These guy were great. RV went into limp mode and needed to get back on the road. Called and said bring it in. They diagnosed, had part in stock and had me on the road in an hour at a fair price.

These guy knows Sprinter. Don’t go anywhere (Specially shops in Eastside claims specialize in Sprinter). Just call and visit them. Their office is not like MB dealer. They don’t have nice furniture or free coffee.. Instead so many parts on the shelf and floor, old school mechanic shop. If you want to visit nice looking mechanic shop and want to pay double, this is not it. The shop reminded me of my uncle’s small mechanic shop in Japan in 80’s.They are passionate and honest, they tell you if you don’t need to fix. For my case, they will be installing rebuilt transmission (which they rebuilt them self, very rare, majority of shops in Bellevue are getting rebuilt transmission from somewhere. asked the shop in Bellevue claimed sprinter expert told me that rebuilding transmission is too hard and they just buy from somewhere.. ). Their problem is too many work/customers and not enough time and mechanics. I have to wait for few days, but worth waiting.

I cannnot more strongly recommend Dmitry for any and all things sprinter repair related. He has come through for me and my van time and again and is masterful at what he does. A no brainer go to for your van. Ten stars
