Nick and Roman provided professional care to all aspects of the job. A year ago my house burned to the ground and I never thought I would smile again. Nicks positive attitude and his ability to address all the complex issues involved helped with that. So did his great sense of humor in a tough situation. As far as I can tell they missed nothing. They were also able to address the remodel issues in a way that saw to my requirements.They wore their masks, worked their team and every issue that arose. They made me smile too. (Not a necessity but definitely a plus).I would use this company again and again. They are professional, thorough and creative.Thank you Nick.

Had a house fire in August 2020. Hired Statewide to do the restoration. So far they gutted the entire house, left the hole in the roof its been sitting for 6 months as they claim to be waiting on permits from the city of Seattle. They initially quoted 6 to 9 months for the work to be completed. Not at all what we were expecting.I am updating my review as I have been contacted by Statewide within 24 hours of posting it. The company is going through some staffing issues and facing some challenges that are beyond their control. I realize that it has been a very difficult time for everyone, myself included. Even though we are without a home, we are willing to give Statewide an opportunity to perform the work that they were contracted to and I will update my review as the project progresses or is complete.August 28, 2021 Update-still waiting on Statewide to get the building permit. I would not recommend this business. Their business practice is very questionable. Not sure how to move forward to get movement on this failed project. Any recommendations?

We had a fire in August of 2019 and they did a ground up restoration of the house that burnt. Nick and William were the people we worked with for 12 months. They addressed our concerns and answered questions on a timely basis. We were very happy with the work they performed and how they helped us navigate the insurance company. They were very knowledgeable about fire restorations.

Last April, we had a fire starting in our garage and the smoke damaged the entire house. Statewide came on site right away and boarded up the property. No one would have experience in fire damage to the house, William was very helpful and knowledgeable to explain every detail of the restoration process. We decided to use Statewide Restoration.The most tedious work they started was inventory and packing our entire house contents. The content team worked in a very harsh smoky house for two weeks. They did a very professional job.Our project manager Serge and his teammates Mark, Oleg were very knowledgeable to help us in every step of the rebuild. The house was beautifully done. Thanks, operation team!

We had a house fire last June. Statewide has now entirely rebuilt our home to fit what we wanted. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure the house we ended up with was better than the one that burned down. Arthur, our first contact with the company, and Andrey, the project manager of our home were awesome to work with. If the worst happens to you in Western WA, I recommend going with Statewide.

My house caught on fire last year. It was a total disaster. Statewide sale team representative Arthur Espinoza showed up the next day, and introduced him and his company in a very professional way. The whole process ran really smooth from the beginning all the way to the end.Arthur answered my all my questions and concerns 24/7, even on his days off. If he couldn’t solve the problems which not in his job area, he would make sure finding me the person who can help me out.

We used statewide as an all inclusive for a fire that happened in our home about a year ago. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking help in any kind of restoration. Statewide was recommended to me after my house burned down. The care and concern they showed me was outstanding. They walked me through the process and were available day and night for my questions. They stopped by my rental house to check on me and my family. My project manager Serge had amazing ideas and my house is beautiful. It’s so goooood to be home. The folks at Statewide were a Godsend when my house completely burn. They did the initial boardup and offered to help in all phases of rebuild. William and his team guided us through the entire process from house design to working with my home owners insurance. Their advice, service and flexibility are priceless. We meet at the design center and choose custom cabinets, a beautiful kitchen island, a gas fireplace, appliances, paint colors etc. The construction crew were always accommodating, flexible and provided great followup on details. Highly recommended!

Statewide did an exceptional job handling a complicated water damage claim for my parents home, which claim I managed for my parents as they are elderly and have health issues. Statewides Mike Poor quickly came out to the site and handled the estimating, and he worked well with the insurer so that everything was paid for by the insurer without a hitch. Serge Stasyuk was the project manager for Statewide on the claim, and he did an excellent job accommodating my parents and my schedule during the holiday season to get the job done. All questions and issues that came up on the project were quickly resolved to my parents’ satisfaction and we could not have been more pleased with the end result. I can strongly recommend Statewide.

My family was messed up for about 6 months. Statewide came in did the permits, demo plans and rebuilt the house. The workers worked hard every day and no supervision was needed from us. I was at the job site almost every day. The workers were respectful, courteous and no shortcuts were taken.Our was 70 years old lots of code upgrades.About 400 square feet of concrete were added to our home. Statewide had to dig under the foundation to add footings. 1600 bags 80 pounds each were poured for footings.Val is the CEO of the company. He knows how to run a business. He hires extremely competent workers who take no short cuts. Statewide Restoration can do any job and if they cant they know who to contact.Val knows his stuff! I was amazed of the knowledge he has in his head. I am a retired engineer and I need to look up things at times.Val always seemed to have answers right away. Our house is 3500 square feet and really tested Statewide. Statewide passed all test with an A+. It is my opinion that no other company could of accomplished what Statewide did.Val will work with you and your budget.IF YOU WANT THE BEST PEOPLE AND JOB DONE RIGHT YOU HAVE TO HIRE STATEWIDE.I DID NOT know what to do after the fire. Statewide handled my 2018 home rebuild project (fire damage) from start to finish and I could not be happier with the results. They communicated well, were very responsive, did exactly what they said they were going to do, with excellent worksmanship throughout. Top to bottom, everything they touched was done with quality. You cant say that about too many vendors or contractors. I absolutely recommend Statewide to anyone who has a rebuild project of any kind (for reference, my project was approximately a 60K rebuild project). Give them a call. They are the real deal.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has suffered a fire . I say this because several months ago my family,and I were in a fire, where I almost died in . I was confused, hurt and felt that in many ways everything I ever had in this world was gone forever. I felt lost,until I met Ian. When I first met him I was apprehensive, as you can imagine living through such trauma, however the apprehension disappeared quickly after speaking with him briefly. Ian was the calm amongst the chaos. He let us know that we were not alone,And that he would do everything in his power to take care of our family during this disaster. Ian has been a man of his Word. He has gone above and beyond what a contractor is. He has helped our family and so many ways . This is more than a job for him because he works from his spirit and not his ego. In a world that its hard to trust strangers. He is renewed my faith in humanity in so many ways. When youre with Ian or state wide trust that youre in good hands, because any company that has such a representative I can only imagine theyre all the same.

I had never heard of this company until I received a call from my neighbor saying that someone was sitting on my front porch the morning after half of our home burned down. I left the Hotel and met Arthur who was waiting on my porch to offer his companies (Statewide) assistance through our life changing ordeal. William Welsome and Scott Ames also showed up within a couple hours of us agreeing to use there company and helped us with everything we needed to do with the insurance company and how to start piecing our life back together. They boarded up our house that day and by day 2 was already creating blue prints and lists to work with our insurance company. After a couple more days we started working with Lilly Gorash and her crew to start going through the home and make lists for us of destroyed items and tried salvaging what they could. After that we start working with our project coordinator Serge Stasyuk. I couldnt have asked for a better person for this position, he was very attentive to our needs and wants. He answered every question quickly and with great knowledge. They got our house demoed and rebuilt quicker than they had even told us it would take and it is beautiful work! We have found a few small issues since moving back in a few ago and Serge has sent his crews over within hours to the next day to fix them.I cannot say how happy my wife and I are and have been with our decision to hire this company from start to finish. The work they completed with the Insurance company taking all the stress off our shoulders as my wife was 5 months pregnant at the time of the fire and I was in my first year running my own company.

My house caught fire 04/2020. I just got my house restoration finished 9/30/2021. It took a year n a half. Its beautiful, they just do not communicate very well.
