I won’t be going back to this place. My pedicure was very nice the guy who did it was great but the lady who did my nails didn’t seem to want to do them at all. She didn’t fix up my cuticles at all she didn’t even look at them. I had the worst day then came to get my nails done because that always makes my day better and they were trash. If she couldn’t do the picture I referenced I wish she would’ve just told me and it would’ve been perfectly fine I wouldve done something else. She also didn’t even make all my nails the same size. And when I asked her to fix it she didn’t even fix the right nail. I’m so upset and wish I could get a refund I will never be coming back here. I can also see my nail already lifting and i haven’t even left the parking lot yet.

First time here. Got a pedicure and manicure the owner do so nine my nail look beautiful, and my mother got pedicure and gel manicure. She took her time with my toes and theyre pretty much perfect! I went there for a early birthday gift from my dad, Pedicure & dip power, i wouldnt go anywhere else, the environment is amazing and the quality is always out standing, the colors are always updating for new things to try and they are always open new nails designs and . I love this place .My first visit and can’t wait to come back and get manicure & pedicure, some nail art next time!! It was my fault for picking regular nail polish instead of gel, which dries MUCH faster. My nails were accidentally not dry yet so I messed a bunch of them up. Even though they were closing, they still took the time to re-coat them and fix them for me. Excellent service!!! Super efficient and also they’re really welcoming. I will to be back and tell my friend come this place service good and friendly.

I like this nail spa, but the quality of work depends on who your technician is.I just went in for a polish change and she was one the phone while doing my nails the first half, and then pasted too much polish on at a time. I would consider this the worst job they have done on my nails. The polish is streaky and rough/uneven around the edges. I also had to tell her that there was still polish on my fingers from her careless application. I was charged $25 plus tip for this.Will probably be finding a new place to get my nails done.

Finally found a great nail place, so clean, so nice. The staff did a great French manicure gel on me and put gel on the tips which is so important for me! Def will be my new spot! I’ve been coming here for many years and would definitely recommend ProNails. Amy (the owner) is a lovely person who does her best to accommodate all of the customers. They have always been conscious of hygiene and cleanliness, and now with the COVID virus they are even more cautious. I’d recommend them for sure.

Needed a pedicure and a gel manicure and my nails came out very nicely. This place all and the service was great! They have a good selection of polish (types and colors) and the staff was very friendly. The salon is very clean and they’re observing proper social distancing and cleaning protocols it seems. I followed this place with my friends here from another salon down the street that I had been going to for a long time and thought was the best of the best, but I am much happier at Treasured Hands. her work has even improved due to higher quality products and what seems to be a much more positive atmosphere. Even the manager already knew me by name by my second visit. It is also significantly more affordable and my and my best friend’s dip with long tips stopped breaking and can last a full month. is extremely talented too and everyone I’ve seen there leaves with flawless nails. ❤️

I have first time I come her pro nail spa Woburn. Ive been having my nails done by Amy practically since her first day, and you could tell right then she had all the skills necessary - besides being very attentive to my nails, she has a talent to make you feel comfortable, would make suggestions as to what is in fashion now, and what would fit you better... I am always looking forward to my manicure/pedicure appointments (which I schedule regularly), and I have never been disappointed! This place first time I visit Woburn with my friend . First let me share my thoughts about safety during this pandemic. I felt the owner was very thorough in checking my temperature and offering hand sanitizer upon arrival. The space is clean and well cared for. Now for my pedicure: I had the most gentle and thorough expert taking great care of my feet and toes. Every implement came out of a sealed (sterilized?) bag. She used a special ‘Power sander’ to remove dried skin from around my heels. I have never seen this tool used before! There were hot towels, hot stones and a nice mini-message before applying polish. All in all a fabulous pedicure and experience.

