Let’s do a 3 1/2 I have been here for going on a year it is beautiful I love the amenities yes a lot of things need to be updated everything should be updated not have to give you an up charge just for you to have updated appliances there are things that need to be fixed for sure just for instants patches on the walls and things that are just tedious and maybe to update for sure if they just paint and update some other things that will make it look a lot more attractive long story short I moved in here for two bedroom two bath for 1200 my rent is every month 1385!!There is added Fees and has become Stressful at times because we were not expecting it to be that much at all I would’ve never moved in to be honest for two bedroom two bath that is a cost of having a house let alone an apartment but I love the 24 hour gym love the pool great community just do not approve of the sky high price

We moved in to a 2 bedroom apartment the first of June and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Kimberlee was great to work with and made the moving in process super easy. We love the layout and spaciousness of our new apartment. It’s very comfortable and feels like home. 😊

I lived here for 2 years from 2016-2018. Overall I was pretty happy, the apartments were in dire need of some TLC but things more or less worked. The maintenance and front office staff were very friendly, helpful, and respectful. I rarely had to wait long for broken things to be fixed. Neighborhood and surroundings are beautiful and serene.Rent became insane for such a run-down place though. $1200 for a 2/2 when I first moved in was high but okay, but I was told my 3rd-year renewal would reach almost $1500 for the same unit with no renovations! Unjustifiable and absurd. I would absolutely not recommend for that price without major interior renovations. Some bugs/lizards are par for the course in FL, but here the issue was excessive. More effort should be put into sealing cracks these critters use to enter.

Living in Seville has been a headache. First, the apartment they showed me was not even a little similar to the apartment I was given. I can’t even count on my hands how many times I have put in a maintenance request for my AC unit. Also, the washer was faulty and there is a roach/centipede problem! Despite all of these problems that I’ve been dealing with, the mold I found in my master bedroom closet was the last straw. After stressing this issue to maintenance, all he did was wipe it up and paint over it. But what about the mold that’s still inside of the wall? I have been with a stuffy nose, headache, & itchy throat thinking I’ve had COVID but come to find out, my apartment is infested with mold!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I am sooooo happy my lease is ending in a month. I remember I saw some future tenants and thought to myself ‘’you don’t know what you’re about to get yourself into’’.. don’t even let me get started on the raccoon problem and parking.However, they are really nice friendly people who treat you good. But when you have an issue with something, it’s kind of thrown to the side. Or I was told ‘’the AC looks fine to me’’... move in at your own risk!

My wife and I and our family dog have renewed our lease for sixth year and yes we are happy here

UPDATE: The maintenance people are super kind but the apartment has gone downhill fast. My number one issue was ROACHES. Other than the AC breaking every few months. It’s a good temporary place I don’t think I’ll stay long termWe love our new apartment 👍 couldnt be more pleased. From the people at the front office to the maintenance guy they are all great people. The community is also safe and extremely friendly!

I have been living here since the time I moved to Orlando from West Palm Beach in 2018.Kimberly is awesome, shes always there when you are in need.Maintenance, these guys work hard and are very professional.I have a 3 yr old, he enjoys it out here. Its very quiet where I live.Overall good experience for us.

I’ve lived here now for 6 months and I would recommend this complex without hesitation. The staff is extremely professional and helpful, and very attentive to any maintenance requests. I love my 1 bedroom/1 1/2 bath apt. It’s much roomier and more affordable than any other apt. complex in the area and offers great amenities. Nice neighbors and great location too!

I recently moved into Seville and Kimberly, has made my experience as stress free and smooth as possible. She responds to my texts and calls immediately and solves and concern i have in a timely manner. The apartments are really cute and a nice square footage. The fire place and porch really top it off. The price is reasonable considering the location and amenities. People in the reviews complain about the dog park but the flooring is actually better than grass because every other complex i have lived at with a dog park, the grass turns to dirt and then you cant use it unless you want your dogs covered in dirt. Overall, I am really happy with the customer service i received, and my entire experience has been great so far! Thank you Kimberly!

Management is trash. My roommate and I signed a lease and less than 2 months later, that same roommate (200lb M) physically assaulted me (110lb F). The cops arrived, even took my statement and took note of the marks on my body. Shame on me for thinking this person was a friend. Fast forward to the very next day, I went to the front office immediately after they opened with a copy of the report in hand and asked if there was anything they could do to help me out of the unsafe situation, such as terminating the lease considering it was less than 2 months old. They (very kindly) told me to F off - there was nothing they were WILLING to do. Lets be honest - they had the power to help me. I hope Seville is under new management, otherwise, dont count on them ever helping anyone out of a DV situation.

This has been a great place to live. The staff (office and maintenance) are extremely responsive and professional. I highly recommend Seville on the Green.

Loved living here for the last year. The staff, especially Kim, is really nice and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a place in the Winter Springs area.

