We’ve been using Ideal Pest for approximately 2-years for general insect control. They are knowledgeable, responsive and aggressive with anything you may encounter in or around your home. They listen to your problem and treat it properly. Wouldn’t go with anyone else but them.

We just moved from Colorado to Florida about a month ago. I knew Florida had bugs, and I was prepared to deal with that. What I was NOT prepared to deal with was moving into an apartment infested with german roaches! As a Colorado native, I completely freaked out! I couldnt believe a management company would allow someone to move into an apartment that had such a nightmare going on inside of it!!! Its just not right. Our apartment complexs pest control did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I found Idea Pest Solutions online, and I am so, SO happy I did! Mike came out and did our initial treatment, as well as our follow-ups. I bombarded him with a billion questions, which he was more than happy to answer! Super nice guy, very professional, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, THE TREATMENTS WORKED!!!! We were ready to pack up all of our stuff, pay the early lease termination fee (even though it was not us, it was the apartment!), and move to another apartment complex. In our opinion, the apartment complex should have been paying US to live here! Thanks to Mike and Ideal Pest Solutions, we didnt have to do that. We have NO BUGS, and we have set up quarterly maintenance with them while we are in this apartment, just in case we have issues with anything else. I have been using Ideal Pest for the last five years. They are always punctual and professional. At my first home I never saw any bugs, due to their maintenance. At my new home they have helped me eliminate an ant problem. Highly recommend.

The rep quoted us $1200 for a rat exclusion. He took photos of entry points that were IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER actual entry points. I think they use fear-mongering tactics to overcharge the unwitting. Get a second quote and check their work before you pay or sign anything.

We had a carpenter ant dilemma and Ideal Pest Solutions/Pest Control was recommended. After a successful initial pest treatment, the follow-ups have been just as beneficial. Each person we have encountered at Ideal has been friendly, a good listener, highly informative, and readily responsive. I cant say enough good things about them.

Jason came to my home, quoted repairs/treatment and talked me thru what hed be doing. I previously had another local pest control company come on a quarterly basis & was still having issues, I switched over to Ideal Pest Solutions maybe 6 months ago for my quarterly service and Ive been really happy with it. Prices are very reasonable to initiate service & keep it going at the frequency you prefer, the office staff is very friendly & theyre good about returning calls and e-mails. I found the tech that came out to be knowledgeable too - most importantly NO BUGS. Im very happy with the service overall.

(First January 2015)This is an update (November 2015): Jason has been very diligent in monitoring our situation to ensure we have remained pest free. As the final phase of the solution, he cleared the part of the attic that was most affected, decontaminated the area, and blew in new insulation. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work he and his colleague did, as well as how thoroughly he cleaned up the access room afterward. During these nine months of working with us, Jason has always been very courteous and professional. He makes practical recommendations, keeping our needs in mind, with a quiet confidence that emphasizes his expertise. Never has he tried to push any type of service or referral on us, unlike many other servicemen I have tried to work with. On the contrary, he was quick to let me know when an alternative company would be less expensive.I have not received any discounts or compensation for my voluntary review.

Hands down the best pest company you can ever find. They are honest and they will help you resolve concerns quickly. You have to listen to their advice and direction. Jason (owner) is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest services. Weve been with them for two years and I have now recommended them to many friends and co-workers. They always do a great job!

We had an ant problem - they were all over the kitchen and we couldnt get rid of them on our own. Finally called Ideal Pest Solutions, and they did an excellent job. Within 3 hours of their first visit, they were all gone. They also come by for a follow up visit to make sure everything looks good. Highly recommend this company.

GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE!!I called a few weeks ago because my other pest control service had gone out of business. I like to buy local when I can and I have not had the best results with the bigger companies. I made my appointment and received a call from him the day before to confirm. He was right on time and did a very detailed job. I live in a condo so keeping pest free when sharing many walls is not easy. I got a great treatment at an extremely fair price. He said he would come back if I had any problems. I will most definitely keep this company as my pest control provider. I found him here on yelp along with many other local companies but none were as professional or polite as he was over the phone. I am so glad I went with Ideal pest solutions!!

Although the first treatment didnt quite do the job, Ideal Pest Solutions provided a complimentary second treatment and the technician Paul really went above and beyond to solve our problems. Contacted IPS after looking for a pest control company and reading all the positive reviews. The reviews were not wrong. YOU NEED THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY! Paul came to my home promptly at 8am this morning. He was very courteous and incredibly knowledgeable having been in the industry and with the company for many years. He listened intently to what I wanted and was seeing. He asked questions. He did not rush through or make me feel rushed in any way. He booked a follow-up appointment for next week to review the progress and provide additional treatment to ensure that I was happy. Even the lady on the phone was pleasant to him and answered right away and gave him the date and time that worked for me. I could not be any happier. AND I could tell within a few hours that the treatment was working. SOOOOO thankful I called IPS.

Last year we hired Ideal Pest Control because we had an ant problem. They came out and accessed the issue and did their magic! We have NOT had any ant problems and its been a few months. We are doing their quarterly treatment to keep those ants from ever returning. The were super professional and friendly. I cant rave enough about them.

Excellent service. We had an ant infestation and they were able to treat the problem quickly without leaving anything in the house our baby could get into. We ended up getting the quarterly treatment plan and havent seen any bugs in the house for several months. A+.

My rental house had a severe insect infestation. Jason did an excellent job of taking care of those pests. I could not believe how many pests had to be swept up. I highly recommend this service. This is absolutely the worst company I have hired to treat my house i am NEVER going to contact these people again. I pad for the clean out and was told that after the clean out they would come back to put traps and baits. So they came and treated ONCE after that it took them 2 weeks to come back to put bait. (NO TRAPS) I HAD BOUGHT A PACK OF TRAPs and the guy doing the cleanout used mine and never replaced them. Or came back to put theirs in. After they got their payment and came only twice I was left with the problem unsolved and had to contact Massey to pay another 150.00 dollars to get this job done. Ridiculous.

The pricing is very fair and their knowledge of pesky things that roam your home is deep. We highly recommend using them for pest control service if youre in the area!

I had Crazy Ants otherwise known as Rasberry ants driving me crazy in my office. I was killing several a day that began running all over my desk. I called ideal pass solution, they came this past Wednesday and told me I would see in a couple of days. Im not kidding the next morning I came into work on Thursday and I havent seen a Crazy ant since.

We purchased a new home and moved in last July. Shortly after doing so, we noticed that our home was already occupied by unwelcome visitors, as we noticed rat droppings by our new grill. He managed what was a troubling situation with the upmost professionalism, far exceeding any pre-conceived expectations I had.
