I just want to pay your team high complements for their responsiveness and efforts in drying out our hardwood kitchen floor, when our dishwasher failed last Saturday morning. Thankfully, we didn’t have to rip out any cabinets or repair any flooring due to the swift actions of your team… just one baseboard was removed as a precaution, but even that piece was removed with such care and caution that we were able to put it back, once the area was completely dry. The technicians, who set up the drying equipment and then came out each morning to see how things were going, were really nice and they went the extra mile to make sure we were informed about what was going on, and that we had a successful result.I will confidently recommend your services to my friends and family.

They came out the same day i called to assess the damage. The techs were here the next day with all the equipment to set up and start the drying out process. Every one of them were extremely friendly and efficient. They came everyday to check on things and do what ever they needed to do. They kept me informed each day.Once all was dry. I would also like ServiceMaster to know that the project manager who handled my mitigation, Shilly Sumampouw, is a great worker. She came over for an inspection on the same day my insurance agent filed a claim and referred ServiceMaster. I didn’t expect such a fast response and was overjoyed that I didn’t have to wait another day for an inspection. She came in smiling, gave us a quick rundown on the process, and gave her honest opinion on what she examined. During the inspection, I could see that she was very thorough, checking walls and floors, and even insisted on checking out the crawl space. I’m very grateful and thankful she did because it was so saturated to the point where an extractor was needed. Not only was her customer service immaculate, her communication was very appreciated. Even though she was very busy, she found the time to call me to update me on the progress and also let me know when appointments fall through/change. On the day the technicians removed the fans, I emailed Shilly to see if she was able to come back for a last inspection because I trusted her work/opinion. And, it’s a good thing I did because she found a spot in the crawl space that wasn’t fully dried. The experience I encountered with Shilly and ServiceMaster was the total opposite with my insurance adjuster. They came in, moved all the things that were in water. They put items where I asked them to store them. There was a lot of water & they came back every day until the floors & walls were completely dry. Very nice crew we had.

Our service manager, Spencer, did a fantastic job of assessing the problem and explaining how the work would proceed. He was upfront and honest so I knew he wasnt trying to rip us off. They were very responsive; Spencer showed up on a Saturday and the other crew were able to come Monday, though they are sometimes busy and cant commit to such quick appointments. We were lucky and our area that was soaked dried up by the time the rest of the crew showed up so there was nothing to do at that point. Because of their veracity, they did not tear up the area or put fans and a dehumidifier, like a dishonest company would do to scam the customer. Highly recommend!

Ryan, the project manager was very prompt arriving at my residence to do damage control from a pipe that broke and flooded 3 rooms. He explained the process and was very transparent for what needed to be done and that Service Master works with the insurance company to make sure the process goes smoothly and efficiently. Roberto & Humberto worked very hard to remove all the damage the water has caused. They were all very professional, polite and respectful. I highly recommend Service Master of Woodinville.

We had roof damage and used them to repair the inside. We didn’t have a roofer yet for the outside damage and was referred to a roofer by ServiceMaster. The roofer came out the same day and tarped the roof but never came back, leaving us to find another roofer for repairs. We then receive a $3,000 bill from ServiceMaster for the tarp! When we complained they adjusted it to $1,400. Do NOT let them give you any referrals because they will try to take advantage of your situation.

From begging to end, everyone involved, helped to make our experience calm and quick! They do exactly what they say they were going to do, with smiles on their faces! Service Master got our home up and running in only 4 days .. they completed the demolition quickly, did an amazing job at cleaning up and drying out the rest of the water. I know not all locations are the same or have the same way of helping/being kind to people .. but this location is so friendly and wants to help you in the best way they can!! All through the process of my project, the people I came in contact with were happy, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. A real pleasure to work with. They finished this stinky, gruesome job happily, (finding and removal of a very dead, decomposing opossum under my house), with laughter rather than complaints. Then made sure my home was odor free and livable again before removing their fans and air cleaner machine. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing similar projects done.

ServiceMaster provided great service when my condo experienced water loss, they got a crew out the same day despite it being late Friday afternoon. The crew were professional and experienced, and all were pleasant to interact with, and reassuring, like Im taken care of, they made a really bad circumstance a lot more bearable.I hope water loss never happens to anyone else, but I would totally recommend ServiceMaster for damage mitigation if it does.

All the ServiceMaster people we dealt with were professional and friendly - Kevin, Bobby, and Ted. Questions were answered clearly and they tried to help us out when we needed it e.g. helping me move some furniture since I was here alone. The clean-up was quick and not intrusive at all, the supplies they brought kept the rest of our home clean while they were working and they removed the waste material. I liked it that they were able to adapt to the changing situation and come up with the best solutions when necessary.Having to deal with water damage to our floor was new to us, so we appreciated Kevins leading us through the steps and explaining what was necessary. Its nice that they would have dealt with our State Farm, if theyd covered our claim.

And after that he was always super responsive to all our queries, via email or phone and prompt in all follow up. After our water heater failed and leaked water all over two rooms in our basement, ServiceMaster came promptly (on a Sunday afternoon!) and began the process of drying and dehumidifying. They were polite and did the job well. Excellent service.

We recently had a skylight leak and our insurance company referred us to ServiceMaster to clean up the water damage and prepare the site for drywall repair and painting. ServiceMaster did a great job with the cleanup. Beyond that, they answered all our questions and explained every step of not only the cleanup process but also how they worked with the insurance company. In summary, they are very professional, do excellent work, and are very easy to work with.

Early on the morning of new years day, a failed plumbing fitting caused the flooding of our second floor master bathroom, collapsed the first floor ceiling and flooded our kitchen. Happy New Year!! We realized we had a flood at 4:15 am. We had techs onsite with fans and starting the removal of contents by 10:30 am. For 11 days we lived with the fans upstairs and downstairs, while not a pleasant sound they did save my relatively new kitchen flooring.Each day a technician came to measure the moisture and adjust fan locations. Everyone was respectful of our home and very customer service oriented. We had a water heater leak for awhile that we were unaware of. It leaked in the washroom, kitchen,Under the house. ServiceMaster came out the same day and killed mold in the crawl space and dryer the standing water. Then put up fans and heaters in kitchen and crawl space for 24 hrs to dry it out, so we could have contractors in. Their staff are really nice, and good at what they do.