I got my Color Gel Manicure and pedicure . This place is very nice and the staffs are very friendly, especially the lady who did my nails, her name is Amy. Amy was very patient and nice. She used the special cuticle liquid to soft the cuticles instead of putting my hands in the bowl, and she cut the cuticles very gentle and clean. I can be very picky when it comes to my nails, but I got say Amy really did her work! My nails are very nice and beautiful! It was amazing, I will definitely come back to Amy again! she used some lotion to massage my hands to prevent my skin getting too dry (well, my skin gets dry easily in fall and winter). Overall, it was a nice experience, I enjoyed it very much and I will recommend this place to my friends .I highly recommend Pro Nail& spaAmy did an amazing job!! She does a best length and volume for my lashes so my lashes looks natural and gorgeous. I absolutely love my new lashes! The salon is very beautiful and also a good location.Im definitely back to this salon for my next eyelash extension! this place so amazing service . I Recommended 5 star

I started with her on the Center location 1st day yesterday. and when they closed because the pandemic I had bad time to get someone to do my nails as I like, then I find she was there and make my nails happy again. Amy is nice, friendly and do the best manicure and pedicure I ever had.

From out of town and calledto get a repair done. Told to arrive at 11:30. After sitting there 1/2 hour she finally asked to see my nail and said pink and white, oh can you come back later we are busy. Left with no repair. Thanks for treating me so poorly snd wasting my time.

This place is ok. But don’t come here if you don’t want to wear a mask. I was really upset that they didn’t tell me ON THE PHONE that they would make me wear one. If I was not in a hurry I would have chosen a different salon.

I used to be a regular here until a strange experience my sisters and I had about a year ago. The woman at the desk made my sister very uncomfortable when it was time to pay and yelled CASH CASH! I NEED YOU TO PAY CASH! and tried to force her into paying cash, when there was no issue with the card machine (Very sketchy!!) after a few minutes she rudely took the card and processed with the card reader without issue. Despite that, we returned today and unfortunately I had a similar experience. I went to pay with a card and was yelled at CASH CASH I NEED YOU TO PAY CASH! Which was very strange...I said no, I’m sorry I have a card today. She insisted I give her my Venmo information and pay her that way. I said no, I’d like to use my card please. I also mentioned the experience we had previously and that I knew she tried this before with us. She said “Oh it was working yesterday but today it’s broken...” Incredibly awkward and EMBARRASSING!!! Just be prepared to pay CASH if you come here because although she lacks a sign, you will be embarrassed, harassed, and whispered about in their language until you do so. How discriminating and uncomfortable. My two sisters, my mother, and I will be taking our business elsewhere due to her strange and disturbing behavior! Great job, you just lost FOUR loyal customers. So unfortunate because overall, the nail techs are great, and we’ve never had an issue with our manicures or pedicures. Seems like it’s time for Pro Nails to start claiming all the money they actually make, or PUT UP A CASH ONLY SIGN!!!!!!Most of these “5 star” reviews are ....very similar! All the “reviewers” have reviewed the same places...If you reply to this stating this is false, I have proof from your forceful Venmo transaction on my account.

My overall experience was amazing, I have been in search of a new location closer to home and I have officially found it. I love that they are very versatile. The staff was in charge of taking care of me today. She did an amazing job on not only my nails but my eyebrows as well. My eyebrows are my pride and joy lol and not many can do them but she is a star and takes pride in her work to ensure you are fully satisfied. She also throughout the process kept checking to ensure I was ok. The manager even came by several times to check in and made sure I did not need anything. This place use products all Natural nuskin pedicure and manicure .this is hands down my go to nails spot. They do the most thorough long-lasting job. Everytime I get my nails done here, I get so many compliments. They are friendly and professional. Just know that because of this reputation, they are very popular, and because each technician (Ive worked with 3) does such a good job, be prepared for it to take longer than usual. 100% worth it though because their mani and pedi last 2x as long as anywhere else.I will be back this place great jobs .

I have been looking for a new nail salon for awhile now. I loved my old salon, but they cut my cuticles 4 times the last time i was there, everyone kows how much that hurts. Extremely disappointed in Pro Nails. I have been a customer for over a year now. Pre-COVID, no complaints about this place at all, which is why I continued to go. Since they reopened in June, they increased prices which is understandable to a point. Pre-Covid I would pay $35 for a fill with gel color. Post-covid/reopening they charged $38 which was fine. Since June, I’ve gone back and been charged $38, $40, $43, and today $45 for the exact same service. I voiced this concern to the owner and she was not able to provide a valid reason for why a loyal, repeat customer keeps getting charged more for the exact same service every few weeks. After being charged now $10 more than I was pre-Covid for a fill with gel color, I will not be returning as it seems like the price will just continue to increase for future visits.

