The quarterly services would work initially but not last the whole time until the next service. We are very disappointed that we started having a large ant problem in our home 2 months after our last service. We have been having a horrible ant problem the last week. Since our service was quarterly, their policy is that if you have an issue during the last month prior to your next service you have to pay for your next service to be done early. So they would not re-spray without us paying for the service that is not due til next month. Then, because of this problem we would need to change to a service that is every 2 months. They still hold to that policy. They have offered to give us a discount in the future. I just prefer not to continue to use this service.
