I had a wonderful massage at the Woodinville InSpa, Megan was wonderful and the sore shoulder i had from kayaking felt 100% better. The staff is nice and welcoming and the spa is clean and bright. I would definitely recommend.

I love the opportunity to make an appointment online, it is very important to me. There are also many parking spaces near the building. I chose the service Gel Polish Manicure. The staff was very polite, the whole procedure took less than an hour, the quality was good.

I enjoy coming to this spa but I do seem to have better treatment if I come during a weekend rather than a weekday.The one time I came on a weekday, the receptionist looked disheveled and hadnt showered in a week ( I was under the impression that this spa required all employees to present clean and put together). My nail technician that day was also rude and refused to put drip dry on my nails but I insisted. I wont book with her again.I would recommend Mey if youre getting your nails done and Stephanie for any aesthetician services. Stephanie is fabulous and knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Mey did a great job on my nails and I will book with her from now on.I think the spa is quiet and Ive never had issues with noise but maybe some days are better than others. I will say if you dont book with someone specific, it can be dicey who you are placed with.

Granted, I frequent the Bellevue location more often, but Woodinville is closer.Prices are competitive for the service you receive. Its super easy to make an appointment online, due to COVID and not allowing extra people in the spa, kids are no where to be found (or heard) anymore. Its not a relaxing massage experience as others have stated, but I dont get massages to relax. Once you find a therapist you like, they tend to move on from Inspa which is a bummer, however.

Would not recommend for a relaxing massage. Location is very convenient, however, the layout of the location isnt conducive for relaxation. I was in room #1 and could hear talking, laughing, chairs rolling and the sounds of nails being clipped my entire massage. The music in the room was turned up pretty high and I could still hear all of the noise.The massage therapist was fine, but I did not enjoy my massage.

While the cost was reasonable, the service was horrible. I was offered nothing when I checked in. The service was 20 minutes late. The woman who worked on me said three statements to me. ‘Take off your shirt and lay face down.’ ‘That’s a BIG tattoo.’ ‘ I’m done.’ Then on my way out, I never saw her again. While I was waiting, the rest of the staff complained, vocally, about how hard it was to anyone to work on leap year weekend and how bad other employees were about showing up for work. It seems like some moral and attitude training might be in order for this location. Maybe they can learn from the Bellevue location, which is far superior.

Very friendly. My Brazilian wax was great, but my leg wax was painful and not well done. They started with this satin wax which was painful and left a residue of wax covering my leg hair, it didnt even get any hair off. Then they used a different wax and missed many little spots of hair. Didnt notice until I got home and showered. I would not recommend for anything larger than Brazilian waxes. For all the money you spend they shouldnt miss any spots or use a wax they knew didnt work on someone else before. Now I am on vacation and having to shave! Out almost $300 for a wax that wasnt complete.

I was treated as though I were the most important person there. In here, they really pamper customers.Their promise is to give customers great moments and satisfaction. I believe in that, true and honest service, plus good attitude of the staff is one of the many reasons why customers keep coming back.In here, I was the given the privilege to choose which type of treatment/service I wanted.

Small, quiet, cozy and friendly. One of the best pedicures is have had. I bought the classic. It is simple yet relaxing

So far I have had a pedicure and massage. Both good experiences. I think it does depend on the person you get because some are a little stand offish. But the people I have had the pleasure of working with have always been friendly.

Inspa is good if you cant get into your regular place and need maintenance. It feels a bit industrial. The ladies are always nice its just lacking that element of luxury.

Worst pedicure and paid double here than I do at any regular nail salon. Start to finish was only30 minutes. Gave 2 star for comfortable chair.

I have always been satisfied. They are detail oriented and it is quiet so I can relax.

Great place to go for nails, esthitician services and massage!

I was excited to spend some girl time and booked a shellac manicure at the Woodinville location. I was told while booking the appointment over the phone that full manicure services were included in this $45 dollar service. I was disappointed first by the nail technician, who greeted me with a scowl and pointed me in the direction of nail colors. Very few words were said (even though I put forth the effort), the scowl continued, my nails were filed down to almost nothing (when asked to keep as long as possible) and no time was spent on an exfoliating scrub or hand massage. I was in and out of the chair in 25 minutes and 15mins of that was just the polish setting. The only positive I can give my experience is that the technician did do a good job on the actual polish.
