The team is not professional and lacks systematic approach to mitigate and problem solve. Lacks training to handle situations with water damage restoration. The office never attends calls and the project team leads are ignorant about what’s happening at the houses and is not professional about communication. Do not work with them even if Insurance recommends.

This company is the best! Always professional, Awesome people who are passionate about their work and who take pride in their workmanship.

The people are amazing here but when it came to billing I was very unimpressed. There is a 3% charge for a credit card and it must be done over the phone. No online secure payments. The only other option is a check through the mail which many people don’t even have anymore. For a company that regularly charges up into the thousands this is very disappointing and displays a lack of appreciation for the customer.

24hrs a day, 7 days a week. One call and they take care of you. Hats off to the whole crew.

Our school district has been working with Debbie Kamran, of Superior Restoration for the past few years. She is so responsive, makes sure our needs are met, in a timely and efficient manner. We can literally count on her 24 hours a day/7 days per week! She even assisted us, while she was vacationing in Mexico - who does that? If you want to be treated with the utmost care, in a seriously stressful time, call Debbie Kamran, of Superior Restoration, she will take care of everything!

Superior did amazing work. We had an unexpected find in our new-to-us house behind our shower wall and crawl space: black mold and asbestos. This is the first time we have ever had to deal with something like this and Melodie and her team came out right away to bid the job, sped up the L&I process so they could start work immediately, and the work was done on time and to very high standards. The areas where the workers worked was spotless after they were done, and I was particularly impressed with the attention to my other personal belongings in the house when they were moving out and doing demo. I dont think I found a single scratch or nick anywhere. I hope that no one has to use their services in the same situation like we did, but if you do, make sure to reach out to them. Ask for Melodie as your project manager by the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and was on top of everything from start to finish!

Overcharged us after our Insurance hired them and then backed out of the bill, 2-3x what I expected for the work they did. Also stole prescription pills from our medicine cabinet. Do not trust them in your house.
