Bill and his team at Southern Air Pros are FANTASTIC! I called them to come out to our office to see what was going on with our mini-split. It wasnt cooling like it should and seemed to be running hard. Southern Air Pros was on time, extremely courtesy/professional, respectful of our office, and most importantly - they repaired the issue in a timely manner. They did not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. Everything was straight forward and they explained the issue and how to prevent from happening in the future. We will most def. only be using Southern Air Pros with any and all of our HVAC needs and refer them to our family/friends/clients.

We first met Bill years ago--before he had his own company. His excellent service on our commercial HVAC systems quickly convinced us to enlist his help at our residence as well. Completely professional and honest. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, at 5.30 on Friday. Bill came and checked it out and got us set up with a new system as soon as humanly possible. But perhaps the key point for me is that Bill is trustworthy. With the large HVAC companies in Atlanta (and Ive used them) you just dont have that level of trust anymore. From the beginning Bill Lewis was focused on what I wanted and would work best for our home. I spent time consulting several AC companies. My wife and I always have crazy, out of the box ideas when renovating our house. We called Bill to get his thoughts about using galvanized hard ducts in basement to create a more industrial look. Southern Air Pros was recommended to me by a neighbor. They had a great experience and so did I. My HVAC unit was frozen, leaking and prior to the frozen pipes, air was was not getting to back bedrooms. So I requested a service call. Bill Lewis immediately responded by text. His office manager called to discuss my needs and set expectations. Everything worked out just as stated. Bill called 30 minutes out of arrival and arrived on time. He was courteous, professional and friendly! He explained what he would do and when he was done, he explained what to expect in the future regarding options. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them.

I contacted Bill at Southern Air Pros based on an add in a local newspaper. Bills inspection of my heat/air systems were very professional. He thoroughly inspected the units and utilized various technical equipment to validate his assessment. Important to me is that he was not reluctant to discuss how I might address some minor issues. As a result I am more than confident I will look to have him address future changes or repairs that will be necessary.

We discovered we had a gas leak in our furnace, and because of the severity of the leak, and the fact that the furnace was 36 years old already, we needed a new unit. Bill came out and assessed the situation, recommended a fairly-priced replacement, and got the work done quickly, even though the space was tight and he had to retrofit a couple of things to make it all come together. Hes an excellent communicator, takes pride in his work, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy; even coming back on a Friday night to answer a thermostat question that we could have figured out ourselves if we had just read the manual! But Bill was very kind and gracious, and just wanted to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Bill enough. In the last 14 months I’ve had two children and multiple HVAC problems. Each time I’ve called Bill and explained the situation and that I had a newborn at home. He always said I’ll be there ASAP and was within a few hours. First it was the a/c and he had it running in no time. Told me my system was on the end of its life (as it was 14 years old) and although he got it running he recommended a new system and gave us prices to give us the ability to plan ahead and save so it wasn’t so steep when it was absolutely needed. Then in July the following year it finally quit on us. Bill had a new unit and a second zone installed within a day (we didn’t have a separate zone for our upstairs in the house when we bought it and Bill recommended it). Then in the last few days it was the furnace. We finally switched the heat on at night the last few nights as we have a two week old baby and it’s getting to be 40 degrees at night. Then it never came on. I called Bill at 9am and he was here by 1. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it solved. Bills number is the only number I have saved for for any type of work on my house. He’s trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and incredibly skilled at his job. I would recommend Bill to any and everyone with out hesitation!

Both were super clean installations, with his team taking all the precautions and care as if it were their own home - even the big unit in the attic was removed and replaced without knowing they’d been! Best of all I know his work is done right. No cutting corners, and their prices are very competitive.
