Took my fleet vehicle in for an oil change today at 1pm. Upon arrival it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge me despite there being 3 employees at the desk, hence 4 stars. Ive been many times and its always slow to at least say hello well be with you shortly even when theres hardly anyone in line or in the waiting area. Other thank theyre pretty good. I had an appointment at 1pm and was leaving the dealership at 1:45pm so it was completed fairly quickly. Ill be back, but hope they clean up the customer experience a bit.
