Short: Honest, quality work done at fair (meaning not a deal but not an overcharge). I would (and have gone again)Long: Work as actually performed last year, but I just remembered to review. They know their Subarus well. They also have a genius practice of putting tiny paint dots on the pars they replace and joints they open up to document work done and have no ambiguity about what was done. They seem to specialize in project cars/modifications/ECU tuning etc, but they are also fully capable of and happy to perform regular maintenance.I went to them with steering/CV boot issues and they fixed the problem and gave me a few tiers of what to do and how much it would cost upfront. Importantly, they were quite honest about what had to be replaced and what could wait and I appreciate that.I cant comment on timeliness, I told them to take as long as they needed because I was in no rush.I would absolutely use them again.

Youve never been to a shop like this, so if you dont want elite service, go elsewhere. Alberto is a consummate professional who works performance vehicles as well as daily drivers. You wont find a better Subaru mechanic in Boston.
