I dropped off my car at the service center yesterday for its 1pm appointment time. Itβs just about 23 hours later now and I havenβt received so much as a text message update. I called three over several hours and got sent to VM. Escalated to an off site center- and they puke not get through to anyone. The fix: they sent an email π. Very unprofessional. If I have to pay an uber just to get down there to speak with someone, I may as well drive my car somewhere else.
These guys handled my situation and had me back driving in no time. Great service! Oh and Suzie is the greatest!!
Love the nice lady with the short hair in the service department!!!(not sure of her name) but I was disappointed that they checked my windshield fluid as green but it was completely empty and they didnt refill it. Service said it would be filled but nope they left it emptyπ€¨π₯
This is my first and probably last time using a Nissan service center. My service representative was friendly and knowledgable, but I felt like I was overcharged for everything. My oil change was okay, but I thought it was odd to be charged for a full diagnosis of my other problem when I told the service rep up front exactly what another certified mechanic told me the problem was with verified paperwork. Ive never paid that much for an oil change, and when I complained, I wasnt told about the $29.95 oil change special thats advertised on the website. I found that odd as well. Customer service could probably use some improvement. I got there on time and thought that there was a line because they let someone park in the service lane. I waited for a long time before someone moved the car and was surprised to find out that I was sitting there for no reason. Also, when I pulled up to their front door ... no one came out to greet me or to let me know that I was in the right place. That wouldve been helpful since I had never been there before in my life and didnt know where to go. I guess Ive been spoiled by Toyota. But I really did like the new auto sales guy who almost convinced me to buy a new car ...... which I will definitely be taking somewhere else to get serviced!!
They fixed my issue, which is why they get the extra star, but quoted me incorrectly about my tire tread height and refused to rotate my tires for safety concerns. I then took it to Costco because they were well within warranty, who told me that they were all 4/32 and I didnt need to purchase anything, while the dealership said front were 2/32 and rear 3/32 and tried to sell me tires. Cant trust this place it seems, which is unfortunate.
Felix was very helpful. I was very uncomfortable with the finance process he took the time to do the research and explain everything to me until I was comfortable and understood the process. He also worked to get me a few additions warranty wise and worked hard to get me the car I want. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and provided great customer service.Thanks Felix

They were determined to not only get me into a new car but were determined to give me the best deal and to get me the best loan for my car. And the car is nice!!!! Great experience buying car with the salesman Darvin Alvarado. He is very proactive and accommodating with my demands. Mr. Herriera in financing also deserve a Gold medal because he is excellent at his job. He manage to get me an even a better rate that my own bank approved me for in advance. All in all a excellent place to buy a βused carβ. Just do your homework in advance and if you are dealing with these fine folks I mentioned above than you wonβt waste your whole day at the dealership!
Felix Darpoh assure me that my 2 hour drive would be worth it. I came there to see one particular car and after Felix answered all my questions about the vehicle; I realized that vehicle was not for me. So Felix quickly went to work to find a vehicle that was in my price range that was reliable and I fell in love with that vehicle. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus its very sporty comfortable and had all the bells and whistles that I was looking for.Justin Boerste was able to get my vehicle covered bumper to bumper without going over my price point. I left with my beautiful Ford Focus the same day. I was a happy camper. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family .

Eric is a great salesman. He never pushed, showed me options that fit to my wants, and was very friendly.
Tried to select a vehicle online and made contact with salesman through emails. Vehicle was a 2019 marked way down since it was last years model. However when the salesman gave me the out the door price it was thousands over the sale price. When I asked why such a high mark up, I never heard back from him again. I will never go back to this dealership. Buyer beware.

Do not buy a car from here unless you have had it inspected. I was sold a car that was missing its sensor and had no idea until my car would not stop making a sound and the price for repairs is 1700 dollars.
