We had a great experience with Montvale Autocare! Stopped here to get a quote to fix my horn. The mechanic, Nick was very knowledgeable, got right on to it and fixed our horn in literally 5 mins! Will surely be using this auto shop for all my future repairs!

I found out my car had an unexpected issue (my hood wouldn’t pop open) as I went to Valvoline for an oil change. One of the Valvoline Tech recommended me to go across (Montvale Auto care) to have it looked at. They were professional, prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend their services and will definitely be back.

A hose broke during an oil change across the street at Valvoline and Auto Care helped me out quickly and professionally. They communicated exactly what they were doing and were very polite. Despite the frustration of an unforeseen car repair, I was very happy with the service and would absolutely use them again.

Went in to repair a flat tire unannounced. They were able to repair it right away. Very great to work with and repaired my issue very quickly.

These guys did a great job fixing an improperly installed bike rack on my SUV. I pulled off the highway and was lucky enough to stumble upon they guys over at Montvale Auto Care. I was in a real tough spot and these guys helped me out on a Saturday while in the middle of an engine swap job on a commercial truck. I had no original parts for the rack and had no appointment and they guy that helped me was very generous with the labor charge. The guy that helped was very helpful and professional and even mentioned in passing that he was actually supposed to be off work that Saturday but was in to help the shop on the engine job. Again, I was very lucky and grateful for the guys at Montvale.

My clutch died in Woburn, and I had somewhere to be the next day. Maurice totally hooked it up, and fixed my car the next day at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely reccomend Montvale Auto Care to anyone in this area.

My family and I ended up getting a flat tire on the highway this past weekend and ended up at Montvale Auto Care. From the moment we arrived at the shop every person we came in contact with went above and beyond. We needed a new tire and the team had one ordered and it was put on the car in record time. We highly recommend this location and want to thank them all for allowing us to continue our weekend without disruption.

Id gotten a good amount of work done here when I lived in Woburn and now that Ive moved out to Hopkinton I still bring my cars back to this shop when i can because I trust Maurice. He is an honest mechanic and on top of that he is brilliant. Me driving that far should indicate how valuable that is to me.

Id give them 6 out of 5 stars if i can. Very nice and straight forward, they offered food and i was watching netflix my whole waiting time. God bless these guys because they actually help people

My wife and I had the car packed and loaded for vacation. On our way north out of Boston, the tire pressure light comes on. We take the next exit and pulled into the nearest service center which was Montvale Auto Care. The guys were super friendly. They were quickly able to find the nail in my tire and then plugged the tire. A mere $20 later and we were back on the road in no time. Vacation disaster averted. Huge thanks to these guys.

Stopped by Montvale Auto Care to have my oil checked. They checked my oil and then my tires, my brake pads, and more...they did really thorough work to make sure my car was running smoothly! Thanks Nick & his team! 10/10

Stopped by there last week to fill up on gas, since I was driving by anyway and the price was good. Immediately approached by someone and helped with professionalism and kindness. He noticed I had Veteran plates and thanked me for my service and explained that they are the new owners and only recently opened. He explained that they offered a veterans discounts for repair services. I told him my wifes car was going to need the brakes replaced very soon, so we exchanged contact information and he told me to give him a call when we were ready to make the repair. When it came time to replace the brakes, he was courteous and flexible with his schedule. We had to cancel a couple times (our fault, not theirs) but they were still professional and friendly and very flexible with arranging another time. We finally had the work done and it turned out fantastic. They were communicative during the day, even sending pictures of the job while it was being done. The repair was completed within the pre-arranged time frame and the cost was extremely fair and competitive. The work itself looks excellent and the car now feels so much smoother to drive and comes to a safe and quiet stop. I could write even more but will finish with offering my deepest thanks and gratitude for the friendly and professional service. My wife and I will be repeat customers for sure!! AAA+

It was time for me to replace my power steering pump!!! After getting various different estimates from several local shops, (and everyone reluctant to disclose where they would be purchasing the part/which brand would be used) I went to Nick as a hail mary effort to find an honest Mechanic. He was by far the most upfront and transparent with his diagnosis and process for acquiring parts. Long story short, he replaced my pump, belt, provided 2 new tires (mounted & balanced) and inspection sticker all in a single day. Id also like to mention all the above was $200 CHEAPER than all the estimates I recieved from others for JUST REPLACING MY POWER STEERING PUMP/inspection sticker. Again, all was completed within 1 day! I was amazed and impressed with their work ethic and professionalism.For the past 7 years, Ive been in search of a Mechanic I can rely and depend on; someone I can continue as a repeat customer with. Sadly, Ive always felt like I go to a Mechanic to resolve 1 issue and end up leaving with 2 more. I can safely say with CONFIDENCE Ive found my new Mechanic!Thanks again Nick for your honesty and hard work. I will see you sooner than later!

Quick quality service, having been a former auto tech myself it’s clear to me the guys at Montvale know what they are doing. I left my car overnight and everything was taken care of by early afternoon the next day. Highly recommend.

We were travelling back home after a vacation, on a Saturday morning. The team has been very helpful and professional. They knew we were in trouble and they did not take advantage of the situation. To the contrary, they have been able to repair our car very quickly and did not overcharge us. We are extremely satisfied by the quality of the work.

Early this afternoon I was driving down 93 South when my wipers stopped working during a bad rain storm. I immediately took the next exit where I stopped at Valvoline who then referred me to Montvale Auto across the street. Not only were they extremely generous and kind to me but they were able to get the part I needed before the other shop closed for the night. The issue was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I had my first experience today at Montvale Auto Care...I had something dragging from the front of my car. A young man approached me immediately and asked if I needed help. They dropped everything they were doing and assisted me. They fixed the plastic part that became unhinged within 5minutes! Polite, knowledgeable, educated, kind, efficient and honest people running this business! I will be going here from now on to purchase my gas, oil changes and all car repairs! Beyond grateful for their help today.

I have never had good experience with mechanics since when I was still living in Brazil and drove my Clio 2001 who spent more time at the mechanic than in my garage. Maybe because Im a woman and often woman doesnt understand. That was not my experience at Montavale Auto Care. I was very well attended, Maurice explained to me what I needed to do and what I could leave later and the price fit in my pocket. Not to mention the speed - I got my car the same day. All this to say thank you - I hope I dont have to, but when I do, Ill be back!I have never had a good experience with any garages since I was still back in BR and used to drive my Renault Clio 2001 - that used to spend more time at the mechanics than at my own parking slot. Maybe because I am a woman and women dont understand. This was not my experience at Montvale Auto Care. I felt like a valued customer, Maurice explained to me what I needed to do and what I could leave for another time and the price was good. Not to mention how fast it was - I got my car back on the same day. All of this is just to say thank you - I hope I dont need to, but when I do need to fix my car again, I will definitely come back!
