I don’t ever leave reviews but I can’t pass on this one. Everyone here is so amazing! Always greet you with a smile and so welcoming. Tiffany is a rock star!!! She’s friendly, kind and makes you feel comfortable (even in the most awkward positions) And she doesn’t stop till she gets every stubborn little hair!! Love this place!!! 10 ⭐️ for sure!

I went to see Tiffany today & she was absolutely incredible. It was my first time getting a bikini wax & she made me feel so comfortable & calm. She did the wax quickly & efficiently, & very minimal pain as well. I would recommend her to everyone! The facility is also very clean & all of the front desk staff is super welcoming & friendly. I definitely will be back!

It was my first time ever getting a wax in general but Gillian made me SO comfortable! It wasn’t nearly as scary as anyone ever makes it out to be, and she was very informative about everything, answered all my questions, we had great conversation, and it was just a really great experience. I’m very happy with my decision to come here! Can’t wait for my next appointment :)

Super quick and efficient! Everyone is nice and welcoming. The wax pass is def worth it if you want to keep coming for more sessions. I love coming to this location and Tiffany is the best! She made me feel super comfortable with my first Brazilian, she does a great job!

I wanted to try a new waxing places so I was browsing Online and came across this place. I was looking for a place i could get my eyebrows waxed with good reviews . Called to to see if they had walk ins but unfortunately they didnt at the time. but I was able to get an appointment only 45 minutes later. The building it self was super clean and gorgeous. I was so lucky to have a friendly technician name Tiffany she was so professional and super kind. I felt like she knew exactly what she was doing and gave her full access to my brows with no hesitation. I was super impress with how they came out. I will definitely return

I’ve been there twice now and have left with patches of hair still that I’ve had to go back and pluck myself. I then called to cancel my follow up appointment and Christina the manager asked for my return and a another chance. Came back and they didn’t let me in because I was 10 min late and they have a 9 MIN LATE POLICY so for 1 minute they refused my service. (Mind you I gave them a heads up that I was running late)My only advice for this location is to learn the importance and value of customers. We are what keeps business’ going.I’m sure that’s why this is one of the only locations locally that always has appointments available.

I’ve been going here for 1.5 years now . The Aloma location is SO CLEAN ! Even before pandemic. The receptionist is always nice and yes she convinced me to get the lotion and took her time explaining to me the difference between the polish and lotion. My wax specialist is Tiffany! She’s the best and makes sure you’re comfortable always and is super nice . My sister who lives in NYC comes all the way from New York to come see her . Thanks Ladies !

I’ve been going to this location since May/June 2020 and it’s the best one I’ve been too. It’s clean and friendly. The wax specialist I always choose is Tiffany and she’s the best !!! Makes me feel comfortable and she’s so nice ! The front desk people are friendly as well. I tell my sister who lives around the area to go here too.

I’ve been coming here since October and I DO NOT regret my decision in choosing to get a wax pass. I get waxed every four weeks and the results have been AMAZING! My confidence has come back and I’m excited to be wearing a bikini again after avoiding wearing one for over a year. Before going to Tiffany (my wax tech, I had terrible PIH, inflammation and bunch of ingrown hairs. Since getting waxed by hair consistently with the added boost of her treating each ingrown hair follicle during the wax sessions (I was informed that not every wax tech there does extractions), I’ve seen major improvements in my ingrown hairs and PIH down there. I’m so pleased with how much she has helped me that I make sure to tip her well after each visit and I let her know that she is the cause of my great results. I keep telling her to create her own business and once she finally does I’ll make sure to follow her journey in her business and support her because she has helped me gain back my confidence in my body and for that I am very much grateful.

I booked an appointment earlier today on a whim after I decided I wanted to try out a different EWC location. This location was so much better in every way and im definitely coming back. The covid guidelines and precautions are taken very seriously and the location is so clean. I was immediately given a temperature check and offered some hand sanitizer when I walked in and was asked if I had any covid symptoms, etc. ..my wax specialist was Taylor and she was very thorough! She was very accommodating when I couldnt hold a certain position to get waxed and she offered alternatives to make it easier and more comfortable. On top of being thorough and accommodating, she was very quick and super nice! The conversation flowed so easily and im not usually one to converse during a wax. I havent gone to any other wax specialist at this location, and Im sure theyre all great, but I will definitely be going back to Taylor every time! 12/10 would recommend!!!

