First time using their services but not first time doing a Brazilian and Vajacial. I have mixed feelings for this place. Before I had to go to two separate locations to get services done and Body By shae is a one stop spa service. I like that. I also appreciate the scheduling staff with rescheduling last minute to an earlier time. And when there was a slight hiccup in the system, they took care of it right away. Never interfered with my services. Great job! Buuuuuutttt, the lady who did my services was meh.I believe her name is Taylor and she wasn’t rude or anything. Just her technique I did not like. As, I mentioned before, not my first time with hair removal. Overall I still have hair in places that should have been removed. I did ask Taylor about certain positions to get the job done. Her response was it’s the comfort of the person whose removing not the customer. In other places, they don’t mind, it’s all about the comfort of the customers. So my frontal had the most attention than the back. The tweezing was rough and bit painful, it is expected to have discomfort but it felt like my skin was being pinched. When done, no mirror was handed to see the results. Honestly, when it was vajacial time, I was ready to leave because the hair removal experience but I’d paid for the package. With the vajacial,no explanation of what was put on and reason behind it. Just slap it on and wait. I had no allergic reaction but for the next person, you might want to tell what you doing and what’s in it. Overall, it did felt bit rushed. I don’t know if I would come back. Other staff was friendly and I like the multiple services given. Just didn’t have the best experience with Taylor.

I wanted to try the eyelash lift and tinting done for the very first time. I was nervous and a bit skeptical about the procedure but decided to give it a try. The whole thing lasted less than an hour, about 45 minutes. My technician, Danielle, was amazing and so welcoming. She made my nervous go away very quickly by continuously explaining each step while I had my eyes closed (basically for the whole time for this service). Ill definitely back to see them later!

Clean and professional as well as great prices compared to some other ones. The girl I worked with, Taylor, was very proficient but costumer service lacked a bit. Not very friendly or welcoming even though she did everything well. Sometimes great customer service, maybe just a smile from your technician means a lot. I have only had Hydra facials done and the results were great.

I just had my first wax with Janet she was very patient and talk me through the whole thing. Very professional and made me feel comfortable. Also Taylor is getting my eyebrows on fleek I love this place and definitely will be recommending my Family & Friends!

TLDR If you have to gatekeep access to knowledge about your treatments, then your treatments are clearly ineffective or easily available in another location. Every spa offers peels, not every spa charges for consultation or treats a basic response of yes, this treatment will work as some kind of trade secret. If you cant guarantee your results because you have no experience, just say that & stop trying to rip people off.I recently bought a Groupon for this business. It was a $20 neck cavitation treatment which had great results. I was very pleased, despite the unprofessional behavior I encountered when I tried to book an appointment. Despite having paid online, they require you to give them your card info to book an appointment. I resolved that issue by taking a walk in appointment.After a week waiting to see tee full results I went to book my next cavitation treatment, & decided to add on a chemical peel. My neck is very dark due to an insulin processing disorder. I contacted them to ask which of their peels would be the right one for this process (they appear to all be superficial facial peels but 2 mention discoloration). Instead of simply telling me which of the 2 peels would work, if they performed peels on necks & if they were sure it would help, they demanded a $35 consultation fee to be refunded IF I chose to have one of the $75~85 peels. Interestingly enough, I had asked several other places about these peels & all were able to tell me exactly which service to book & the results I could anticipate, without requiring a fee. It is very clear that they didnt know what they were doing with peels & instead of just saying we dont have experience with that they decided to attempt to wring a consultation fee out of me. No doubt they knew that I would obviously turn down their blatant lack of experience to avoid further discoloration to my neck. That greed, combined with their grubby demands for my card info for prepaid services, shows them to be a distrustworthy company.I opted to pay $200 for the VIPeel at Illumine Med Spa, which has guaranteed results, requests no consultation fee & were able to tell me exactly what I can expect & what I need to do to treat this issue.For my future cavitation appointments I decided to go with Ean at Aesthetic Body Sculpting, who can be hard to get on the phone, but who is more than happy to do walk in, add on treatments & spent 15 mins consulting with me about how to time my cavitation/laser lipo appointments within 2 weeks. It is also cheaper.

I love Body by Shae. I started my sugaring journey here and I have been back continuously because of the great service I receive. The space is also clean.

