They answered the phone the first time I called and provided an accurate ETA as well as text messages updates. Elvis was polite, professional and courteous. He was able to accommodate my credit card payment and I thought the pricing was reasonable for my towing. He provided some suggestions to me, explained everything he was doing while he was securing the vehicle to the rollback, and offered to notify me when my vehicle was delivered to its destination. He notified me of delivery promptly after he dropped off my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Elvis and USA Towing to anyone in need of tow/transport services. I had a great experience with USA Towing Service when my car broke down. I actually ended up using them twice in the same day. I inquired with Elvis last night about picking up my car this morning. He let me know I could choose whatever time was good for me, and he arrived as expected. Within minutes after leaving with my car, Elvis called me to let me know he had gotten the car to the repair shop I requested to take it to. In the end, and it took all day long, the auto shop was not able to fix the car at a reasonable price, so I asked them to not work on it. I then sent a text to Elvis to ask if he could pick up the car and return it to my home whenever he had a chance. Elvis responded immediately and said he could pick it up in about 20 minutes, which he did. I found this tow service to be dependable and is also at a good cost. Elvis is very professional. I am the type of person that stuff just happens to, especially with cars, so I will definitely call on USA Towing Service without hesitation the next time I need help.

I was impressed with how quickly they came. Elvis arrived about 30 minutes before predicted which was a pleasant surprise. He also was careful not to spill any gas, and he even wiped off his fingerprints after closing the gas tank. He provided excellent service, and I will definitely be using them again!

I used elvis twice this week with two sport cars and elvis took his time and was very careful not to damage anything. Other companies told me the car was too low for them to tow and were charging me double and triple prices quoted by Elvis. Elvis even placed the car exactly where I asked him to put it upon arrival, even if it ment pushing the car. You cant find customer service like this anymore.

Wow.We (like morons) locked ourselves out of the car and literally were stranded.I got on Google, found USA Towings number and he was literally out to us in 10 minutes.Even better? He sent us a text alert letting us know how far out he was!Once he got here, he got right to work and we were in and out in 2 minutes and he really was at a fair price.Ill be keeping their info for the future! Worst experience ever with this company. No wonder they so cheap! The driver was in a hurry like he had another job already. They dispatched a truck to tow my sprinter and the driver damaged my bottom end getting it on. When I told him to stop he said it was nothing but if he had continued he could’ve tore my muffler off. After I told him to stop he said I didnt want their help and he’s leaving. Horrible service. Rude and unreliable. 0 stars
