Gotten my hair done by both Gerilyn and Alejandro multiple times and they create nothing but ART on my head. The best experience Ive had in any salon. Everyone is so nice and welcoming!

Love it here! Such a pretty salon in a great location. Mostly I love how my hair looks when I leave. Olivia does a fantastic job of listening and looking at photos and creating something unbelievable. Im so glad to know her!

I loved Gail and Sammie . Salon is wellLocated, good parking, nicely appointed. Gail was very sweet, listened and made me very happy. Sammie was very gentle, so sweet. I highly recommend this dalon and stylist. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Prices are so reasonable, great value, great experience.

Hands down the best salon ever! I say this solely due to my stylist Olivia. Olivia went above and beyond to make me look and feel beautiful. She truly is a blonde specialist who knows what she is doing. I will never go to another salon as long as I have Olivia to do my hair! Amazing! Wonderful! 10/10 would recommend

The quality of haircut I get is among the best Ive gotten. The price is fair. Ive had cuts from multiple barbers in this shop and have never been disappointed.

Hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Amazing and calm atmosphere and since of covid-19 there is a lot of safety precautions like temperature check and hand sanitizer stations throughout and also everyone has to wear a mask. My stylist is Alejandro and he is wonderful, the care he gives to his clients and he also explains throughout the process what hes going to use and what those products are for. The salon is located on the second floor.

Capricci Ricci is such a wonderful salon that shows professionalism and kindness as soon as I walk through the door! All the hair stylists are A+ but Amy is my hair stylist and she does such a wonderful job on my hair and I always walk out of the salon with a smile on my face! The Capricci Ricci staff rocks! ❤️

Olivia was the best stylist!! The salon has great vibes and very aesthetic. I love that you can choose the products to be cruelty free or vegan. Olivia really listened to what I wanted and gave me a fresh, beautiful cut and blow-out. She told me she really cares about her clients and makes their hair flattering to their own unique personality or style.

Having moved from another state, having long hair with color and highlights.... finding mySalon Home was not going to be an easy task after being with my past trusted hairstylist for 10+years. Capricci Ricci was recommended to me and it was the first place it went to. Lets just say.... there is no need for me to go anywhere else!I love the Salon. All of the services have been exceptional and the owner is fabulous! Scalp massage and Blow Dry are amazing!Regardless of your style or age, Capricci Ricci will have you feeling and looking like a million bucks when you leave.

Before I found this salon I was one of those girls who bounced around to all the places that did $15 hair cuts and I walked out every time looking like a lawn mower attacked me. It was not a good time especially since I like to have short hair and that is NOT something that every stylist can do!! Then I found Capricci Ricci and my amazing Hair Dresser Amy and lets just say Ive been going here for over a year and I am hooked! All of the staff here are so sweet and pleasant, they really take the time to get to know you and make you feel so comfortable. The salon itself has a great atmosphere and is very well maintained.I have a pixie cut and as I said before, this is not something you can trust just any stylist to do. I am so overjoyed that I found Amy! Shes legitimately an artist with hair. I usually show her a picture or just describe the main features of the hairstyle Im looking for and then shes in the zone. She is so talented that she gives me the best haircut of my life every time and it takes her no more than 20 minutes! At other salons I would walk out with a pixie cut that made me look like a young boy (oh no!) but with Amy I walk out looking like a precious fairy and its perfect!! I cant stress enough how amazing this salon is, Ill never go anywhere else!

My aunt got her hair done here and it turned out great. They have a wet bar for folks who are getting their hair done and also for folks who are waiting. The staff was really nice. Also, my aunts hair turned out really nice.Bonus: I found 5 dollars on the ground outside as we were leaving. best day of my life.

Have been going to Capricci Ricci for several years now. Amy does a fabulous job cutting my hair and working with me to try different cuts. She is fun. All the staff is friendly and helpful and welcoming. Gerilyn also gives a great cut. I havent tried anyone else, but I imagine they are all very talented. Love this place!