I have to say that I have mixed feelings about this place. The front desk was super sweet and helpful when I scheduled over the phone and then when I came in person. I decided to try Body by Shae simply because I saw the deal on groupon and had been curious about how they would match up to where I normally go. I was the last appointment of the day and I could tell from the moment I met my technician that it was not going to meet my expectations and that she was ready to go home. She did what she had to do but lacked in truly making me feel comfortable. She did not speak much at all. Im not really a fan of the process in which the sugaring was done, and it was not a clean job, no tweezing, and all the hair was not removed (which I didnt know until I got home, no handheld mirror so I can see?) I will say that the service was done fast but it honestly was not pleasant in the way it was done. There was a point in time where I was reacting to the pulls and tried to have her pause and she kept going. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

So, my first time trying sugaring. I had Ivelisse. She was pleasant, very friendly and just simply nice. The place is clean. I would go back for other services.

I went yesterday and Toni did my Brazilian sugaring. I also got my underarms sugared. First, let me start by saying that this was not my first, second, or third sugaring. I am so glad I got it done as it was one of the best sugarings I’ve had. Unfortunately I don’t live in Orlando otherwise this would be my new spa.The place is immaculate, the staff is phenomenal, and Toni was just amazing. Shes so friendly personable and knowledgeable. Excellent job Body by Shae. I will be coming back. Just an amazing experience.

I have had several services here and had posted a 5 star review because all of the ladies had been professional, listen to my needs and give me advice but the other day i guess the owner was up in the front. From the moment i walked in you had an attitude and when I left you didnt respect me as a client or just someone generating your business money ...and you decided to have a personal conversation with the lady before me and completely ignore me. So much foe business etiquette or caring for clients.

I cannot say enough about their sugar waxing. I have used hard wax in the past for Brazilians, but have been receiving sugar waxes for about a year and a half. I could not get to Winter Park and just ran in to another salon for a traditional hard wax Brazilian. It did not not last three weeks, was not as smooth, and I definitely have to exfoliate more. The ingrown hairs just want to come out after the waxing. Not today!!! Come here for the sugaring. It is a game changer. The customer service is amazing, and I like the setting, very holistic like, and homey.

I recently got a CBD facial with Dani and to say the least I am in love! After a stressful week at work and school, this was the perfect way to decompress and let go of everything. As soon as I started the treatment I felt as if I melted into a cloud and I was so relaxed for the full duration. Dani is very professional, soothing and great at massaging the appendages, face and scalp. I highly recommend for anyone who needs to unwind, as a gift to or simply treat themselves! I made a trip to FL and found Body by Shae. I was in need of some serious pampering. I booked a facial and eyelash extensions with Tiffany and both were amazing. Tiffany also recommended products that I just love!!Not only was the facial pampering, but she also taught me how to take better care of my skin. My eyes truly popped from the extensions w hen I left there. I just wish they had a Body by Shae in Jersey.

Had Tiffany do my lash lift, she was so so nice and I had a great time. My lashes look great! The white crust I had to get off my eyelids later was a little painful but still my lashes look amazing and totally worth it. Price is great too.

Ive been using products recommended by Shae and I love them. Since Im now on the AARP list, I need all the help I can get. My skin is softer and more youthful looking. She knows her stuff and is all about health in its natural form.Her facials are wonderful and she is by far the best at waxing in the area. Shae takes the time to answer your questions and has excellent customer service. After a treatment at Body by Shae, I feel refreshed and relaxed, and thats what its all about.

Shae recommended Image Products to me a few years back. At the time, I had no idea what type of product was good and regularly used products like Keri Skin Lotion for my face. I was hooked on the image products instantly... that is until she recommended that I try BODY BY SHAE Anti-Aging Skin Serum and Night Cream! I am now a convert- again... I love both these products so much I use them daily... and at 40, my husband tells me that my skin has never felt softer :).As an aside to her skin care products, I purchased the Pain Relief Salve to see if it could help me with knee pain I was experiencing. Not only did it help with the knee pain, but the other day my 10 year old was stung by a bee and it helped alleviate her pain as well!!! I Wasnt impressed at all.I was attended 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. When I booked my appointment she said I would be there for 2 hours. My services took 30 minutes. I felt rushed. Being the last client. I received eyebrow extensions and they lasted me 4 days. Worse thing about it was walking around with white crusted glue in between my eyebrow hairs after they dried. Im not sure if she applied too much or was done incorrectly. I was told while getting my services done I had just missed their free eyebrow extension special and that they dont do them often. I can see why. For the amount of money I paid I feel ripped off. It wasnt worth it.