I love this place! I brought my entire family (5 kids +husband and sister) here for pedicures right before my son’s wedding. The staff was so accommodating! I’ve been back many times since then. Just brought my Mom in for a pedicure on Monday and she was thrilled with the service. Can’t say enough good things!

They overbooked themselves and took quite a while to take my friend and I. They took people who came after us as well. The main lady also did not do very well on my acrylics. It’s only been a week exactly and I already need a refill and my thumb nail is lifting. Not worth $35.

I came here for as a treat from my boyfriend as an early birthday gift to get a bit of pampering done..the services I decided on getting were a Gel Manicure,with the addition of gemstones on both my middle fingers,and the European Spa Pedicure,which was the first pedicure Ive ever had. When I arrived there were only 2 women working in the salon, mind you,I did arrive rather late,about 6:30,on a Monday night right after we had a bit of a snow storm..and they were both busy with clients,I was asked what services I would be getting and then told that my wait would be about 15-20 minutes.It wasnt until 7 p.m. that one of the nail technicians was finally free and able to assist me, my gel manicure was done first, I was worried they didnt have the nail color I wanted, because while I was waiting I was told to go through a small assortment of painted acrylic nails they had,that you could flip through and see the polish colors as they would appear on a/your finger nail..and what I was given to look at that was supposed to be their assortment of gel polish colors, was not anything special,mediocre at best,and it worried me..I felt like I was going to end up having to settle.Luckily when asked what polish color I wanted done I told them black, but I did not see it and thankfully they of course did have it,so I was happy and relieved.When it came to the actual manicure though,honestly,it felt a bit rushed,not relaxing whatsoever,Ive had a gel manicure done once before at a place in Lynn that was much more suited to be providing the service..at Pro Nail & Spa,Im unsure if this is common at many salons or not,but it wasnt the case at the only other place I have had my nails done at previously,they used what looked like a LED light machine that you can buy to do gel manicures at home yourself..& it really threw me off,making the whole thing feel really cheap, absolutely not like it was worth $35, not to mention when the nail technician Amy added the gems to my nails,they were supposed to be in a straight line right up the middle of each of my middle fingernails,she completely botched the placement of them on one nail..with one of the gems being so obviously crooked that it made me really insecure with the overall manicure,& the gems were not equal to each other on each nail, one had more,which threw off the symmetry, you know besides the already crooked gem doing so.I ended up feeling complete regret for having them added on. I felt as though my manicure was ruined entirely due to her poor placement,and really it felt like pure laziness or lack of caring on her behalf & she knew this was for my birthday too.Making matters worse,when I got home later on,I took a shower & all but 2 gems on each nail fell off already..leaving just bumpy imprints where the gems had been glued on.. so they ended up being a complete waste of money. Also they say that a gel manicure is supposed to last for a minimum of 2 weeks..well I was extremely angry when not even a week later the right middle fingers polish not only chipped, but completely peeled off.. in whole single piece. And I do not work heavily with my hands, nor have them in water often,so there should have been no cause for that to happen,I have been since left with an all black manicure,except for one single bare finger nail,and another nail that has bumpy grooves on it from where gems had been once glued on.The pedicure flat out sucked,Ive been told how great they are and what I recieved was just terrible,also very rushed..no relaxation for me at all,I wanted a nice time of pampering and just ended up feeling stressed and upset,the polish on the pedicure however is still completely in tact with no chips at all,& I had this done on 3/4, that is probably the only positive thing I have to say. Otherwise I feel like I completely wasted my boyfriends $80.. and he was upset that I was upset, because it was supposed to be My Day of Beauty and Pampering and I just did not receive that from this particular nail salon. I would not return here.

