Started as adult female for self defense and have learned an invaluable amount. I can’t recommend enough for women!!!My four year old daughter daughter loves her “little ninjas” class as well! 😊 All classes are very well structured and very thorough.

Had the opportunity to train here for a year while working in Woodward. Great staff and great group of people. Large depth of talent here both men and women. Whether you just want to have fun and get in shape or train to compete this is the place to go. Any age, size, or skill level will have fun and benifit from the program here.

RYSE Academy has an outstanding program for kids and adults. The kids Character development program helps children to become a better version of themselves.The adult program starts you at a very beginner but useful skill set to defend your self in case you need it.My wife, two children and myself train at Ryse and it has helped us to do this together as a family. It is highly recommended.

My 3 year old and I love RYSE! The coaches are so patient and go out of their way to teach the kids core values. The stripe system gives my son a sense of pride.

Coach Mike left a HUGE impression on my son! My son absolutely loved training & going to the tournaments. Especially with having Mike there cheering him on. Ryse gym is very perfessional & clean. The staff are always helpful & Mike is awesome for helping the kids out when they need him.

The teaching thats available here is absolutely top notch. Coach Wickware is excellent with folks who are brand new to Jiu Jitsu, or who are seasoned veterans. The kids programs teach respect and confidence in addition to quality self-defense, and the adult programs are precisely what the doctor ordered if youre looking to get in shape, learn some valuable technique to protect yourself and others, or to prepare and test yourself at a rec or competitive level. I have been a member of Ryse for 8 months and attend the womens kickboxing, Muay Thai and occasionally JuJitsu. They are so friendly and the training is first rate, I have been amazed at what I have achieved and the muscle development. Ryse is like a big family and they really care about their members and have the personal touch that to me makes this an exceptional training and fitness facility. Highly recommend for all ages and abilities!
