All-Star is the best! We had a lot of schedule and need changes over the course of a week; All-Star flexed and made sure we had what we needed, when we needed it, even at the last minute. Clear billing and instructions for the equipment too. Nice folks - I would gladly work with them again!

I rented a mini excivator as well as a skid loader and both experiences were very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and didnt hesitate to answer any questions I had.

Yard is dirty and equipment looks just as bad. Employees were not helpful and place was overall understaffed. Do not recommend, ended up going to Amos Metz.

Amos Metz has better prices, and their employees look much happier. Could never recommend All Star Rents.

I rented a small bobcat.From all star rents woodland.I had some issues on the job site.These guys at all star understood my issues.And discount my rental.saving me money.Very nice guys.I would definitely drive by other rental yards on my way to all star rentals woodland.and you should to.

Totally unreliable. After weeks of communications reserved truck. Day before we confirmed truck would be ready. Called morning of pickup to verify & was told it was unavailable. They hung up on us & we never heard from manager. Called regional manager who forgot to call back. Hay grower and 4 guys hired to help left waiting. Dont count on them.

Okay. I was there to fill up propane I have two cylinders and they fill up one but the other one they couldnt because their pump machine stopped working some how

I rented a tiller from All Star, and it was a good experience all around. The price is about the same as Home Depot in West Sac, but the tiller was a better machine. And unlike Home Depot, All Star lets customers reserve machines in advance - this is a big selling point for me. The tiller was waiting when I arrived, and they helped me load it. Very friendly guys working there, I will go back the next time I need to rent machinery. All around good experience.

Had a four hour rental and was running a little behind, called and got the okay to finish the job and get back as soon as possible. Ended up 20 minutes late, but wasnt charged extra. Friendly staff helped load and unload the equipment. Highly recommend.
