We have been using Advanced Pest Related Services for both a bimonthly pest treatment and termite bond for years. Milton is our normal tech and is a great guy: friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Our house is generally pest free, but on the rare occasion we see ants or scorpions (yep, this is Florida), Advanced Pest is very accommodating and the extra visit is at no charge. Their prices in general are very reasonable, and are what originally attracted us. Their great service is what has kept us.

First negative review ever on google from me, this company wants to provide monthly or quarterly service only, I told them twice annually and they agreed, no bug problems what so ever, good job!Their staff is rude and condescending. When it was time to sign up for another year, they told be that they don’t offer by-annual services anymore. So what the management of this company is saying is that they would rather over charge you with services that aren’t needed versus taking my money..... it took a half hour to replace them. Thanks but no thanks!

I decided to go with this company because they use products that are environmentally friendly and safe for pets and children. Scheduling my initial consultation and subsequent treatments was a breeze thanks to Mariah and the service that followed didnt miss a beat when Rob, our technician, showed up to do the work. As a parent of two and an animal owner, I would highly recommend Advanced Pest Related Services! My yard looks great and the ant problem we had was quickly resolved.

Advanced Pest has been our pest control company since we purchased a home in Davenport, Fl four years ago. Our service technician, Miltion has always been helpful and very pleasant. The chemicals they use are effective in controlling pests. Most of the time they just treat the exterior of the house and 2 or 3 times a year we have them treat the interior. A couple years ago we had a billing error which they quickly corrected when I called them. We feel they are fairly priced. We are very happy with Advanced Pest Control

Advanced is the very best lawn care company. Their techs are so knowledgeable. They are reasonably priced and always have an open ear to concerns about lawn care. I have had a few lawn care companies since I moved to Florida and they have been the very best.

Horrible customer service. I’ve never had anyone from a company treat us as horribly as this company. You have to call them every single time for service. We found another company that calls us and let’s us know when they are coming out and if we have any concerns.Advanced Pest was given multiple chances. They ruined areas of our grass. I wouldnt even write a review on that however I just can’t believe how horrible their customer service rep is...I’ve worked in customer service for years and although the public can be extremely difficult I have always been told to treat every customer the same and with respect. Maggie from Advanced Pest does NOTHING of the sort. She treats you like a piece of garbage. Every time I would have to call for service...she would answer the phone as you are a bother to her and she makes it known.Please do yourself a favor and shop around..I even said maybe she’s having a bad day...clearly she hates customers and shouldn’t be dealing with the public.This company isn’t worth the headache you will receive.

Complete lack of communication between the office and the service technicians. After having to call them to come back (and rearrange another day to accommodate their service) after several times, I expressed concerns to the office manager. I then get a call from Maggie in their office who had an attitude, was again lacking the communication that the appointment had already been scheduled again when I spoke to the office manager an hour earlier (and rescheduled my next day to accommodate it yet again). Maggie blamed the technicians and was incredibly unprofessional. There are too many competitors who have better prices and are more professional than to use Advanced Pest Services. Save yourself the frustration!

Issues with Fleas on my lawn. Prompt friendly service! I would recommend.

After 11 years, they decided to no longer offer coverage in my area. That would have been fine, had they told me. When I called to inquire why I hadn’t received notification of renewal, I found out they weren’t renewing. I was transferred to the manager who literally laughed because I said I was upset about not being notified. So now I have been without coverage and have to find new coverage. Good riddens!

We have used Advanced Pest related Services for over 10 years and have had them out for several pest problems. They are always prompt and have solved all of our pest problems and continue to keep our place pest free!

If you are someone as I am who values a time commitment from a service company and expects them to be at a pre agreed upon time, then Advanced Pest Control is not the company you want to do business with.Repeatedly we have made appointments at a specific time only to sit around for at least an hour or two waiting for them to arrive. It doesnt matter apparently if you have things you have to do since that is why you made an appointment at a specific time in the first place since it is not going to happen and you will be wasting your time and money waiting for them to show up. Very frustrating to say the least and costly if you are losing money while you cool your heals waiting for them.
