Dr. Sherry Roberts was wonderful. She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and informative. I could tell she actually cared to listen. I left her office feeling relieved that things were finally moving forward for me, and Im grateful I was able to find her. Highly recommend her.The Harmony United facility was clean, staff was courteous, and I was attended to very quickly. Seemed very well-organized to me.

Harmony United Psychiatric care has been so helpful for me. With the use of telehealth, its been so convenient in between my appointments. Its been really helpful to check in with my doctor and they’re able to answer any questions I have regarding my medications and other concerns.

Practice and office staff are great but they outsource their billing and it is a __huge__ mess and you can never talk to anyone.We always pay our copays and insurance pays the rest but without fail we get messages of past due and threats to turn us over to collections.My child likes the therapist a lot and I think it really helps, however the ongoing issue with billing and no customer service us probably going to lead to is going elsewhere....

Office staff and NP was very nice and helpful with all my needs. Winter Garden office was new and easy to get and easy to find.

Second time they’ve cancelled after waiting for almost 2 months. Of course the bill came immediately not even having single appointment or ever visiting the office. I didn’t need their services just because I was bored one day you know... Won’t recommend.
