Tammy is Amazing! My eyebrows have never looked so good and my Brazilian was practically painless, she was so gentle and walked me through every step. Will most definitely be going back to her.

The ladies at this location are always so nice! My appointments always start right on time and are always quick and efficient. Staff are super professional, and super friendly through the entire process and make me feel very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend European Wax Center enough!

Worst customer service. Every time I went, had to wait. Member with package. Drove 55 min for very important appointment before trip. Hit traffic. Called ahead that I was going to be late but really needed appointment. Told 9 min grace period. Ran in. Waited for them to check me in at least a minute - now 11 minutes after waiting. Receptionist with nice smile said “youre all checked in!” Rude manager Susan flies around corner and says appointment cancelled. (Guess i have to wait but no one else does.) Explained how important appointment was and had been there waiting and already checked in. Rudely refused. Asked for refund - rude Susan agreed and then all of the sudden “wasnt allowed to refund.” Called Dr Phillips location while there asking for Regional Manager because rude Susan claimed she was the only manager. Dr Phillips location saved the day and squeezed me in. Rude susan said, as parting shot, “they cant help you because different owner “ - neglected to mention my package worked there too. Rude hall monitor susan is also shady petty susan. Customer lost.

I came in for my first full bikini wax, and the experience was wonderful. Andrea was my specialist and she was phenomenal. Im 32 weeks pregnant, so she made sure to be extra gentle and do smaller sections. She talked me through everything and complimented me when I apparently stoically made it through. Haha. Hope to be back soon and will absolutely ask for Andrea again.

I’ve always gone to the nail salons for my eyebrow waxes and then sat in the car afterwards and finished them or fixed them. They did an outstanding job! I’ll definitely return.

This was my first Brazilian wax in a few years and my first experience at European Wax Center. Naomi was my wax specialist and she was awesome! The appointment was quick and I was serviced right on time. Naomi made me feel super comfortable and we were able to make light conversation to keep me distracted during the process. The appointment only took about 15 minutes and Naomi did an amazing job. The receptionists were also very kind and made the process super quick and easy for me. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend Naomi as your wax specialist!

My first experience here and it was a great one! Xandria was my wax specialist and she was professional, easy to talk to, and was able to distract me from the wax pain. Very clean atmosphere and good Covid safety protocols. They also did not try and push any membership on me, which is very much appreciated. They be said I will definitely be back to see Xandria!

Due to how crazy it’s been I haven’t had the chance to write a review however back in June I went in to get a wax and was so shocked at the treatment. As soon as I went in the receptionists were dry and my wax ‘specialist’ Noemi or Naomi I don’t even remember her exact name but sadly I won’t forget her, she was very rude and made awkward small talk only to make a face at my responses. I’ve never been in so much pain during a wax, she never held down the skin after pulling the wax on how she was supposed to or how I’ve had done before and I tried my best to keep my composure but all she kept saying when I’d flinch was ‘that’s why you should come every so and so weeks’. Well I would have if COVID wasn’t happening. Ive been here before and never had an experience like this.

This was my 1st Brazilian waxing and I was extremely nervous. Angie walked me through everything and was AWESOME!!!! It wasnt bad at all, she was super gentle and knowledgeable. Im already scheduled for my next appointment.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and everybody is very nice! And the place is very clean, I usually wax (full Brazilian) with Naomi but she was not available so when I made my reservation the receptionist told me I was gonna be with Riyah, when I got there I was with Jamie she was very nice but the wax was too hot and when she was applying it on my skin she was rubbing it on very rough, usually my waxes don’t hurt but this one was painful. I don’t know if she was new or not but I think she needs a little more practice.

Angie is the best waxer I have ever had. She is so sweet and so good at what she does. She somehow makes waxing, which is normally a very painful process for me, painless and easy. All of the girls there are super kind and efficient but Angie has magic powers. I cannot recommend her services enough. I really love this location.

It was my first time going to this location. I was a little apprehensive going due to covid. My waxer, Alex was wearing a face shield and a mask during my eyebrow wax. She answered all of my questions and did a great job. I will definitely be booking with her again. I recommend Alex especially if you are picky (like me) with your brows.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and super accommodating! I was a bit reserved at using the products at first, until Heather recommended the Smooth Me combined with the Body Polish. I literally have little to no hair growing, and my skin discoloration has improved! Great products, amazing service!

I can’t say enough about European Wax Center! I started going to see Heather about a year ago and she is the best! She makes you feel very comfortable and I leave with perfect and smooth results every time. I still drive 1 hour just to see her because I moved (and there is a EWC 10 minutes from my house). All of the girls are so friendly and professional, I highly recommend this location, ask for Heather!

