for a year. The views are very nice however this is about it. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but think it is important. For the amount of money you are paying, which is expensive in Worcester, you are basically living in a glorified building in the projects. Around 25% of the residents are college students and another 25+% look like they are probably on welfare. I have heard rumors that Skymark offers low income housing and you just have to live here for a short while to see that this is probably true. You constantly smell other peoples food cooking and cigarette smoke, as they allow smoking in the apartments. The elevators regularly break down and the fire alarm went off 4x over the past 6 months--one time at 2am on a weekday. Sketchy people wait for a resident to come in so they can go in as well, as I am almost positive drug dealers live on certain floors. On top of everything, there is very little reason to live in downtown Worcester in the first place. There is not much to do unless you love the Hanover theater, which is the main attraction closeby.Overall it has been pretty unpleasant living here other than the wonderful views. The office staff is also pleasant.
Overall I can truly say it has been very pleasant living here in the tower. The view of the city is awesome and for the past 2 years management has been welcoming, patient, and exceptionally understanding. Living in the apartments has a home atmosphere no one bothers the tenants you can enjoy your music or guess peacefully and all of the tenants on my floor are kind and friendly. I would recommend anyone who wants to feel at home, safe, and comfortable. The only thing the towers dont provide is an outdoor pool, otherwise all is well and good here, thanks to all of the management who have welcomed me, God Bless You all.
I have been living here for over a year now. Management sucks they don’t do anything when we complain about an issue. They tell us to put a work order that never gets resolved. Stuff in my apartment still isn’t done and Iv just given up with asking. The elevators are always breaking down and to have to walk up and down those stairs is ridiculous. Iv seen elderly woman with groceries going up and it’s heart breaking. They’ve promised new equipment for the gym and laundry that suck horribly and nothing has been done. With all the money that i pay for rent. Not only myself but everyone in this building pays for rent you would think updates would be done. But nope. Oh another thing I’m tired of having to go downstairs to open the door. Since Iv moved here our buzzer doesn’t work.
I spent the last year living at Skymark Tower Apartments. Even more so than than the most unrivaled residential views in the city, Skymark should boast to have a group of the most attentive, caring, and understanding personnel at their leasing office. Karen and Rose have been at the leasing office since I move there and they both know me by name. They regularly checked to make sure that my residing there was everything that I expected. They were always ready to help me out. I saw them treat other residents similarly. #bestleasingofficeever
I have lived here at skymark tower for 2 years now. I am posting this review because I see a lot of bad reviews on here. People who don’t understand what’s going on behind the office doors are automatically assuming that management and staff aren’t taking care of anything around here. Unfortunately there has been a lot of issues going on due to the fact that this building is old and things have been neglected in the past due to the old management. Nicole, the current property manager, is very sweet and accommodating and does everything she can to make sure people are happy. Saddens me that people want to bad mouth her when all she is trying to do is pick up the pieces from the old property manager Karen. This place was a mess when I first moved in and since Nicole’s been here it’s gotten so much better. People also have to understand that this building is huge and there are about 200 apartments and there’s only so much everyone can do at a time. To me, If you’re really unhappy here then just move out. :)
Best staff ever!!! Today I went to the office to ask for a favor, not a necessary thing but something that I want and its amazing how they always treat me. Karen the manager and Rose are such a good team, always with a smile and willing to help in every way possible, they are very polite and friendly. I have been living here for more than a year and never had a problem with them or a misunderstanding is totally the opposite, they always have time to listen to you and even to talk about the weather or things that are not related with the building because you became more than a resident for them. Rose have such a nice personality she is very charming, respectful, helpful and professional and Karen the same (BEST manager ever). Its a pleasure to me and my family live here. I highly recommend this property to whoever that wants to live in a decent place where the whole staff became your friends and receive the respect and appreciation for being part of the Skymark Tower resident. Move here and you never will be disappointed, not with the apartments and the rest of the property much less with the whole staff especially with Rose and Karen.
