I got an estimate done and the employee told me to call or email, and provided the email address, when I was ready to have the work done after the holiday weekend. I emailed and called multiple times the following week and got no response.Their work and prices themselves seemed fine, but I couldnt get a response from anyone to do the work.

These guys are the best!!! If you need Auto body work this is the only place I would recommend

The owner of the auto body recommended that I dont waste the money spending on the bed rails and just buy a used bed instead

I had my trunk of my white jeep fixed by Otto in April! He did a fabulous job with everything, my car looks brand new. The staff was great to work with as well. When I got my car returned the inside was spotless as well. I would highly recommend using this auto body shop, Otto is fabulous.

I hope to never need them again, but if I do I wont go anywhere else. My repair came out perfect and they detailed my truck inside and out spotless for when I picked it up. Highly recommended.

This was my second time at the shop (for separate unrelated work). Both times, Otto took the time for me to show him and talk with me about the issues I was having. He worked to understand my concerns and how to address them best. The quality of the repairs were top notch and punctual.The waiting area was clean, comfortable and the receptionists were very kind and accommodating.I will definitely return for my future needs.

They are very professional and did a great job fixing my BMW. I go there for every problem and it is nice to go to place that does not take advantage of you. Especially when you dont know about cars. The receptionist Kathia, is great and makes me feel welcomed every time I go in.

Nicole the Katia kept me well informed of the status of my repair and supplement information. Otto stayed late personally on a Friday night so my vehicle could be completed and delivered to me for Easter weekend. Highly recommend this shop for your luxury car repair!

Best body shop I have ever worked with. I Went in Monday morning to get an estimate and explained I wanted to the car back as soon as possible. They gave me an estimate immediately and took the car in right after, I had it back Wednesday as promised. I was pleased with the price as well. The owner could not have been more professional. When I picked up the car It looked perfect, no would ever know it had been damaged or painted. I would highly recommend AutoBody It Is to anyone looking for a great body shop.

I dropped of my work van to have the back door repaired at this shop. I was referred to them by Mercedes-Benz of Burlington where I bought the vehicle. I explained that I have only 3 days for it since its a busy season for my work and if they cant do the work within that time they would have to tell me so then so I can plan accordingly. I also was very clear that I am expecting good work. I went back after 4 days which it gave them an extra day for all the repairs promised. The vehicle was in a mess, the door hinge not adjusted, rear bumper was not fixed and glazed. When I asked them why all those was not done, the answer was that all of those were supposed to be favors and not part of the actual estimate. Instead of honoring the promises used as bait to secure the job they made it look I was looking for hand out. This was very humiliating and disappointing. Being very busy and running late on my work commitments I needed the vehicle back that day. So I offered to make partial payment just for the actual work done so I can take the vehicle back and bring back another day to allow them to finish other things they failed to do on time. They refused it and left me with no choice but to pay them in order to get the keys. Under time pressure I did pay in full.I dont think there is enough words to describe this buyers remorse i had with them.Update: A little after I wrote the feedback here Ottavino Tarantino from Autobody It is, a manager or owner, instead of taking responsibility for their poor work manner, decided to take revenge on my negative feedback. He made inquiries on where I work, found the company that I manage, went on business listing of it and, by pretending to be a customer of that business, wrote a negative comment there making untrue statements about me. I understand that they might be angry seeing negative feedback from me but that does not give any business rights to violate customers privacy and try to slander the very customer who came to do business with them and paid for the work that they didnt even performed completely. This is something that I brought to the attention of referring Mercedes-Benz dealer (MB of Burlington) for future references.Also a few days after writing the fake revenge review Ottavino Tarantino change his name on his google account to Tara Vera. The same Tara Vera wrote a fake five-star fake review on their own Google listing of Autobody It is.I would be vigilant before you bring any cars into this place. You never know what they may do when you express any dissatisfaction of their work. They are shady characters. You might want to take a restraining order from their personal in case they really get mad. I took a couple of screen shots in case he decides to change his name again on google account.

Beautiful work, fantastic service! I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. They have done numerous cars for us. The work thats been done is always amazing, and some of them were not easy to fix!

Honestly the best car fixers case in point one of the owners Ottaviano an Honest good hard working man that wants to do the job right and make sure everything is fair between him, the owner of the car, and the insurance company. His shop does not beat around the bushes he does the job at the best he can. One time I got rear-ended and I drive a Mercury Grand marqui and Apparently it was hard to find the lights to my car because they stopped making them but after my car was fixed he assured me that he (Ottaviano) would not stop till he finds the replacement part to my car about 3 to 4 months go by and he calls me up and tells me he found a good looking pair of lights and would like me to come over so he can place them on my car no charge because the insurance had already covered it he (Ottaviano) just wanted to make sure he got the job done and proper, no Mickey mouse business. I would highly recommend them and plan on bringing my car back to him if it ever gets damaged again.

Worst experience Ive ever had with an auto body shop. Kept my car for 1 1/2 months and did incorrect work on it, wrong parts, and more so insurance didnt cover 1 1/2 month worth of rental car. Owner said he would pay the days after the insurance coverage ended. Didnt pay, and maxed out insurance budget for their benefit. Very unprofessional, and never gave solutions only excuses and poor work.

I had a poor experience with this outfit. I did not think that the quality of the work was acceptable, and the owners refused to address my concerns. I would strongly recommend against anyone bringing their vehicle to them for repairs.
