Been going here for over a year with no problems, fasts, efficient and great customer service. Change in management/ownership to Pep Boys has not been good. Took forever to drop car off for warranty tire repair, tire rotation and oil change. While waiting to drop car off, another customer that was picking his car up had his tire mounted the wrong way on the wheel, that didnt inspire confidence but figured it just a fluke. Car was suppose to be done by 5, got there @ 5 said it would be done in a few minutes, waited over 45 min extra because battery was dead in car from leaving door open with electrical components on. Again, not happy but mistakes happen. Final icing on the cake was driving the car home tire pressure light came on. I checked tire pressure when I got home, it was over inflated by 10 PSI, on the same tire that was suppose to be repaired and in the same position it was before, so tires were never rotated. Lost a customer tonight, be wary of bringing your vehicle here.UPDATE: Noticed oil leak underneath car, I took into dealership because I didnt trust bring it back to them. They didnt screw in the oil plug all the way and was leaking oil from that. Worst car service ever.

The Elliott guys are a good shop. They are friendly and they do their job well. They care about customers opinion and follow up with you to make sure you are happy with their service.Initially we didnt get to a very good start - I came to change oil and ended up with $500 bill and it caught me off guard. It was partly my fault - they asked if I wanted these things done before actually doing it and I agreed. These guys are definitely on the sensitive side and theyll recommend fixing safety-related things like breaks in advance (at 70-80% wear). On the other hand, they dont invent things that dont need to be fixed.So, if you want them to do something particular - be very specific. And if you want them to check your entire car - be ready to talk about the things they have found and be clear on what you want to get done or not.Their customer focus is very high. For example, after they did wheel rotation on my vehicle and my car started shaking when going at high speeds, they re-checked it, identified that the (now) front tires were cupped and rotated the wheels back for free.And when I pointed that one of the tires was leaking air after I took it back from their service, they agreed to check and fix it, again for free.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful. The staff is very professional. Erin was a huge help when it comes to picking out the right tires for me.. She was very knowledgeable.. Thank you guys for an all-around great experience. Ill be back !!

Great service from Daniel! We had a problem with my moms car and were not close to home. We were towed to Elliots and were helped right away by Daniel. He was clear and honest about what needed to be done. My mom ended up having a big repair done, but we feel confident that the work made the vehicle safer. Daniel also arranged for us to use the shop car while the work was being done and tried to discount as much as possible. My dad is a longtime customer of their Kent location, and he recommended Elliott when I needed new tires. This is the only repair shop I will go to if I need work done on my car. The technicians are knowledgeable and personable, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

We came out of Molebaks to find our tire was flat! These guys were able to take a look at our car on a Saturday at 4pm with no appointment. They were super friendly and upfront about cost and situation (potentially unrepairable tire). Im pretty happy with the customer service.

I went in to get my brakes bled and wheel cylinders replaced. They were wonderful. It didnt take too long. I actually had time to walk around and enjoy the town. They had quoted me X amount of dollars and they charged me less than what they estimated. Great and honest people.

Ridiculous. Scheduled several days ahead of time, got here on Saturday and proceeded to wait six hours for an oil change and tire patch. Wasted an entire day for something that should take 45 mins tops as they let everyone and their dog go ahead of me in line despite scheduling ahead. This place sucks, go somewhere where they have it together or at the very least pack a lunch and be ready to waste a day of your life.Addendum: Im adding two stars because they comped my visit for this and gave me a voucher for the next visit. I wont be coming back but they seem genuinely honest and sincere at least.

I have recently had to have quite a bit of work done on my car. A friend recommended this business to me and I cannot be happier. The manager and fellow staff members have gone out of their way to take care of my needs and were quick to follow up to make sure that my problems were fixed correctly and completely. I found them to be very thorough and very honest. They didnt recommend anything that I didnt absolutely need and I felt that their price range was very fair and that they were sensitive to my financial situation. The knowledge and skills of each of them is a quality I look for in this business of something I know absolutely nothing about.I highly recommend Elliotts in Woodinville. They shall continue to have my business.

