My car died near a Wegmans and just wouldnt start. Looked on line with my phone and found AC Towing. I read several reviews and thought Id give it a shot. Turns out the reviews were right. These guys were very quick about getting to me which was awesome cause it was about 90 degrees outside. They showed up and had it towed to a shop within half an hour. Good service guys and thanks.

My car had been stolen during my visit to Virginia and after 2 weeks it was found in undrivable shape. I had called towing companies when my car had initially gone missing to see if anyone had recovered it, but AC Towing was the only one to give me the time of day. Very professional and came to pick us up at night in a very precarious area on the freeway when several other companies left us stranded at night after not really attempting to find our tough location. Ive used his company on several occasions from lock outs to towing and each and everytime,hes on time,super professional,knowledgeable,quick,safe and reliable.

I had to get my car towed last minute because the company I originally went with had me waiting 45 minutes when they told me it would only be 20 minutes. This is the best car towing & repair ever!! I mean the other place we went told us we need to change something in the car that was working fine, and it would have cost us way more than we can afford. But as soon as we got in contact with them, they helped us start our car and drove us to another place to Change the battery and the car started working fine. JC went above and beyond when helping me with my car after it was damaged by a faulty install of a remote start. He towed my car back to the place and waited and gave me a ride home from there. Once they could not fix it he towed it to a dealership and made sure I was checked in, the dealership had the keys and everything was ok before leaving. Great value, great service, I highly recommend using AC towing whenever you need a tow.

We ended our wounderful Christmas weekend with our car breaking down on 95 south by the Quantico exit. As we are from the Richmond area and know nothing of the area we were in we arranged for a tow through our insurance company. Luckily they contacted AC Towing and Recovery. JC called us to confirm the information that he was given and showed up in the time frame we were given. JC was very nice, professional, respectful, personable and accommodating. Because it was a Sunday, all of the auto mechanic businesses in the area were closed and we were accepting the fact that we were going to have to leave our car and find a way home (approximately 80 miles). JC suggested and was willing to drive us to the closest BMW service center in Alexandria, VA. We were able to receive a loner car from the dealership which saved us from having to pay for a rental or an extra large Uber bill. He couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. I locked my key in my car, and I called my insurance for roadside assistance. I was told someone would come within 90 minutes, that company didnt called or showed up. I was out in the heat for 3 hours waiting. AC towing was able to come to my rescued within 45min of the insurance company contacting them. They even bought me cold water, which was needed. Great service, was willing to travel all the way to baltimore when I needed him. He is an expert and professional at his trade.

I waited nearly 3 hours for USAA to find someone to tow me to Costco for a tire repair/replacement. I was afraid I wouldnt get there in time to have it serviced that day. It was becoming a nightmare. I guess USAA finally found the right person. AC Towing & Recovery was fast, efficient, and sympathetic. The driver even offered to drive me home (after he had his own truck serviced somewhere else) if my car would not be drivable that night.

I managed to get my Vietnam era surplus jeep really stuck about 30 feet off the road on a Saturday afternoon. It was so deep in the mud, I had to dig out my ax and shovel (mounted on the bottom of the door panel) before I could try and dig out the jeep. As the jeep had bottomed out, I had no luck. I then tried and failed to pull it out using my other four wheel drive vehicle that was still on the road (not enough weight). I called around and all the other towing and recovery businesses didnt have the proper recovery vehicle (one with a winch), would take over two hours before they had a truck available or werent remotely interested in helping. When I happenstance found AC Towing and Recovery, he came right out. My only wait was his drive time. Although it was a tricky recovery, he was willing to try and we were successful. Ive put him on speed dial. I recommend calling him first!
