Outstanding customer service at the Woodstock location! Branch manager Zack was incredibly kind and helpful in swapping out my rental car from an out-of-state Enterprise branch that had a leaking tire and kept losing air. Thanks so much for the 5-star service, and getting me back on the road with a safe car for the 500-mile trip back home!

I’m only giving 4 stars because of the low staffing. I have to rent cars fairly often for work and it seems that enterprise locations are almost always strapped for people. The staff at this location are excellent and they do the best they can with what they have, but enterprise really needs to get them more people to help out here. Especially on Saturday mornings. A special thanks to Colin, the assistant branch manager here, this guy is a top notch employee who runs around like crazy to keep everyone happy!

Outstanding customer service. Large selection of clean new vehicles to choose from. As always - Enterprise picks me up and returns me home after Ive returned the vehicle. Professional in every manner - Enterprise employees in Woodstock are the best of the best.On average, I rent vehicles 8-10 times a year from this location. Not once have I been disappointed with the staff or vehicle rented.

Very unprofessional..

Colin the manager charged us for the rental and he didn’t even clear us first to rent. I called corporate and they said he was being a jerk and not wanting to help so an area manager will handle it now. First of all he wanted a utility bill, I showed him and he said the balance is too high on the utility bill, but on the app of the bill is $0 balance and he said he couldn’t use it. If I were to call att they will say the bill is only printed once a month, & they can’t update it if you call. We purchased a vehicle through Enterprise that broke down this weekend and it isn’t that old, only a 2013 Chevy Equinox that we’ve had for 2 years. Now it needs a new engine. The manager knew all this and he still didn’t want to help us & left us stranded. You show them what they ask for and it’s not enough once you show them. Horrible service!!! Don’t rent from Enterprise!!!

The girl at this location was very nice. Unfortunately, they were completely OUT OF CARS when I needed one. I called both McHenry and Crystal Lake Enterprise locations and they wont come to Woodstock to get you because it is the Woodstock Enterprises territory. BUT THEYRE OUT OF CARS! They need to get this location more cars!!!

Staff was friendly and prompt as they checked car in after a one-way trip. Fortunately, insurance covered damage to car. (Without me knowing it, someone had scraped against the rear wheel well in some parking lot along the way. Well worth the money to make sure it was covered.)

The van we rented was great. It accommodated 6 of us on a long trip wonderfully and they were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was great but vehicle we rented was another thing....Ugh! Finally after chasing around and going to a different location we were finally on the road.

My weekend rental experience was terrible...the interior was extremely dirty...the adapter to plug my cell phone charger did not work, nor did the USB port after I specifically made those requests with the manager Bob. My rental ended and I returned the car...at the time of the return I mentioned I needed to make another reservation for the upcoming Friday for a friend (4 DAYS LATER!!!) that would be caring for me after my hip surgery on that upcoming Wednesday. Bob called Thur to confirm the reservation and he said bc my friend had a out of state license she needed a major credit card and since she only had a debit card I would have to be present at the time of the rental. I explained...I was just there Monday and was not to leave my house as I had just had hip surgery the day before...surely he remembered me...Bob had ABSOLUTELY no compassion or empathy and said if she wants to rent you have to be present to use your credit card...so I had to drag myself out of bed against Drs orders.....then to top it off...the pick up was in a humongous Dodge Ram....again I just had hip surgery 2 days prior!!! I arrived ...and again Bob did not show any compassion or empathy and he made it clear he remembered me from 4 days earlier returning a rental from the prior weekend. Surely this cannot be Enterprises customer loyalty....I was highly disappointed from the service of the manager Bob from this location....TERRIBLE customer sevice...however their driver who gives rides is absolutely Phenomenal!!!!

Ive only had one experience here and it was positive. They walked me through everything and when it was time for the return they picked it up from the garage I had my car at with no effort from me.

I have been using this location for a year, and half and I have been well treated. I have rented over 6 times and can say the service is 5 plus rating.

Rented a car and had great customer service, fast and friendly. I was in and out in about five minutes.