I went to the salon because another hairdresser had messed up my color badly and Gail happened to have an opening. She spent a long time fixing my hair and did an awesome job. I love the color. She is excellent, and spends a lot of time to make you look great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The salon is clean and very elegant.

Great salon, they offer late nights a few days a week, that parts good. However, I would advise if youre a new client to avoid some of the stylists with the super-limited schedules. If youre someone like me who needs touch-ups every four weeks and your stylist books out 2-3 months in advanced, youre screwed. Learned the hard way with Lindsay who is a new mommy and hardly ever works. So, just ask in advance when youre scheduling to make sure the person they book you with is available at least 4-5 days a week and is flexible with work-ins.

Before I found Capricci Ricci Salon, I was one to bounce around to salons that had quick pop-in and pop-out type of deal. Im just glad that a friend had recommended this place to me because I love it! Im always treated with respect and the ladies that work here are beyond amazing and friendly. Im so happy that I found Capricci Ricci. Ill be going back here as long as I can! Thanks, Capricci Ricci!

This salon is awesome to put it mildly! Christie was absolutely wonderful!!! Its like she knew me before I ever came in. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that and more... Where other salons fell short, Capricci Ricci did not!! I highly recommend seeing her, shes not only creative but very personable and I love that! It was a breath of fresh air for me so to speak to actually have someone listen to what I wanted and not do what they want to do! Very cute & quaint inside and everyone is so friendly and I truly mean Everyone! I was so comfortable & welcomed from the minute I walked in. Trust me...Im sooooo particular with my hair and Christie is just that good that she more than pleased a very hard to please me!!!! LOVE my do and LOVE this salon!!!!

Upscale salon in beautiful Winter Park

I have been to numerous amounts of hair colorist/stylist, I know what its like to have a bad experience. I came to Lindsay with brass orange hair, I had seen her instagram account, linzphair, so I was confident that she could fix my hair. Now almost 3 years later, she has been my constant, she is so friendly, she gives me exactly what I ask/show her, she got my hair to a long length - my hair is still healthy, full, and strong. Anyone out there reading this who has had trouble finding a great colorist or needs to fix the color they have, no questions asked she is beyond going to give you what you were seeking.

I liked the look and feel of the old salon better. And moving to a new location did not make it any easier to get an appointment with your favorite stylist. Now I have to go thru the anxiety of finding another salon just so I can be seen. So stressful. If you move into a larger facility, you have room to hire more stylists.

I loved my experience at Capricci Ricci. Cindy did a wonderful job with my cut and color and I loved the whole atmosphere. Cant wait to come back!

I have been going to Capricci Ricci for several years now, and Gerilyn is my stylist. She always does an amazing job with my cut and highlights, and if we need to make a change, she is quick to be on board with suggestions and patience!I recently went for my usual appointment, but due to some surgery I had to have out of state, my pre-booked appointment time had to be changed. Gerilyn was able to work me in on a day that week, and I know it was not an easy task! She was very busy, but took her usual time with me, and did a wonderful job on my hair. Post-surgery, she and everyone else in the salon made me feel so welcomed! Her assistant that day, Katie, was so sweet and kind. Katie dragged a chair with my pillows, a wheelchair, a walker and all other apparatus to make the day work for me! Gale is excellent and styles my hair just right. The atmosphere of the salon is friendly without being intrusive and it is a relaxing place to go. I wouldnt go anyplace else even though it is some distance away as I live in Maitland.

Worst experience ever. Went in with beautiful thick long curly hair and now have had to cut it short. They messed up my color, tried to fix it and fried my hair. My hair was literally falling out. So devastated. Did get a refund but the damage is done and beyond repair. Now have short thin scraggly hair.

I went to live love hair with Paula she ruined my hair and then blamed me for it even though I prove to her that I was doing everything properly and I was using the correct products do not go just go somewhere else
