I love this place. Ive brought my truck here three times during the pandemic and theyve always done a great job. The staff is nice and knowledge. Ive done my breaks, my shocks and struts, and tires. Always a great price and I trust the work. I tow my horses regularly so they always take that into account. Cant say enough about them. Thanks everyone!

Horrible service. I dropped my car off at 9 am to have my flat tire repaired and was told to come back after 4. I showed at 420 and my car was in the same location as I had dropped it off. I was told that they hadn’t gotten to my car because they had an issue with the tire repair machine and it would be a few more minutes. After 30 additional minutes I was told they had a shortage of people due to covid and i would need to come back the next day. If the shortage of people was an issue this morning; why not tell me when in dropped the car off. Broken machine and shortage of people seem like bs excuses. Across the street is another tire repair shop. The service there is better and they actually do what they say they will. Plus the old guy behind the counter at Good year Woodinville is not very personable and probably should touch up on his customer service. I’ll be going across the street for my tire needs. This is the second bad service in 3 dealings.
They were very rude, not friendly or helpful. I didnt get his name but the der bald man who was at the front desk was very unprofessional and just down right rude. I do not recommend this place one bit, they also make the customers wear masks but not their employees which is very unsettling to me because even tho its just a mandate it should be taken seriously. Again do not recommend. Poor customer service.

These guys rebuilt the entire suspension and steering system in my 2000 Excursion- leaf springs, shocks, tie rods, steering box, bushings, stabilizer, sway bar; along with the AC system and front brakes. I couldnt be more satisfied. I took the vehicle on a 3,000 mile road trip just after they completed the work and it performed flawlessly. They gave a great price, were quick, and stayed in communication the entire time. Easy 5 stars.

Awesome shop. Had a ton of work done to my Toyota recently and man they did a great job. Had to drop some coin, but she drives like new. Glad to know we have a quality shop here in Woodinville. There are honest and I trust them. If you ask for a oil change only, you get a oil change only. Like I said there honest and they will call you if your vichle needs or is gonna need a replacement. Never,I tried this store twice. The first time, I told the counter person that I think I have a tire leak. Could he check? He told me that I should replace my Automatic Tire pressure sensors without even walking from behind the counter. The second time a few weeks later. My car starter had a hard time turning over, I thought I might need a new battery. He said they were very busy and wouldnt be able to check it out for a few hours. I agreed to leave the care for them to check. He called me back within minutes and quoted me a new battery and alternator. I had not gotten farther than across the street. The car hadnt moved and no-one had even opened the hood. I took the car down the street and had them check the battery for free. Problem immediately solved. Never again.
Always helpful, accommodating. Honest. Been using them since 2004 for quick flat repairs (at least a dozen), batteries (3 or 4), new tires ( 3 sets). Waiting room is a bit tired, but you can cross the street to restaurants.

Ive only ever had one bad encounter here out of hundreds, so I think its pretty great despite that. (Had an issue where my new breaks put on still squeeked like mad after paying 400 dollars, I was told wait a month and no changes. But this has only ever been an issue once out of the many many times Ive gone here.)

Had a slow leak in a tire & pulled into the Firestone who were too busy to deal w/ it immediately, so went across the street to Goodyear & they had me back on the road in 30 min. They were courteous, friendly & I was outta there for under $20.

I just plunked down a tidy sum of money to get top of the line, heavy duty tires on my truck and trailer down at Woodinville Goodyear. When I looked over the receipt, I realized that the alignment for the truck (one of the primary reasons I took my rig there - so I could get both the alignment and the tires doe at the same time), had not been done. When I asked why, Derek told me that they needed a special tool they didnt have to take off the torsion bars - wrong, I can do it myself with my bare hands and Im not a licensed mechanic. Then he told me he had called me - nothing in his messages indicated that they couldnt do the alignment because they were having trouble uncoupling the trailer - just, come get my truck. Then he told me that hed said not to bring the truck and trailer together in the first place - yes, he did say that they preferred to do them separately. I told him that would make it really hard for me and Id like to bring them in together. At no time did he tell me that they would not be able to do the alignment. As hes taking my money, he tells me to eff off (literally, swore right at me) because Im difficult and I have no reason to be upset that they didnt do the alignment. Well, I guess I *am* difficult. I expect clear communication from the people I go to to perform services, not passive-aggressive, pantywaists who start swearing at you because yes - oh my! - I dared to call them out on the fact that they didnt do the job I asked them to do. I try to support local businesses, but Im DONE with Woodinville Goodyear.
Just had a set of tires put on at Woodinville Goodyear and had a great experience. The price was great, service was fast and friendly, I couldnt ask for much else. I would recommend this place to anyone

Had a balance and rotate done. Went pretty well, didnt try to force an alignment and advised against it saying that a balance and rotate would probably fix the problem. It did, and the service was great. Courteous and professional. Im giving four stars because the car was not delivered on time and was kept an extra 45 minutes. I plan to take it back to them for my next service which will be an alignment, balance and rotate, and change of transmission oil.

