After having zero luck searching for a vehicle in this crazy market of a limited supply of vehicles, I finally stopped at Karen Radley to take a look at their inventory. To my surprise they had a GREAT selection and I never once felt any sort of pressure from our salesman, Jose. He was very knowledgable and helpful, without putting pressure on us which was nice for a change. His supervisor, Shannon was also extremely willing to work with us to stay within our budget making the purchasing process stress-free. I was not going to respond to your request due to my experience yesterday. I used AAA to get my car to garage due to noise in engine. I was positive I had a loose pulley and had Darrell and, knowing him, he used his best mechanic to check over my car. Of course, no noise. I felt so bad in taking up their time on a busy Monday and they could not find anything wrong with my car. You have to know they did not treat me like the village idiot although I felt like one. You just have fabulous folks working for you and they treat the public so well..
I had my beetle serviced here and it was a wonderful experience. Darell was kind attentive and professional. They fixed everything and returned the car in excellent shape. They even gave it a wash.My only minor suggestion would be to have the mechanics wipe their traces inside a bit so the do not leave marks. Nothing major really.I loved the place and recommend it full heatedly.
Just came in for a recall fix, staff was friendly, the waiting room was somewhat cozy and the showroom is nicely arranged, been coming here for a few years now and never had any sort of problems (btw is way easier if you just book the appointment online)
First time there as I’ve recently moved here. I took it in for the airbag recall. The works was done quickly. Check in was friendly, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. When I got the car back it was clean and they had checked my tire pressure. Very satisfied and will use them for my car maintenance.
Sales experience was great with my salesman. I informed the salesman at 8:10 a.m. that I’d arrive at 6:30 p.m. to pickup my car. I arrived at 5:30 p.m. and left the dealership at 9:30 p.m. and the finance person tried to sell me maintenance packages after I waited for four hours. So much for a quick, seamless sale using another financing source.
Karen Radley Volkswagen is one of the best dealerships in Woodbridge. Customer service is top notch! The Service Consultant Louco is amazing. He is patient and clearly explains recommended services without trying to pressure me to add on unnecessary extras. This is why over the years I continue to come back to Karen Radley. I honestly had a great experience there. I did not feel pressured at all. And I truly felt like they valued me as a customer. I know they were in it to make money of course but the vibe I got was that they cared more about making the customer happy than there bottom line. I go 30 miles out of my way to get my Golf R serviced at Karen Radley. Rhea always finds a way to manage my visits like a champ, and has often found a way to fit in service aroundmy schedule, sometimes at the last minute. I have complete confidence in Daryl managing the shop, making sure I don’t spend a dollar more than necessary. I’ve never been happier with service provided by a dealer.
Went in for an oil change and service was amazing! They even changed a light bulb i couldn’t do myself and charged me less than the gas station i normally go to for minor things.
Sales person was great and we found the perfect car for my daughters birthday. Had to wait 2+ hours to get into the finance persons office because he had three people ahead of us. He started printing the documents without discussing the loan. When we asked about it he said it was already done. He excepted a 4.5% loan without asking us. We have excellent credit and refused the loan.. He discussed it with his manager and all of a sudden the loan was down to 3%. What is the scam there? How many customers just except. He pulled up an extended warranty and pitched an unknown company that was way more expensive than what we researched. I ask for VW extended warranty and he said that was way more expensive. When we insisted the price was considerably cheaper. I trusted Karen Bradley VW and have purchased cars from them in the past. Must be new manager or maybe due to Covid.....

The process of buying a new car has changed dramatically since the last time I purchased a car in 2013. I had a great experience at Karen Radley in Woodbridge, Va. Anthony and Isaac made it very simple and convenient. I LOVE my Atlas Cross Sport! Most car dealers in the Woodbrisge and Manassas area are still passing on a stiff upcharge to their customers right now, but not Karen Radley VW! They also have 0% financing available and the best financing rate I could find.
Karen Radley VW really took care of us well when the Blind Spot Monitor stopped working on our 2018 Tiguan which we bought new from another dealer. The work was covered by the VW bumper to bumper warranty.The service technician was in communication with VW service headquarters and determined the best course of action was to replace the control unit as well as the left rear radar sensor.Darrell McMillion did a great job keeping us informed through the whole process.I will be using only Karen Radley VW in the future.

The service department goes out of their way to be helpful. I have always spoken to a woman with brown hair. I have taken my car in for questions a few times. She had always checked for me right away and given me answers that saved me money in the long run. By saving me money on those items. I know I will take my car to them for any major issues because I trust the work they are doing is necessary.

Bad customer service!I called repeatedly (over 10 times) about a VW Tiguan that interested me. When I finally reached the sales person, he was very rude and impatient to me (probably because of my accent). He interrupted me several times and did not answer my questions, instead he gave me a lot of unnecessary informations about financing when clearly told him that I wanted to pay off the car. I am glad I saved myself a huge trip by not making it to their place.Please do not make a deal with them.

Bought a beetle a month ago. The staff was great. Worked with Anthony and he was awesome. Answered all my questions. Would recommend. I am still waiting for my md tags but they were great and sent another set of temp tags in the mail.
My tires was perfectly fine when I brought it in no leaks! After they tell me my tire has a leak. They took me over to see it and the aur was gushing out. I wouldve known my tire had a leak before I brought it in.Be careful when you bring you vehicle in. The are intentionally puncturing your tire to make a quick $30. Cheap move by this service center.

