Wonderful personal and extremely friendly.I just stop by for a quick wash.Was very happy for the price.

I came with a vehicle that was covered in dog hair. I asked for an interior cleaning and was told that they would not be able to get it all out, but they would do their best. I also asked for them to help me with the smell as the car smelled of dog. I was charged $30 and the hair was barely removed. The after pictures are the ones with blue air freshener. I understand that they could not remove all of the hair but I expected to at least notice a visual difference. I was not satisfied.

This is our go-to place for quality car detailing. Leonard and Sons does a great job on our cars and we leave happy every time. My husbands car hauls our three dogs to and from the park everyday, which coats every surface in dog hair. They deep clean and detail the interior to a dog-free shine. My car is easier, but they still make it show-room ready!

This is the place to go if you want a good quality car detailing! I was greeted with a big smile and excellent customer service! As soon as I got here they started working on my SUV ! very fast service ! Also they provide inside or outside waiting area . Very cute set up! All the staff was very friendly! Would definitely recommend this place for a good old fashion good quality car detailing inside and out! People were friendly, the overall wash of the car was pretty good, I didnt find any spots that were missed. HOWEVER I also got my car waxed, and Im very disappointed in the wax job. There many areas around the car that I could see where the wax just wasnt completely applied and had streaks. It was done quickly, but I think it was done TOO quickly Completely unacceptable for the amount paid.

Have had a full detail twice and engine cleaned here. They were able to shampoo the seats of one of my vehicles and get it super clean. My other used vehicle we just bought had some stains in the seats that didnt fully come out but they did a great job buffing out a ton of tiny scratches all over the outside of it. Really nice people too!

Ive very disappointed in the quality of work. The door jams were not cleaned, the tops of the windows were not clean, the suv reach hatch jab was not cleaned. There was no attention to detail. Its like having your teenagers clean your car. I will not be back. -Response to owner who didnt see the vehicle: Did you even read my review? I paid $150 for a quick wash & wax? Your people didnt even clean the door jams. Would that not be included for $150? I would have gotten better value at the automatic car wash up the street on hwy 50 for $35. The only thing worse than this detailing job, was your poor, defensive response.

The quality of the work is not consistent. Sometimes its good other times u feel like u took the car through a Mobile Car wash. Last time I paid more than what I was quoted for detail but then saw dirty wax left over at different spots which I cleaned my self when I got back home.. I thought about complaining about the quality but didnt after I saw him yelling at another customer. I now use a mobile detail service.Update 08/12/2020: Calling someones review a false says a lot about the customer service you provide.I know you can do a good job if you stay consistent with your service.I also think you should treat your customers with respect so they are not afraid of bringing up issues with detailing .No one likes to be yelled at or seeing someone else being yelled at .

Very unprofessional came in for a full detail wasnt told how long I would be waiting 3 hours later they still didnt start on my car and I was told they had washed the outside do they didnt all they did was spay it with water and shine the tires once I complained and I wanted to leave I was told to pay $20 to get my keys I was upset and paid place was being rimmed by kids

Awesome Car Wash! I was visiting the area and this is the only hand service car wash in the area. Every other company puts your car through a machine. I was greeted by Mr. Leonard personally and he was the nicest guy ever. He said he could get me out of there in 30 mins with a hand wash and wax. Typically I wait at least an hour for this. Keep in mind I have a 3rd gen Toyota Tacoma. Overall great experience and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

If you own a hybrid car, Beware! You may get damage to your hybrid battery and inverter system. I had them do a full, $180, interior/exterior/engine area detail. As soon as I left and turned onto Story Rd, my warning lights came on, saying Check Hybrid System (thats the worst light possible for hybrid owners). Thinking it must just be a coincidence, I had the codes checked at Toyota. I didnt tell them I had just had the car detailed. Toyota told me the hybrid battery compartment was flooded - and that if/when the battery and/or the inverter fails, it will NOT be covered under warranty because of the water damage. Luckily, on their own, Toyota documented this on the invoice. Went back to Leonard and Sons, but the owner refused any responsibility for the issue. Be aware.

I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I knew my car needed a deep cleaning (I have aussies so hair so shedding is terrible). I dropped it off and when I picked it back up it was like a completely new car. I will 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a detailer. Such a sweet family and great business.

Love this place!!! I have a Tesla and I don’t let anyone else touch her because no one can clean her as well as Leonard’s team. The only thing is that sometimes on the weekends they get really busy, but it is worth the wait!!!!

They are very kind and personable. They were quick to fit me in. I was told $175.00 for wash and wax. When I went to pay, I was told $185. I tipped less than I would normally due to up charge. It was not worth the money. I have a very large black truck and everything they missed could be seen.They vaccumed at no extra charge and stated they would wipe the dash down. The dash did not get cleaned.They didnt clean out the bed of the truck or clean door jams. One fender still had grim that was waxed over. Bug guts still on the outside of the windshield. The black plastic trim was not detailed out.

Just purchase a vehicle they were great.

Today I went to Leonard & sons auto detailing I was there very early in the morning about 8 a.m. the owner came out and was so pleasant my husband is very particular about his car so I wanted it to be great when he came back home the owner said all I needed was a basic he didnt try to upsell me or anything when he and my sons finished with my husbands vehicle it was absolutely beautiful it looked like showroom quality I absolutely will return and I believe this is going to be our go-to car Wash and detailing thank you for everything you did for our vehicle

Always great service at a fair price

They power washed the inside of my car to clean the carpets this left everything wet wet wet for days after! The mats were just power washed. Not scrubbed nor was there any attempt to remove the water from them. They were just wet and dirty. Detail is what I went there for. The car was shining but the leather was still dirty. I went home took a paper towel with simple dish soap and wiped the door and the seats a little. The dirt came right up. So they just shined it not cleaned it. The two hours promised turned into a whole day. I would not ever go back there again. I wanted to support a local business. Do right by the little man next time Ill go to the franchise.

My husband had my car detailed for my birthday and I was so excited to pick it up! Sadly, excitement was short lived as door pockets, console crevices, steering wheel and dash were still dirty. Everything was greasy with loads of Armor All and I had to wipe down everything when I got home. The steering wheel is still grimy and the back of the car was not even vacuumed. Rubber mats were not washed. Saturdays are VERY busy and I think they should be honest with you if they don’t think time will allow a good job. We even asked in our neighborhood who people would recommend and Leonard and Sons was highly recommended so I hate to give a negative review but I am very disappointed.

Amazing work! My car has never been cleaner.I had 3 gallons of lemon juice spill all over my car ( I work at chickfila, if that explains it) and my car smelled like rotten lemons. After they cleaned my car, I couldn’t smell it at all. I could not have picked a better place to get it done. Thank you !

Sent my car here, car was still soaked and it didnt look so bad. Left the windows open all night so it can dry, next morning my seats are still damped and now my car stinks!!! Can not get the smell off and my seats are still damped!! None of the stains were cleaned out either, as the seats dried up a bit the stains looked worse. Will not be returning.

They are the best. If you want your car to be cleaned perfectly, it must take time, stop complaining about that you have to wait for so long

I had a full car detail done on my Ford Escape. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 8. Most of the work was just fine but upon driving home I noticed the steering wheel was still grimy. I thought they had attacked the problem and that it was just unremovable ground-in grime. At home I hit some 409 on it and it cleaned right up. The next day my wife drove the car and was upset that areas around the front dash, middle console and steering column still had some grime. She took it back and they fixed it, but for a $170+ car detail job why should she have to? Word to the wise, if you have the full detail carefully inspect every inch of the car, especially the interior before paying and taking possession.
