The price either repair and maintenance or for the new unit compare to other places is bottom line with same product and service. Your service is deductible for 1 year if you get the new unit that is the best part.I got their service and my unit up run but after a month same issue because my unit life reach it limit I got the bottom line quote from them with discount compare to other companies on top of that they give prior repair cost adjustedLove their Approach!!!!!!!

Hi praises for GSHA! My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. I had a bad experience with Four Seasons, so I searched the internet for a new provided.Called GSHA & spoke with Maria! Awesome coordinator who connected me with Raymundo who came to my home within hours! He quoted a price that was Approximately $3500 less than Four Seasons for the exact same product. Contract was signed and Peter and Simon arrived that afternoon with my new furnace. The team is very professional and thorough. Their timeliness was a disappointment this time. The original arrival window was 8-10 am which became 8-12. But actual arrival didn’t happen until 1 pm. They need to do better with this next time.

I am incredibly impressed with every single GHSA employee including: Peter who assessed our current system at 8am on a Thursday and provided ~15 quotes including Lennox, Carrier, and Trane later that morning; Szymon & Raymundo who worked through on a hot 90F+ day removing the old systems, installing the new HVAC starting at 8am and finishing just before 7pm ; and Jakub who came out to replace the old 6-wire with an 8-wire line connecting my Nest to the 2 stage systems. From the initial contact with GSHA thru the final installation, Peter and his team were professional and great to work with. During quoting, Peter offered a variety of options, and patiently answered all questions and was willing to quote multiple scenarios, even while on vacation. Installation was done in a timely fashion on our schedule. It was a lengthy installation but the team stuck with it and saw the job thru to completion. After the installation, Peter has been available for the questions weve had. The installers were neat and tidy. The installation looks clean, very few screws or other bits of junk were left behind, and things work great. Were very happy with GSHA so far!

Set up an appointment online early in the morning due to a furnace. They did a great job of texting me that they got the appointment and texting me when the technician was on his way. Technician was actually 15 minutes early for his appointment, very friendly, diagnose the problem super quickly, explained to me what was wrong and what the fix was. I don’t normally take the time to praise companies but, they could not have done it any better then if it was my own company. I did not have to negotiate. I immediately got the best deal out there on a new furnace. I had previously shopped it around with other companies. I was actually under sold when I had asked if I should get the next model up. Piotr, the boss, told me it is unnecessary for the size of my place. Keep in mind, I had no heat during the subzero cold spell we had in mid February. They installed it the next day.When I asked about a new thermostat, he said that he cannot beat the prices that ComEd offers with their energy star rebate program. He then sent me the link in which I purchased a new nest thermostat. It was $250 plus it was on sale and the rebate, only cost me $118. He had told me as soon as I get it, let him know and he will install it for free. They just left and it looks great. I had also had a leak in the waterline to my humidifier. I am somewhat handy and was told that it’s a simple replacement that I could purchase at Menards or Home Depot. Again, saving me money.Shop around if you want but, you will not find a better company to work with that well not only give you excellent customer service(any company can say yes) but, will give you the satisfaction knowing that you got the best price. In fact, you will feel like you should owe them more for going above and beyond. This does make a difference when you are spending thousands on a new system. It’s a big pill to swallow for most and with GSHA, you will not feel like you’ve been taken to the cleaners.FYIJust so you know, the majority of the cost of a new furnace or AC units is labor. When you are dealing with contractors, find out what their unit costs. Knowing that will give you an advantage when you deal with other HVAC companies. Make sure you shop the same brand and model otherwise, you will have no idea if you are getting a good price.

Stand up provider with great response time.I bought a trane QC unit from GSHA services in august and in September all the coolant leaked out. As it turns out it was a defective trane unit. they called up trane and trane told them to replace a part under warranty but they decided they didn’t want me to deal with potential other issues, so at their cost, they just replaced with a new unit! Their service was so good when it came time to service my furnaces there was only one place to call. GSHA services. They are my goto hvac guys now.

GSHA is consistently great in fixing what is wrong with our HVAC units.

1 ) Quick response and clear answers from a live agent through online. I had a chat twice pre-installation. 2) Peter (I think sales agent!) was quick in sending a DETAILED estimate for various models, so that was helpful in deciding which one to go with. 3) Reasonable cost for the overall job as compared to ARS Rescue and Four Seasons. 4) Szymon Oleksy also did a pretty good job of completing the furnace installation work fully, neatly and quickly. Initially I thought it would take a 8 hrs based on the time estimate provided, but he was able to finish in around 5 hrs.

Dan showed up on time to discuss what needed to be Don. He was very professional and he explained the cause of the roof leaking. None had done that before! I need more roof vents to let the air out and to circulate the air in the roof. His crew came in on time as discussed, they replaced my roof in 1 day. My ceiling had damage from the roof leaking. The interior damage on my ceiling was about about 3 foot long and he cut out the damage, then put in a piece of drywall, taped it and taped it and put on the drywall plaster. He had to comeback to let the plaster to dry. He came back one more day to finish painting. Thanks to all to elevate the problem! Quick response to get it done. I will recommend Dan to all.

They are always reliably on time. Jacob came to unplug our OXY-4 filtration unit until a new replacement lamp would come in. He quickly assessed our buildings AC system which was good and working. And helped with changing our air filters. All good! Used them two years ago.

SCAM, DONT USE OR HIRE!!! I was scammed by this company with their unprofessionalism and flawed installation craftsmanship. I knew I was going to run into problems when the installer went into his car to read the in stallation instructions. Hooked up the cold/hot water to the wrong connections, damaged walls, electrical wires in my walls punctured, no hot water.So, If I can provide you with any insight, please dont fall into the trap of using them for any HVAC installation or repair. They never installed the item to manufacturers specs after calling the manufacturer and refused to fix or correct the mistakes. I had two contractors come out to review the work and they agreed that it was installed incorrectly. I made continuous follow-up phone calls that went unreturned to remove the item from my home and resolve the damage to my home, so I can work with a fair and honest HVAC company to correct their mistakes. DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP LIKE ME AND TRUST THE GOOGLE REVIEWS. They are fake on here. If you talk to a Peter from this company....run run run. You heard it hear first.

I WAS CHARGED 89.95. HE WOULDNT CLEAN IT OR SERVICE IT UNLESS I PAID ADDITIONAL 79.95. WELL, AFTER PAYING 89.95 FOR BATTERY PLACEMENT I SAID THANKS BUT NO THANKS.

The service technician showed up on time and performed a thorough A/C summer tune-up. He cleaned an inspected the compressor/coil and made sure the air temperature from the vents was within the expected range.