Tiffany, (who is a full specialist, sugarista, & eyelash extension technician), is so kind and welcoming! Ive been to her twice now and went to Shae for bikini sugaring. Although Shae was extremely funny and nice, I preferred Tiffany as she was much softer and gentler on my sensitive skin. I would never go anywhere else for my sugar wax... Shae and Tiffany were both super informative about how to care for the aftermath and I bought this little spray for after care that has lasted me 3 sugar waxes and counting. I first purchased this on Groupon and it was definitely worth it! Dont go anywhere else for your sugaring!!

I received a Brazilian wax treatment at this spa from Tiffany. Prior to this I had been consistently getting waxed for about a year at another spa (I initially began my waxing experience with body by shae) so this wasn’t my first time. It was the most painful treatment I experienced, both during and after. The doctors found small lacerations, and what seemed like a chemical reaction of some sort since my skin was peeling off even several weeks later. This has never happened to me before, and from what Shae says it has never happened to anyone else there before. However, it still happened to me and it was not pleasant, and that is why I’m leaving a review.I would like to add that Tiffany certainly had a sweet personality, I just had a bad experience with her wax. I also had never had an issue waxing with Shae, she always did a great job. The ambiance is nice. I almost got a mani/pedi there once, but decided against it because I thought it was overpriced to just put your feet in a tub with no jets, unless they got some massage chairs in there within the last year or so.

After first visit you will go back!!!! Staff member Chafon is awesome.

I have tried sugaring at a number of spas across the country and while this location was not the worst, it was certainly far from the best. My hair began growing back in under a week (usually it is about 2 weeks before I notice any hair growth) and I was very disappointed by the bait and switch pricing this business practices. I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian sugaring but it was also my first time at this spa, so I should have been eligible for the 20% first time client discount. Due to the Groupons fine print, I always call to double check to make sure I understand the discount BEFORE a service, and when I called Body by Shae, they said all first time sugaring clients receive 20% off regardless (which it also says on their website), only that the 20% off would not be applied directly to the Groupon, but that it would work on other services that day. However, when I went to pay for the services that day, the extremely rude receptionist totally disregarded this information I relayed to her, so I would highly recommend any potential customer have any answers to their questions in writing to avoid this kind of deception, which in my case, led to an additional $35 charge.

I came to Body by Shae for a spa day with my mother. We started on Thursday night with a facial. She had the oxygenized facial and I had a chemical peel.We both thoroughly enjoyed our experiences and our skin looked amazing! Of course the chemical peel took a few days to really show results but I was floored with how beautiful, soft, and smooth my skin was. My technician Tiffany was very sweet and went over everything she was applying to my skin and how it worked. I felt very reassured and calm even though my face burned like 1000 red suns, hahah!I, unfortunately, cant say I had the same positive experience the next day. My mother was scheduled for brow extensions while I was scheduled for the sculpting and the extensions. She suggested just sculpting instead of extensions because I already had somewhat shaped and full brows aside from some sparse patches. The technician was very sweet, social, and funny and I enjoyed my time with her but when we were finished I was absolutely mortified.My brows were SO DARK. I left choosing the color up the her because I didnt know what would be best for me. Not only were they extremely dark but completely different shapes and totally uneven. It was seriously so bad that while I waited for my mother to finish I sat in the car and cried trying to get it off my face! It was both hilarious and soul-crushing when my friends and my boyfriend told me I looked like Groucho Marx after I sent them photos.Other the other hand, my mothers brows turned out very nice. She was very happy with how they looked and felt very confident when she was finished. I guess it was better her than I!Regardless, the customer service I received was professional, kind, and prompt. They have been very accommodating of my scheduling needs and conveniently have texting services which is perfect for someone like myself who doesnt have the time in the day to make phone calls.I have scheduled another facial with Body by Shae and I know I wont be disappointed!
