Nails fell off 1 day after service, polish was not clean applied, bubbly. Very nice person but overpriced fir bad quality

Took a chance on this salon since I’m new to town and they’re nearby; I was not disappointed! Salon was clean, organized and chic. Staff there were professional and polite. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted them and in the perfect amount of time. Prices are very reasonable as well, especially compared to other salons in the area. Truly can’t name one thing wrong with my experience. I will be returning for sure!!!

Please do not go to this place HORRIBLE!!!! Impression nail had taken over to glamours nails. I had called the lady to make an appointment to get my nails done I had asked for my nail lady Kim the lady told me she stilled worked their ... I went in and asked for Kim the owner told me Kim doesn’t work their when I came in and told me they are trying to get old customers into their salon and use their name ... please don’t go here they lie to people 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ive been coming here for 15 years, and they have always done a great job! The staff are always courteous and the number of people here show why theyre still in business! Its the best deal around, and they do a terrific job

Tony and his staff are great They are careful and my wife swears by them. I know the staff and have watched the many times in their work. They greet everyone that comes in and treats them like a special customer. Their layout also has stations for pedicures, which are always ready.

Impression Nails has been taken over by Glamour Nail (Woburn Mall). Everything changed, the service is very good, very clean and very friendly. Definitely I will be back.

Ive been going to this salon for over 10 years now with my daughters. We tried many salons over the years, but we keep coming back because of the affordable prices and the quality of our nails. They dont try to upsell you things that you dont need. This isnt the fanciest salon in Woburn, but it is one of the best. Highly recommend

Wish I could give this place zero stars. The man berated my mother and made her feel horrible. She was in tears in my car. He said that he had no time for her ( she had a stroke 30 years ago and requires a little patience...not much but a little) and he explained that he had an appointment at 11. This man is truly a disgusting human being for how he treated my mother and it is not her fault that he spilled into his next appointment time unbeknownst to her. Lastly, he refused to give me the name and number of the owner.

Been going here for 20 years. I travel about 20 min and pass about 10 other nail salons to go here. Great quality, always consistent. Would never go anywhere else!!

He made three of my nails bigger than all of my other nails. And made two of my nails slanted. Not even straight at all. Also he was talking bad about customers there. I went there recently

My experience was on the phone, I tried to call to get a gift certificate for my mom for mothers day. Guy said he was busy and hung up on me