This was my second appointment. The waxing was not done well. Secondly I confirmed the price prior to my second appointment (same scope of service as first appointment) and was told it would be the same price as my first appointment. It wasn’t. The front desk person laughed and told me there was nothing she could do. This is not the way business should be handled.

I’m new to this state, and was terrified of having my eyebrows ruined. But after reading the previous comments on recommending Heather, I booked an appointment with her. I gave her 5 stars she took her time, and it didn’t even hurt at all and on top of leaving my brows perfect she filled them in a bit and they looked 💯 . I will keep going to her and anyone out there looking for a brow woman she’s your girl.

I just have to say one thing: KA-DI-SHAShe really does have Angel hands. I only have had the Brazilian Wax. I have sensitive skin and normally my skin feels uneasy the day of and the day after. My last appt was with Kadisha and I felt like new that same day. No pain at all!!!!

This was my first and last time going here! From the moment I walked in I felt as though I was bothering the receptionist as I was not greeted and given attitude. I also witnessed the manager Bianca being what I can only describe as a bully to an employee and over heard her asking why the person wasn’t “pushing more products”. I’m but this attitude is so unprofessional when I go to a person who specializes in a field hair, nails, wax what have you if I ask for a recommendation that’s one thing but to hear that products should be “pushed” on guests is appalling. Management needs an overhaul here my friends (or your cash cows I should say) an I won’t be back!

I moved from Va and I was expecting a bigger place. Once I got there everything is really crowded. I booked appointment with Amanda since she is pregnant she made me feel comfortable since I’m pregnant everything hurts even more. I would recommend her.

Very hard to find tucked into a little corner, but they do an amazing job and are having a sale through the end of the month. Front desk and esthetician both professional and clean.

I can not express how comfortable Amanda made me feel for my first bikini wax ever...she told me what to expect,she’s fast but detailed. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to get waxed for the first time. She will be my go to for every wax I get from now! I’ve been waxing in European wax center winter garden for a year and half, everyone was friendly and nice. I was never late, on the contrary I waited on several occasions for my appointment and never had an issue!! Today I had an appointment at 12 noon. Apparently at that time it’s very hard to find a parking in the area. As I was going around the parking lot looking for parking I called at 12:06 to inform them that I’m there but having an issue with parking. Taylor answered the call said if I’m not in in a minute I will lose my appointment! I told her i just parked and I’m coming! I ran through the parking lot behind LA fitness to get there. As I got there she said your time is up!! It was 12:10. We have to get you with someone else! So the problem was one minute!! I told her that I’ll wait. I sat 40 minutes then she said actually Xandria has an appointment for 1.5 hour then she has to leave and someone else will take her place!I understand the time constraints that you might encounter on a daily basis in your business but piece of advice: employee attitude makes or breaks a business. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!! You just lost a client.

One of the best waxing centers around. Great management from Karina and all the girls there where fantastic. Amanda checked me in and the level of service I received from Rocio was out of this world. If you are looking for a place to go this is the one. They have great deals when you buy a certain amount of wax passes you get some free and the products made my skin as smooth as like Ive never been waxed! If you havent stopped in yet, you need too!!!

I had my first experience today and I definitely know Ill be back. Everyone was super welcoming, the atmosphere was really inviting. The wax, as well, was shockingly comfortable. As mentioned by my esthetician, Xandria, the wax had aloe and chamomile which made it exceptionally easy to actually enjoy my experience. She did a wonderful job and I cant wait to go back!

Very clean location. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and rates. My only suggestion would be to condense services...ie: there is not a full body wax option or combo rate for option merging more than 1 service.

Very great service!!! I have been seeing Jocelyn since they opened this location. She is by far the BEST waxer there. I had a bad experience with Xadria i think her name is? Horrible, had to see her because Jocelyn was on vacation, but I wish I could’ve waited! Definitely only coming to see Jocelyn from now on. She is very professional, and patient when she waxes and is very personable. Kinda like when you do your nails! She makes the experience fun and PAINLESS! if you need a wax come see her!!

Arrived to my appointment on time, just to get turned away from the girl at checkin due to not having my drivers license. Apparently you need your I.d for them to start a new client profile. You need your i.d to get a damn wax?????? ... thats like asking for your i.d to get your nails done. I didnt know I was going in for a new patient doctors appointment...

Almost painless experience. Xandria is amazing!

Very unprofessional and disappointed in my service. First I was seen 20 minutes after my scheduled time, while 2 people who’s appointment time was after mine were seen before me. Including the owner who felt untitled to simply walk in and jump infront of paying clients. My waxer then asked how I wanted my new shape and didn’t do what I wanted and once she asked me to take a look there were several corrections where she just left stragglers. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location. I will NEVER return. Very unprofessional staff who do not take responsiblity for there mistakes. Do yourself a favor and make a trip to a different location.
