We just started using Massey service for both termite control and pest control. One technician came to install sentricons, another technician came to swipe the exterior wasp buildups before applying granules and sprays. A week later I noticed 2 wasps building a nest on the porch ceiling. I texted Sherri, and a few hours later the technician came to clean it. I think it’s worth of the money.

So I signed up for annual pest control, and everything was great the person walked us thru everything and had no problems, a month went by another rep showed up and we decide to also sign up for termite and again everything is fine. What I noticed is that it took 2 visit to kill all the ants in the front yard when they had stated it will be taken care of in one visit. When I signed up for the termite they offered to set me up on a payment plan for 3 payments. Well the card I signed up with I had no problems the first month. My card got canceled due to unauthorized charges called and paid the second and requested for them not to store the information for this card, they advised no problem feb 12 got a voicemail saying I’m past due which I’m not because the contract stated 15 of each month. They charged the card I requested not to save. This is totally not acceptable I will be terminating my pest control contract. Just so you know I still have spiders. So the product does not work

I contacted Massey because our neighbors have been using them and have been very happy with their service. From the moment I contacted them, they have been extremely responsive and helpful. We were assigned to an inspector named Sherri, who has been very helpful and gone above and beyond to answer my questions and make the process of hiring their company easy and a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend.

Overall does a good job, just wish they would be more thorough when it comes to knocking down wasp nest and pest in the corners and crannies around the house

Find some other company unless you want the healthiest weeds in Florida. Rating is 0. Service dont work and client service does not exist. Do not bother to call. I guess Mr. and Mrs. Massey are either too busy doing TV ads or just enjoying the fruits of the business but certainly they are not around anymore.

Pablo is the best, friendliest and pays attention to detail. Sherri has been terrific. She helped us transfer our pest service from our previous location and got us set up for service right away. Super easy and no bugs! Being in new construction she walked through various options for us to consider and explained the benefits of each service. No high pressure. Later when we were ready to add on additional services Sherri helped us to prioritize the best ones for us.

Our sales rep, Sherri, has been very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that she provides the information you need without feeling pressured. Robert, our pest technician, does quality work and is also very friendly. I havent gotten a chance yet to meet the yard technician, but aside from some persistent weeds in the backyard (that are being addressed), so far so good.

Called for exterior spray quote only and someone came out and wanted to check interior. My wife declined them coming inside and she left. Never received a call back or a quote. I can find a different company.... This company was a recommendation from a close friend that said he will drop them after my experience since many others have offered better pricing and customer service.

Massey provides high quality pest prevention and lawn nutrition! I am not a fan of pesticides inside or outside the house and they use a minimal and effective approach in their treatments!! 🙂🙂👏👏

Dont expect much, other than to spend your money for watered down chemicals that couldnt kill a new borne child

Ive used Massey for their Pest Prevention service for 4+ years. Specificfly, the team at the Winter Garden office is always fantastic and extremely professional. They always provide excellent service and keep my home pest free.

If you care about the appearance of your lawns - RUN - do not walk away from Massey Services. In the 6 short months that we used them for both our home and business locations, the appearance of our lawns declined dramatically. At quite a cost, we have had to replace sections of dead sod and also mature shrubs that were part of a hedge. It will be months, if not years, before our lawns recover from the damage caused by this company. Also the customer service is terrible

I have a zoysia lawn and have been having a lot of issues with weeds. They dont have a good follow up in place as they could never get this taken care of. My understanding is they have to spray once and then come back in 2 weeks and spray again or the weeds will yellow but come right back. They could never stay organized enough to spray it the 2nd time so here we are, 20 months later with our lawn looking no better than when they were hired. Cust service on the phone has been satisfactory.

As long as you have a good responsible tech you are set. He will do what ever he knows to do to solve your problem

After 3 years we are having continued trouble with their lack of communication and follow up to our concerns of dead bushes and grass. Weve made 6 calls in 3 months, they have made promises to do something, yet they never follow through and we are still sitting with dead bushes and grass. Once they got us to renew by making promises to take care of issues, they have ignored us. We are now at point of considering giving our notice and cancel our contract. Sad we pad alot of money for their pest and lawn service and certainly not getting ourmoney worth. Think twice before you contract with them.

I wish there were less than one star.. Terrible company. Do not hire. They do not offer any real service other than lip.. You have been warned! I would not recommend them!

I just moved to clermont . The customer service was terrible and the reliability was horrible .It’s not wort the money you paid .i call to find out when the coming and nobody knows, the keep transferring me .The lady told me the will come out when the in the neighborhood !! Really !!The don’t even have a fix schedule .I shouldn’t even gave a star !!NOT RECOMMEND !! Sucks