I came to this nail salon one day and received a mani & pedi. I asked for oval nails and got rounded nails that are way to thick. After my feet were finished, they wasn’t as smooth as they would usually be after a pedicure, almost as if I just showered and washed my feet myself... My technician was rushing and there was no need because it was fairly empty that day. I read the reviews before going and it was recommended to ask the owner to service you, if this is true, ASK FOR HER. I am greatly unsatisfied with my services from here and I do not recommend going here.

I used to go to this salon faithfully until tonight where they made a mistake and only charged me for a gel fill. And a pedi and illegally charged my card and refused to cancel my charge mind you I went Sunday 23.... and charged me another 40 today on Christmas Eve..... if they messed up with pricing that’s a misunderstanding with the employees not me so soon I’m going legal ways because using my card without my authorization is NOT LEGAL LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER AND THE CLIENTS I BROUGHT IN.... NOTHING AGAINST THE LOVELY LADY WHO DID MY WORK BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THIEVES......

I really loved this place because the service is amazing and the atmosphere is really nice. I didnt get my eyebrows done but if you want to you should get your eyebrows done. I got a manicure from one of the The staff service very nine and friendly, she was really nice and I hope things are great for her and her daughter. My nails were really nice after I finished, totally recommend this place. They do allow walk-ins but I highly recommend to just make an appointment first, because sometimes they are packed. But on my trip, they were packed and I made an appointment, thankfully they still put me in even when there were so many people. Love this place!!! It is very clean and all the technicians do a great job. I’ve been to loads of nail salons and would never go anywhere else after going to Pro Nails & Spa Woburn I visiting in Woburn with my friends and fine place nail salon in Woburn and visit there do pedicure and messages chair is feed good back, I tell my friends no this place, and I will be back with Amy do my nails pedicure and manicure and wax .

Lady who did my nails was rushing & kept doing so many coats on my mani & pedi. All my finger and toenails were so thick after.

I made an appointment for 645 I got there early they took me right away. (I was getting a fill and gel my sister was getting a gel manicure) . I was with my sister it is superclean super nice. Everybody is polite. they knew exactly what I wanted. they gave me feedback on what I was getting and if it would look good. They did an excellent job. it was the best nail salon in Woburn I’ve been to so far. I’ve been to 4 nail salon‘s in Woburn. I had Donna as my nail person. she did an excellent job she paid every close attention to detail they’re not too bulky or thick they’re super smooth and a perfect length I was looking for .My sister got a manicure 💅 . She loved it her nail person was Henna. She said she was polite paid very close attention to detail never cut her the nail polish came out amazing there was no smudges there is no cracks it was super smooth.It’s also very very affordable me and my sister were together was $66 and that’s the least I’ve spent so far.Overall I really recommend this nail salon. It was also the best experience I’ve had in a nail salon in Woburn so far.Definitely coming back. 🙂🙂 very happy with my results.

They always do a great job on my nails no matter which manicurist I go to the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes they take walk ins place is very clean period and the staff is friendly

Got a gel mani, started chipping off 2 days later! Paid for the very best pedicure with leg massage! I got a foot soak and my nails painted. My friend paid while I was still getting finished and tipped my nail tech for me$10 I then tipped her $10 . The nail tech did not tell me my friend tipped for me . So she got a $20 tip for doing a half ass job on my nails n toes! Here it is 1 week later and my gel mani is just breaking off in chunks. Was not a good first experience

By far the worst salon i have ever gone to.my mom, sister, and i went to this salon for girls day and we got WORST SERVICE you could get.the lady that doing my mom soooo rude cut my mom.we had worst service .i mean at home i could do a better job nail polish all over my skin .they were talking about us in a different language.i will never go back!

I came in as a walk in and the abrupt and stern manner in which I was addressed took me off guard. I ended up leaving after sitting thete for 10 minutes

Dont go to this place. It was recently sold and the new administration is terrible including the staff. I got french manicure and it wasnt even, I got my eyebrows waxed and she waxed more one side than the other one!I miss the old staff specially Michelle, Im not coming back!