I came to the Woodinville Goodyear a couple days ago for a flat tire repair, since my prior experience with them when I had my Assurance Maxlife tires installed was great. They told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire itself and all they did was refill it back with air. I went out to the parking lot to find that my tire was back to its deflated state. They looked at my tire for the second time, replaced a part that was not even related to my flat tire issue, charged me for it and when I went back out to the parking lot, my tire was deflated for the third time. The staff had a full 3 hours the first day to check what was wrong with my tire and Im sorry, but it should not take two full days for the staff to finally catch and repair a single nail in my tire. That alone was frustrating, but what has made this overall experience the worst one yet was not receiving one simple apology or an offered reimbursement / credit for the towing service (I had to have my car towed due to their third failed tire repair) and for the part they had replaced and charged me for that was not related to the tire issue. They also do not stand by their warranty because after three failed attempts on their part within one day, I should have received a new tire. Instead, I was given rude attitude by the front desk for the nail that they had failed to locate and repair during their first few attempts. If this is how Woodinville Goodyear handles each repair and treats their customers, I dont see them being in business for too much longer.
I am a bargain shopper, always check prices elsewhere. They always beat or meet the other guys. There service is unbeatable. Jim, the owner, is a great guy.

I wish I had asked more questions prior to purchasing tires from Good Year or that the person selling me the services would have been more clear. If I had known they didnt include balance, rotation and flat repair for tires purchased through them, I would have gone elsewhere. The purchase price was not competitive enough to have given up those services.

Every time we take in the old MDX our teenager drives, they never try to oversell or overcharge. In fact once an exhaust pipe had an issue and we walked out of there with a charge of $21!Now we bring all four cars to Good Year! YAYThat is how to build loyalty and repeat business!
I have been going to Woodinville Goodyear for years for tires, snow tires and the occasional repair. Never had a problem. If you drop early, the Woodinville park & ride is two blocks away so the car gets done while at work.
I bought 4 Goodyear Assurance WeatherReady tires and I love them. The owner, Jim Johnson, always provides great, prompt service. Ill go back many times.

These guys are staight up with you, and do good work. Have been using them to fix my cars for a couple years now. Not much more you can ask for in a mechanic than honesty and quality.
I purchased my tires from Goodyear and I ended up picking up a screw and developing a slow leak. So I called down to see how busy they were and they asked me to come in after their lunch shortly after 1. I bring my vehicle in and they tell me itll take and hour, they never mentioned there was a charge for this service. They call me when they are done and when I return they tell me its 15 dollars for the repair. When I pointed out that I purchased my tires from them they said well we dont cover picking up a nail. I have never heard of a tire company charging for a simple nail in the tread of the tire repair. I should have just driven down to Les Schwab because they will do a repair regardless of where you bought your tires and would have had they told me up front they were going to charge me.NEVER GO TO GOODYEAR
These people are retards. They wanted to charge me 2 hours for diagnosing a problem that is apparent within 30 seconds of opening the hood of the car. Their reason: I gotta pay my guys. This is the last time Ill ever ask a mechanic for a diagnosis.

What a terrible experience. They had no idea how to mount my tires. They didnt realize the tire came with two different profiles. They didnt know what the colored dots meant on the outside of the new tires. So they are now mounted wrong and on top of that they scratched up two of my chrome rims in the process. It was like a game to this one kid working there to see how fast he could use the impact wrench on my wheels. Well he missed and put gashes in the chrome. The manager refused to fix the scratches stating that it wasnt his fault. Nobody cares about you here go somewhere else! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
If you have an early 70s Yugo, then this may be the right place for you. Their prices are cheap and their work is slow and sloppy with zero attention to detail, just like your car. But if you value the form and function of your vehicle even a little bit, avoid this place like stage 3 syphilis. They were unprofessional, scratched the bageezus out of all four of my rims, and the car drove worse on the way out than I did on the way in.

Brought my Tundra to these guys to check the balance on my front tires since I had a slight vibration at around 45 mph and the tires were halfway through their lifespan. After waiting for over 40 minutes for someone to let me know what the diagnosis was I decided to ask the clerk to check on the progress. Much to my surprise, he returned and told me that all 4 tires were out of balance and could not be made right without replacement. We discussed new tire options and pricing but I wasnt comfortable with their determination and told them i would prefer take some time to think about it. On the the drive hone from the shop I noticed the vibration seemed to be more pronounced and occurred at wider range of speeds. Once home, I inspected the wheeels and tires mylsef and noticed two lug nuts on the rear right were crooked and not seated properly. Theads had been permanently damaged. Also, the underside of both running boards were bent from improper placement of the lift forks. I pleaded but they refused to accept any responsibility. New wheel studs and running boards cost me $800 at toyota dealer.

Horrible! Front desk balding guy has bad customer service, acts like he doesnt want to work there. Now the store manager (Steve Wilson) is even worse. Brought the car to have a headlight replaced,the headlight went dim a few days to a week later...brought it back...worked for a week or two n went dim. Fed up with the front desk guy we took the car directly to the manufacturer, come to find out, Woodinville Tire & Service installed the wrong headlight and wouldnt take that headlight back...Steve was rude about everything. Never ever referring anyone to that place ever! We will never go back! Two thumbs down, bad service and bad customer service.