Max was great, very professional. The four star review is a mix of 5 stars for Max, three stars for the speed that we were processed. We drove over an hour to see and test drive a specific car. After a quick test drive, off to do paperwork. over four hours later, we were finished, which seems exceptionally slow when I walked in the door with financing already secured through my bank.

I was pleasantly surprise when Zurian, my sales consultant assisted me with buying my new Atlas VW. He is a professional. A wonderful listener and he pays great attention to details. it didnt take him long to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. My VW Atlas is beautiful and I am very happy! I would also like to include the awesome dealership leadership and finance department I would recommend this great team/dealership if you are considering purchasing a used or brand new vehicle from Karen Radley Volkswagen. 5 stars!!!!

Never go to a place of business where they don’t have your best interest at heart. Adults make their own decisions, but if you have someone willing to sell you a car to better their position knowing that it will ruin your chances in the future, you might as well take your business elsewhere. Go somewhere where customer service is the #1 priority. Not the sale in itself. PS: Eddie (finance) department isn’t the greatest as far as demeanor, communication skills, customer service skills, and etc. And never expect to talk to the same person due to their turnover rate being through the roof. Wonder why that is?! Please just be VERY careful. Thanks to the entire fiasco, which i will not write out here, I bought a car in CASH from somewhere else.
VW dealership had a great selection of vehicles on the lot. The salespeople were not pushy and gave us the time and space to talk it over. Unfortunately they were unable to meet our price and we ended purchasing our new VW through a local competitor.
Liked the dealer ship had a great price on my dream car, the staff was nice, Mishelle was a good rep. inspection revealed maintenance issues but nothing serious, everything went smoothly. Would have been a 5 star review had it not been for the 3 hour wait on getting to the finance department. This was with a preapproved check, and having completed the negotiations before hand. I really think you guys should look at getting another finance manager. Everything else was fine.

While the staff have consistently been nice, the actual service seems to decline each time I go there. I bought my 2016 VW from this location nearly 4 years ago and have continually had an issue with squeaky windows that Ive now taken to this location to be fixed 3 times. At first, it was just on the drivers side door, but it started happening on the passenger side door as well.I took my car in yesterday after being bombarded with emails for 3 months about needing maintenance even though my car was perfectly fine since my last service check the previous year and I had not driven 10,000 more miles since then. Once I drove 30 minutes to get there (I was told 2 years ago that I can only take my VW to get serviced from the same dealership I got it from) they told me that the maintenance I was being emailed about was fixed last year and had no explanation for why I was getting emails for months about it.Well at least I had the squeaky windows, which they then told me were no longer covered by my warranty and that it would cost me $145 just to do diagnostics after I told them that Ive had this problem since Ive had the car and that Ive taken it in twice to be fixed and its only gotten worse so why would I pay for this? Not only that, but it only costs my boyfriend $90 to get his AUDIs windows checked out so why Im being charged $145 is beyond me. While there were barely any other patrons there, they told me they were very busy and that it would take about TWO HOURS when I had SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT... they didnt contact for 2.5 hours to look at my windows and said that they had solved the issue. When I came to collect my car, it took another 20minutes for them to actually get it to me, but Im not sure why because the complimentary cleaning service Im supposed to get did not seem to have happened. My windows were dirty and had a lot of residue on them, but they did vacuum the inside of my car.Additionally, when I asked about the service that was done to my car the previous year for this issue they not only told me that they did a simplified version of maintenance for the issue (meaning they did NOT take care of the problem to their best ability), but that if I had any other issues pertaining to the window that I had 6 months to bring it in to be fixed for free. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS, until I showed up yesterday morning. To say that they value your money over their customer service is definitely true at this location. Worst of all, I can only take my car here to get worked on so Im pretty much out of luck on that front.The two stars are for the staffs politeness.
This was definitely one of the better car buying experiences we’ve had. We bought our previous VW at Orisman, which was miserable. We walked in knowing what we wanted to buy. Max did an awesome job. He showed us exactly what we wanted, negotiated a fair deal, took care of financing and we drove our new car home. There was very little if any sales pressure and most importantly, he got the job done. Great job to Radley and Max!
I think this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. They gave me a great trade in value for my 2012 Honda Accord and I got the Tiguan Ive always wanted.

My service adviser Rhea Schleicher was right on point from my initial call regarding my problems with my 2014 Golf TDI . I dropped off my car and within a few hours she called me to inform me of what was wrong with my car, and that the parts were on a national back order, I picked up my car and Rhea kept in touch with me. A little over a month the parts came in. We set an appointment I dropped off the car and my car was finished in a timely manner. Delivered back to me clean. She even helped me carry me belongings to my car. Great job.

Service folks are super friendly. They walked me through everything and showed me exactly what my car troubles were and fixed the problem fairly quickly on a short holiday week. My car insurance adjuster told me that she is around a lot of slimey dealerships as a regular part of her job and that these guys are pretty legit. Dont know when I will be in the market for a new VW but if their service dept. is any indication of their sales Id definitely give them a chance to get my biz.
