My husband and I were desperate to find a moving truck to move my deceased brothers possessions to Colorado. Jeff and Julie came to our aid in the best way! They sympathized with our loss, and then went to work to really help! They found us exactly the right truck, they stayed nearby to help with hook-up, they showed us the features of the truck and answered every question. In short, they made every effort to help us during this sad time. I would give them Fifty Stars if I could!

One of the worst experiences with a company. Made a reservation to pick up a truck at 10 pm. Took a lyft from Davis which cost $20. Got there at 10 pm, spent 40 minutes alone in the dark in a sketchy place trying to get through their authentication process. Was denied access 4 times Were unable to verify your account.. They tell you to return the next day during normal daytime working hours (then why offer the 24h pick up service?). Had to take another lyft home, $20. Summary, lost 1 hour and $40, did not get the reservation, and will not be able to move out from my place which will incur in paying fees.

Worst storage place ever first they lose my direct deposit info then raised the price when they got it figured it out then when I tried emptying my unit they dont answer their phone and have no record of my unit

Front office was extremely helpful in getting me the perfect size truck for my move and had all of my paperwork filled quickly to help facilitate the process. Will use this place over any other in town hands down.