Alright place, lived there for 3 years. Gym is ok, they still have equipment from the 1970s. The building staff are nice and Karen the manager is awesome. If you need anything from the building management after moving out dont speak with Rose she is very rude and unhelpful.
Love my new apartment and absolutely cannot thank the office management enough great people willing to work with you and they don’t waste no time would highly recommend this place is so beautiful and The view it’s just a good place to call home thank you Skymark office management
Horrible apartment, nothing got fixed the elevators were always broke so happy I moved out. Extremely over priced
Pleasant staff. Building is quiet and peaceful. I enjoy living here.
Two stars are ok right? I mean it isnt like a luxurious hotel or something. In Worcester mass....right?......good luck with hot water.tho staff keep doing the best to repair a neglected property by their previous owners is still the safest place to be in worcester mass considering its downtown.
Had a miserable experience dealing with one of the buildings representatives who was excruciatingly rude and disrespectful to me, even though I am a tenant. She put me in touch with the manager who was somewhat nicer and more pleasant to talk to, but the representative, Rosemarie Baillargeon, was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Customer service definitely needs some work.
Rose and Karen are the best!!! Very helpful, positive, and leave a smile on my face every time :)
I left my apartment in excellent condition (i took video before leaving as proof)in June of 2018. It is now November 2018. I have called at least 10 times to get my deposit and either no one returns my calls, people say its not their problem and take a message for someone else, or management says they will send it in a few days and i still dont get it nor any explanation why not, other than they are busy with too many units too process. The irritating thing is, i asked if they would let me live my deposit out so i could leave early back in May, and they refused, i was ok with that, because i understood it was their right to say no, given the lease agreement, however that was either a dumb policy on their part or robbery, because had they let me live out my deposit when i asked, this review would not be an issue, their correspondance with me would be done, and even if they lost my deposit it would not matter. instead, they forced me to stay or lose money (because id have to pay rent whether i stayed or not), and in the end, i still lost money because they dont give me my deposit, it is like robbery, and is actually illegal since now my right to the return of my deposit is being infringed. So my advice, Dont go to this place, even when you are a good tenant they take you for granted and they are inflexible. I have held off on writing a review because i didnt want a deposit to be what i wrote about, but in truth, i could have wrote this in August when my deposit was just a day past due but even after i tried to be nice and understanding i still have nothing to show for it. That said, before signing a lease with this place, i read another review about the same thing someone else had been through, and i ignored it, i advise you all not to ignore this review. They may be nice to you while you are there cus you pay rent on time, but they dont care at all once you leave and cant be trusted with your deposit.
The changes here are awesome. Keep up the good work.
Customer service here is horrible!!!!! I lived here for 3 years and whenever there is an issue and you go to the management, they dont act like they care about their costumers. Go somewhere else.
Nice place to live, the apartments are beautiful. However, there are a lot of things that need to be addressed for comfortability purposes. Karen is awesome, she really tries to help, but the place can seem miserable at times. At night, the area is sketchy, there are addicts/homeless that stay around the building. Management doesnt seem to be proactive in cleaning up the outside and making it more comfortable for tenants. During the first few months of warming weather, this place is a nightmare because they dont turn on the AC. They wait until the city forces them to turn it on around mid/late June. Opening windows may help, but the constant noise from fire trucks/cops/ambulances can get a bit tedious. I have about another year here, and im definitely considering moving out once my lease expires. On a positive note, im glad they made changes to their leasing staff, one of the employees was completely awful, lacking basic customer service skills. They are all very nice, and really genuinely try to help. Just a few things they could work on!
The gym here sucks, when I moved here two years ago they said it will be upgraded soon but not a single thing happened. Very dishonest
Management is a joke. Doesn’t fix anything. Elevators has been out for weeks. And that’s a recurrent problem. When it rains all the window leaks bad you’ll come home to a swimming pool.
I lived there for one year, not a good place at all, unsafe, management not good. Avoid living there if possible.
New apartments are beautiful.
