As a person who is a complete germaphobe, I had a party in my house on Saturday for my 18 year old. There were over 100 teenagers present in my light carpeted basement. I knew I would have to get it cleaned some time in the following week. It wasn’t until a young lady got sick and vomited from the hallway, up the stairs and all over my walls that I knew I needed to schedule immediately. Oh and what was just as bad, those little inconsiderate teenagers threw gum all over the floor. Eric was amazing! He returned my call at midnight and was at my home on SUNDAY morning at 10 am to clean it. The price was very reasonable, he was extremely professional, and he did a phenomenal job, it smells amazing, and ALL the gum was removed!!!!! The carpet looks like it did 6 years ago when I moved in- not to mention I have 4 kids and two dogs. I would recommend this company any day! I plan to use them again.....just not under the same circumstances. Great job. 1000% satisfied.

The service I received today was beyond my expectations. Mr. Graham removed gum, paint and makeup from my carpets without any issues. TNG Restorations response was impeccable. Our floors look brand new again. I would hire them again.
