We had a water leak issue in the kitchen a couple weeks ago, and was informed water mitigation action is needed right away. Fong and his team came and did a complete check for kitchen, first floor, dry wall and crawl space. They provided a quick plan to dry wherever got impacted, and dried everything in less than two weeks.The team is kind professional and helpful. It’s a pleasure to do business with them!

The reason why the company gets two stars is for the crew. They do very detailed work and care about the customers in going above and beyond theyre all a bunch of great guys. And I will say this review is coming from an employee standpoint the big problem with this company is upper management and this is a warning to all people considering working there think twice theyre very stingy with money and they will work you like a dog four less than a burger flipper doing work hazardous to your health.

Let me just say that PuroClean is made up of franchises and this is the one you want. Specifically Brandon. He is clearly an expert and very knowledgeable within his realm. He looked at my situation from every angle and then even recommended that I go with another provider based on the circumstances and costs. Not just that, but he helped guide me on what should be done, order of operations, and even volunteered his number to help guide me through the process with a different company. Wow! What a guy. Seriously coming back here if I have a flooded crawl space.

We are beyond pleased with PuroClean. They went above and beyond service in helping us get rid of all the mold in our attic and crawl space! We were told our attic was one of the most difficult to work in because of the limited space inside. But it did not limit their ability to work hard and diligently every day until it was done. The owner Craig Hawkins and manager Nick Fay blessed us in ways we didnt expect and we are so thankful and grateful for them! They worked with our financial situation because they knew how important it was for us to live in a safe and clean home. We had a kitchen pipe burst and it flooded part of our home. I called PuroClean and they came out that day. That was almost four weeks ago, and they just finished their work today. They did an amazing job with getting rid of the drywall and flooring that got water damaged. Their team packed my things up and stored them in a pod in our driveway. They got under the house and took out more than 50 bags of wet insulation in our crawl space and dried that area out. When they were finished removing everything that was wet and drying out the subfloor, they treated to prevent mold from growing. They coordinated the asbestos removal team and other contractors who were needed for various issues. They did all of this cheerfully, professionally, and respectfully. I trusted them enough to give them a key to our home and access to disarm our security system. I highly recommend this company if your home ever has the unfortunate experience of a flood or fire.

I wish 0 stars was an option. I applied to this place for a job, they told me if my driving record was 3 years clean then I could be insured by them to drive a vehicle. Well, I drive 30 miles for this interview, to be sent home and told I might not get the job since my record was 3 years and 6 months clean(shouldnt have been a problem in the first place because I met the 3 year restriction). I then called back the next day and was told that I did not get the job because almost 4 years ago my license got suspended because I didnt have a job and couldnt pay a ticket. This company is definitely shady and unprofessional.