My wife and I and our dog Polar bear garth are very happy here Kimberlee the leasing agent is always concern about the residents and the maintenance men John and Ray go up and beyond in their work duties we have renew our lease for a fifth year and we cant be any happier to live here at Seville on the Green Apartments

Seville is very quiet and peaceful place. The staff is incredibly friendly and very welcoming.

Maintenance are the only people that are awesome. You will never get your full deposit back. They dont provide the best customer service.

I really enjoyed my residency there. Lived there for about 3 years. The staff was great and super friendly. Not sure who is there now but Vanessa was awesome! The maintenance staff was also amazing and very quick to fix any issue. I even had the on call guy come in on a Saturday once to fix my AC.The pool was also very nice and refreshing.The surrounding area was always really quiet. No loud parties or any other noise disturbances at night.Took one star off because they tried to charge me for post move out damage that was definitely not my fault, nor did they have any documented pictures of the so-called damages they tried to charge me for. I know this because I confronted them and they took off the charge.Id definitely recommend this place though. Just be sure the neighbors are nice. My downstairs neighbor liked to complain when Id walk around my own place. Next door neighbor also liked to bang on the wall when Id close the kitchen cabinet doors.Id recommend living on the 2nd floor.

I shouldve known this place was too good to be true. It looked REALLY nice and clean when I did a tour. But the moment I moved in is when the the ugly came out. This place is INFESTED with roaches and Lizards in your apartment. They hide in the little holes and cracks in your apartment that you cant see until youyactually start searching the place then you realize its there. Every day Im finding a new critter. Not to mention the recent crime thats been going on. There was a shooting here a couple weeks ago. Multiple Car break-ins including my car!!! When I told management about it, they didnt seem to care and are not doing ANYTHING to handle the matter. For the amount of money I am paying to live here ($1400+), we should at least have A Security guard on duty!!!!!! Or at least a gate! And dont get me started on parking. Ugh. I cant wait to move!!!

Can’t wait to leave this place! My air conditioning barely works. There are red ants everywhere in my apt. The dumpsters are an issue. Place def needs TLC inside the apts and the grounds! Right now half of my power is out including the AC and my stove and maintenance can’t figure out how to fix it. Hello Seville on the Green ......I have young children that need AC and a working stove.....Duke came here and said this is your problem to fix!

Im in my late 50s and Ive been living in apartments since for around 30 years. Seville on the Green is the nicest apartment Ive lived in. In fact, Ive lived here for 10 years and the complex has not deteriorated in the least. In fact, this year each apartment got a reserved parking space in front. Thats a rarity in Florida! The swimming pool remains crystal clear, the workout room is spotless, the tennis courts are always free of debris, the office staff is friendly and attractive. And Ive yet to see a maintenance issue here that wasnt handled as quickly as possible, usually the same daym. All in all, Seville is a great place to live.

Wow I used to love living here. I lived in 1000 building for 2 years before I left for a year & now decided to return, worst decision ever. The place seems to be under new management The new maintenance ppl are not very skilled at what they do I can see every hole and dent that used to be. My apt was infested with fire ants when I first moved in and the ac wasn’t working FIRST day I moved in. & What used to be The tennis court has been a construction site since the year has started, seems like they have no plans on building the dog park they promised.

When we first moved in about 2 ago place was decent and slowly went dwn hill. We had ac unit replaced but keeps braking dwn. Had the bathroom ceiling come dwn. When it rains we can’t walk out the door cause of the pool of water and mud. Rent went from 1125 to 1568. I was told it’s because of upgrades. Where a dog park??? My neighbor always has music up Loud. If it’s not from apt it’s their car. I have told office but they don’t care. We are going to break lease just to get out. Some people on the property feel the same way. The only people that are staying are the people that own their apt before it went rental. The maintenance guys are nice but they don’t stay long.

This is such a nice and quiet community the entire staff is always pleasant and helpful,My apartment is a great place to come home to and the residents are friendly and nice. I love my new home here.

Excellent place to live, the apartments are beautiful, and we hit no bumps at all during move in. Service for the apartment is quick either same day or next day for any problems weve had, and not to mention the pool is perfect.

Due to our circumstances, we ended up not moving in but the leasing process was excellent and Vanessa went out of her way to work with us. If our circumstances change, we will definitely want to rent here in the future.

May appear nice...but it’s actually roach infested. Old and dirty appliances.

Sub contractors are their highest downfall. .....One of them thought they could blow leaves through a screen on the porch with his industrial blower.....hmmmmm...also the ones contracted on the level below me caused me to fall and i ended up with a spiral fracture of my ankle because they wanted to be louder after my complaint to the office. I shall quote what i heard: ey papi ey papi!! from the porch along with them kicking buckets and yelling. Nothing was done. Think twice before giving into this place. It looks great but they hire cheap help and expect you to put up with the noise even if you pay over $1200 a month.

Nice apartments, always get repairs done in a very timely manner. Can honestly say I havent had any problems living here.

We have live here for three years and can’t be any happier yes things break but they are fixed in a timely manner and yes we have renewed our lease for this year cause you can’t find anything better in the area
