Mary did my nails and she was amazing. I came in with two broken big toenails and she worked a miracle to get my feet back to normal. I highly recommend her.

I’ve being coming here for a few months now and always liked how Nina does her job, but today I left the salon disappointed the lady that did my mani/pedi left chunks of gel polish on my nails and didn’t clean the edges so when I put my hands inside the LED light I felt my fingers burning and the pedi she left one toe nail half painted. I’m the type of customer that doesn’t like to complain so that’s why I stayed quiet the whole time and also it seem like the lady didn’t know much about nails, because she had to ask what to do or the other employees would tell her what to use and how to do it, other than that she was very patience & sweet.Next time I’ll make sure to ask for Nina.

The nail polish always chips the only place I’ve been too do a good job but with cheap polish. I’ve gone 3 times trying to give them a chance maybe next time I will bring my own polish

Ive been going to Nail Star for a little over 3 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them! Theyre friendly, efficient, maintain a clean salon & are VERY good at what they do...They also provide facial waxing and additional waxing services... Mary does amazing work & has an eye for her craft.

My friend and I had pedicure at Nails Star Spa. We had a very good experience. I had one of the best pedicure in Massachusetts. The spa is not fancy but clean and has everything what you need. The service was exceptional! I highly recommend this place.

I drive 25 minutes from somerville to go to Nails Star even though there are plenty of nail salons closer to me. The staff is so nice and they do such a great job. I usually get dip on my nails and it lasts forever and doesn’t crack like other places. I got a pedicure for the first time today and it was amazing. They really take the time to pamper. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough positive things about this place. Ask for the spa pedicure or spa manicure specifically. Its well worth the few extra bucks. Tina is my favorite! Shes thorough and massages for a long time and generally does an excellent job as a nail technician.

I really enjoy this nail salon. The staff is very nice and there is plenty of parking. You can walk in, Ive never made an appointment. I like going for pedicures, they do a hot stone message during it. And the nail polish lasts quite a bit of time!

The one place I go to get my nails done! Nice service and A LOT of colors. The prices are great as well. I never leave disappointed.

The service was friendly andAttentive but I would never go back. The polish colors all looked really old- they were separating in the bottle and were way too thick going on my nails. The nail fans didn’t work so took forever for my nails to dry. Plus there was no air so it was too hot to sit comfortably.

Im usually able to walk in and be taken care of quickly. The techs dont really talk to you,but theyre friendly enough. They do a decent job and pricing is about what everyone charges.

What an amazing experience one of the best pedicures I ever had. Long D was such a great technician. A very great price with a long massage for only 28.00 so worth it. Plus they even give you a card after 7 visits you get 10 cash back. Thats awesome...diffently coming back

I have been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 23yrs. I have moved more than a handful of times and have had some really bad experiences and some really good. HOWEVER.. I am so very grateful to have walked into the doors at Star Nails.. Lugo honestly does, without a doubt, the BEST acrylics anywhere in or around Boston! He is pleasant, works very quickly and efficiently, and never ceases to amaze me! My nails don’t even look like they have acrylic on them! Highly recommended!!!!

Would never go back. They made me wait an hour for a sub-standard pedicure. Although I didnt mind waiting, I felt cheated when they charged me for their advanced spa pedicure (more expensive than the express pedicure) when what I received was faster than an express pedicure. The water they let me soak my feet in was cold and nobody bothered to even ask if the temperature was okay! The person who worked on my feet didnt bother to shape my nails, in fact my nails appear uneven now. The nail polish was old and she didnt apply it well either. I could see this person trying to hurry because she already had her next customer before she could start my pedicure. I wish they valued all their customers equally. My daughter and I have gotten pedicures here for many years!!! Very friendly. Pedicures last a long time and they will paint on pretty flowers if you ask! Cery reasonable prices . Large parking lot. Great location across from Staples in Woburn!!!

They are really nice and friendly. They always know what Im getting done. Even when they are busy they are very attentive to you while you wait.

I have been going here for a few years now. Longo gives the best pedicure Ive ever had. Last week I called to make my appt with him and I was told he was off so Mary told me to come in and she would take care of me. Im glad she talked me into coming in. She was amazing also! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and she did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. They do a great job! Thank you Longo and Mary.

Yes, while they can be friendly the service wasnt that great and for the price. In my opinion not worth it. First time there and last. If all I wanted was a foot massage, Ive wouldve went to a massage place. I wanted a pedi where they actually clean around the edges of the nails and giving my nails more attention after its a pedi I went for. The massage was great but what about the nails? They only added nail polish, like really! Not happy sorry to say. Ive learned my lesson.