Location and costumer service was very good. They have this really cool prepaid plans which is great if you want to keep waxing and don’t want to worry about having the money on you every time.Waiting time was a big turn off because you are supposed to be there 10mins before your appointment, which I was, and I ended up waiting 40 more minutes because the person before me got there 5mins after me and they let her go in first... that made me a little upset. They use a dark blue hard wax which kind of irritated my skin (I have sensitive skin) and I felt the wax lady had to go through the same area more than other places I’ve been to, and that’s why I’m giving 4 stars.

** KIDS ARE NOT WELCOME**Let me start of with saying, I have been a member for several years. I live close to the Waterford Lakes location, but due to a high turn over rate and having to keep changing esthetician’s, I decided to visit the Winter Park location, in hopes I could find someone permanent. It’s really been a hit or miss with EWC over the years, most good esthetician’s leave. I found Miki, which is an awesome person and great at her job, never had an issue with her, unfortunately due to the horrible customer service from the front desk attendants, I will not be back. The two front desk receptionist’ Sabrina and Dani were extremely rude and out of line this evening.Apparently EWC does not allow children to go in the building, due to “Covid”. My minor daughter and I arrived on time and were told she was not allowed to enter the building, the woman Sabrina approached me in a very rude manor, it’s not always what you say it’s how you say it. I was told my 13 year old would have to wait outside the building. I was ready to cancel my appt if my daughter was expected to wait outside. I was then told by another receptionist Dani, my daughter could wait in the waiting area. For years I have brought my daughter in the room to my appointments and never had an issue. I was told that I was sent a text message about the “new” policy, in which I explained I hadn’t received. They could care less, Sabrina lectured me about the new policy, she must have mentioned 4-5 times they sent a text. It totally went over her head when I explained from the beginning I had not received any text.As I walked back to the room I heard the front ladies talking but couldn’t make out what they said, but apparently while I was getting my wax Dani was talking with the other receptionist Sabrina saying that my daughter should be embarrassed. This was completely out of line.I addressed this with the two ladies, which were overly argumentative the receptionists argued back and forth me for several minutes, Dani even saying “Jesus Christ” as she was frustrated. They have no business working face to face with people as they only added fuelto the fire with their comments. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I pay for a service and expect professionalism. They escalated a situation the was truly a misunderstanding.I followed up on the EWC website and as of 3/10/21, it does not state you cannot bring children. I get being safe and wearing a mask, nobody is disputing that. We had masks on. But to tell me my minor child has to wait outside is unacceptable. After today EWC will never see another dime from me.You know there’s an issue when employees feel they can talk and treat to customers any kind of way. Makes you think why their turnover rate is high as well.We are in Florida. We have no lockdowns or mandate. To say a child cannot go in a business with their parent is insane. Do better EWC...

I arrived for my appointment today but was denied entry because my INFANT was with me. I was told due to Covid no one can be with me. That left me speechless! Where in the world am I supposed to leave my infant? Home alone? In the car? Ridiculous rules that dont make any sense whatsoever, even in light of covid. Also, this means if youre a single mom to an infant or any child that cant be left alone, and you wont or cant hire a sitter, well, screw you then I guess?! Ive been everywhere with my baby since covid began: doctors, chiros, salons and spas and this has never happened before. Bad business, small minded people, needless to say I wont be coming back.

They are raking temperatures which is great. Staying safe but they make you wait in the car. This is florida. It is hot. So if you do come make sure you have the AC blowing in your face or you will be wasting your time. I was in my car 30 mins waiting to go in. I don’t have the habit of having the AC blowing in my face. It’s 99 degrees out so yeah people are gonna be warmer. Definitely not coming back again.

I always buy the eyebrow wax specials and go there once a month. Gloria is the girl I always go to and she does a spectacular job. She’s really great at giving advice on how to obtain your brow goals and not waxing too much. Their customer service girls are always smiling and nice and they always confirm my appointments a day in advance.

Worst Brazilian I’ve ever gotten. So much hair and wax left. Called for help and they offered a touch up but I like an hour away. I’m extremely frustrated wasted $59 on a terrible job.

I went yesterday with 4 friends and 3 of us got the full bikini. Elizabeth was very nice and you could tell she enjoys helping people. It was my first time and I felt comfortable and new afterwards.lol. I would definitely recommend this location. The pain is bearable.

Got my eyebrows done. Even though I said keep them thicker and clean up, she thinned them out...Then they try to sell their products - their eyebrow pencil is supposed to change my life..well I didn’t buy it because I’m happy with my current products and eyebrow pencils don’t work well for me.

I have been going to the European Wax Center for years 1st to the Waterford lakes location then to the Winter Park location. The customer service at the Waterford lakes location is far better! The woman at the front desk was rude and very short with the clients.