Awful experience. My wife and I needed an oil change so we stopped by because there was only one car there. the mechanic was rude and condescending, telling us it would take two hours for the oil change and to make an appointment and come back later that day. We did, and still they managed to disregard all forms of good customer service. They had no respect for our time and did not honor our appointment time. I have never been to a place that has taken so long on an oil change. We will NEVER recommend Elliotts to anyone, and will NEVER bring them our business again. Go anywhere else for your car maintenance before going to Elliotts. Rude, dishonest, condescending, mean customer service.

I went to Elliot Tire and service around a month ago. I have saved my review, to see if what I went in for was truly repaired. My car e36 BMW had a front end shake on long highway turns or at 70mph. I took it to Big O tires and was upsold like crazy and they got my car really dirty, along with looking through things I didnt even ask for.I then proceeded it to get a second opinion at Elliots. I wouldnt be able to afford for them to do the repair so I just asked for an honest inspection. So they put my car on their rack and found the problem instantly. They walked me into the shop showed me the worn Lower Control Arm and bushing and didnt charge me a dime. I thought and told them I was willing to pay a charge since it was so hassle free but I wasnt charged a dime. The employees were nice guys as well, I would highly recommend!

Ive had good luck with this shop. They have always done good work for me and have treated us fairly.

Bait and switch tactics. quote one price over phone and another when there. will try to sell more service then what is needed. ended up paying for service that over phone was supposed to be included free. also prices are much cheaper else where and friendlier service at another repair shop.

My employer has us bring the company Vehicles here for service and routine maintenance. People here are always helpful, nice and accommodating.

Changed a timing belt for a good friend of mine and charged for it before checking the head gasket; which happened to be blown. They ended up junking the vehicle and out the cost of replacing the timing belt. Stay away from these lazy crooks.

Time estimate for front end alignment would have been nice. Otherwise, great and friendly front desk service.

Came in for a tire rotation, they noticed how low my brakes were and even brought me out to see exactly what they were talking about. I liked that they brought me out and showed me my vehicle from below and that was incredible.

4 hours and 10 minutes and 157 bucks to tell me my coil is bad which I found out in 5 minutes for free at autozone. 600 dollars to fix by these people. 78 dollars to just do it yourself with autozone part. My first and last mechanic shop experience ever. Got a complete guilt trip from employee about my frustration. Paid in 1s. Could have got a new windshield instead.

Almost 6 hours to change tires, got expectation at start that it would be an hour and that they would get right on it, after I agreed for them to work desk guy went home, truck sat in parking lot for 45 mins, once it got into shop it sat on stand for 2 hours with wheels off, once. They got new wheels on it was left in back lot without alignment for almost 2 hours, manager had to get them to start alignment, truck was on alignment stand for an hour, no updates on progress. Apparently whoever was working on my truck left early, I was stuck in waiting room with really no idea what is happening. Manager did his best to round up the troops but I am disapointed especially when spending $1700 on tires.

They swapped 4 tires on my S6 (90k car) and they used a crowbar for 2 wheels which caused massive wheel damage which they didnt want to accept responsibility. They also didnt clean any of the wheels post install so it was covered in grease. Complete joke of a shop. Also tires were set to 48 psi instead of 35. Dont take your car here period.

I was charged 700$ for my Passat alignment that was supposed to be 80$ plus tax: they broke a ABS sensor incidentally when they worked on the alignment, and they charged me the parts and labor. Also, they charged me an extra 100$ because the joint screw was too tight!

I had an appointment down the street at Goodyear and they couldnt get me in on my scheduled appointment time. You folks squeezed me in. An extra effort was made to squeeze me in. I will change to this tire service location for my repairs and purchases in the future. Thank you.
