Excellent. Quick in & out. Parking is adequate. Getting gas is painful. Arrows are nonexistent & there is no traffic control or rhyme or reason.

A typical Sunday at Sams! No carts, lots of people and just a few cashiers. To the cashiers credit she was efficient and a genius at arranging things in the cart.Problem is, just like Walmart there are more self check outs than cashiers and they try to force you to use the cheaper route. Problem is...the self check outs were just as full as the regular check outs. Anyway...This store had what we usually expect with a few exceptions. Seafood selections were nearly nonexistent. Unusual for this location... and meat and chicken were not in great abundance as well nor was it fresh looking.My wife and I began to wonder if people were stocking up for something that we hadnt heard about! This store is usually pretty decent but go on a weekday and save yourself some pain!

Excellent, we had no problem finding our items.

Favourite place to buy a lots of stuff.. enjoy to strolling arround.. and many stuff for kids, daily needs, for sport, camping, garden, etc.. 👍👍👍

Mobile puck up is the best! I arrived early for my pick up, so I planned on waiting a bit. I pulled in slot #8, let them know on the mobile app that I was outside. Within 4 minutes my order was out to my car! I kid you not! I LOVE Sams Club!

There were no carts available upon entry they were all out in the parking lot yet employees standing around talking laughing joking we had to go out and get our own carts. Selection seems to be thinning out no chicken wings and things of the nature might have to look into Costco

Just went for gas. Less expensive at the other Sams on Stratford road Winston-Salem North Carolina. The side of town where the money is the gas is cheaper. On the north side of town more poverty level the gas is more. I dont quite understand that.

It was good except it was very busy and only 1 register open with a clerk to help cash us out. The rest were self check. I dont like them. I have a disability. This was at 6:00 rush hour. They need to have more regular registers open.was happy that they had what we were looking for.

It was fine, bit apparently they cant employ enough people to stock shelves or check people out.

Went today at 4pm on a Friday. No Rotisserie chickens... the food court was out of ice cream, churros, hot dogs, icees and pretzels. Im not sure why they were even open.... Was looking for a specific item and asked an employee and he left and never came back.

I am a member at both Sams and Costco and enjoy shopping at both stores. This store is in line with other Sams Clubs in other states that I have been to.My only complaint is that the store doesnt enforce mask wearing after entry to the store. Customers masks somehow disappear a few paces following entry.

Sams club has been a life line for our family need during this pandemic. Especially since our family house caught on fire last March, right at the beginning of what is now known as the most deadliest epidemic in history. My elderly father and siblings had to come and move in with my husband and I. In addition to our four adult college students,and 2 preschoolers. We the pandemic Brunch Are so lucky to have Sams Club just within walking distance from our Full House Of 15 stayed safe, happy and full because we were able to purchase and donated, essential items needed......The Bickems 😀

We did pickup which worked out perfectly for us, but the front of this store is very hectic and Im glad we didnt have to go in.

Not amused at the way this dude wore his mask. Why bother? Its only covering his chin, not his mouth, not his nose. OMG. I dont think he works there but its too bad he goes out in public like this during this time of covid-19. This was in the tire center where I was getting a rotation and balance.

Fast friendly service. Id recommend getting here early in the day due to crowding. Common courtesy is not so common nowadays.

Just placed an order online to pick up some water. I hate going in the store just for water so I get 2-4 packs so that we dont have to go for at least a month. The associate who came out to greet us and to make sure that we were who we were was amazing! I wish I asked her name but she made great conversation!!! Will definitely do more pick ups in the future.

Its a Sams club. Has different stuff than the other one in Winston-Salem.

Just dropped in for a BR break, gas and munchies on our way to Western NC.Clean bathrooms and friendly staff (the poor lady in the pizza shop was surrounded, but she kept her cool. She makes good pizza, too!

Easy in and out. Picked tar cherries which was the reason for the trip. Also picked up bag of garden soil.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a cake here for my graduation and the lady asked me if I wanted my name written on and I told her yes please. Then I come to pick it up and the lady said no she couldn’t write on it and she was very rude about it. And then when she sat it down in my cart she literally smashed all of the icing on the side of the lid and then said “well we don’t have another one.” Then my mom found one and she was like “whatever, take that one.” Very disrespectful.

They had everything I needed except lysol. Not enforcing masks which is a shame in a pandemic with numbers increasing right now. Some need instructions and just wearing over their mouth.

Its sams club. Looked dirty outside n made you question if this was a clean store tho? But it was good inside.

I got the employee of the month. There was a technical problem with some coupons I had, and the cashier helped me to get the proper credit for them. Very friendly.

What can I say, its a Sams Club. I was able to find what I needed. This location appears to be bigger than the location in Summit Square. It also seems to have more items. The only negative I have is that I did not find a deli area. That aside, I had a good experience at this Sams Club.

Once again, no carts, no sanitizing of carts and no wipes at the door so you can clean your own cart. Also why if you have a majority of your check outs as self scan, why dont the scanners work. No sanitizing the scan guns after each use. Sams has dropped all Covid preventative measures except requiring masks. Be very careful shopping at this location.

Place is always packed. I use the scan and go. Im in and out.

I am a frequent shopper at this Sams club. I get my tires from here. I think they got the best deal when it comes to pirellis. Plus, I have a warranty in which my tires get rotated for free. That is a great benefit as a ride share driver.

Weve been Sams Club members since even before they finished building one in our market, which, at that time, was in Hickory.After we moved to Boone in 1999, we found the Winston-Salem on Haynes Blvd to be easier to get to and was on the way to wineries we shopped along US 421. Its a few minutes longer trip, but more scenic and fewer traffic lights.Sams has evolved and so have we, and instead of buying goods for our children, we now include them in our membership--a real help for them raising their own kids.We bought free delivery--a life-saver for us and our extended family in the pandemic.Is Sams perfect? No, but we find them to be a good partner for our family.

I dont understand it completely but theres a difference in the vibe in a sams club. it may just be me but I find i feel more welcome as a customer here and the other customers seem more at ease.Im relaxed and enjoy shopping more here than I do at the co. And they seem to have everything !

This is not my usual Sams, we were traveling and stopped in for one thing. Staff was friendly. All self checkout kiosks were open. Checkout was quick and easy.

Sams club is great. I wish Sams would make a change to their gas pumps, it would be nice if prior to pumping the fuel you had the option the receive your receipt like costcos has that way if you a busy with something you can still get the receipt.

Was not as crowded as i expected it would be. It helps that they have wider isles and ur not jammed up on top of everybody. Has a great greet person and the same as u leave. Thats nice!

Nice clean store. The only problem is that generally the frozen food section is one of the first sections you come to. By the time you finish all of your shopping the frozen food is beginning to thaw. Otherwise it is a nice well-organized store.

Went to sam today and didnot like how some of the employees look at you with a mean look iam not going to renew.

So all you that scream for $15 an hour should visit Sams and see their employee of the month! Self checkouts everywhere. That was once jobs that paid people that had families. Good luck

New member today. First thing out of the box, 3 missing items when we got home. Called them and they said to come to the store and they will take care of it.

This time around I was able to find and get what I was looking for.

Good prices as long as you dont mind buying in bulk.

Went in to join, whilst waiting observed employee qith no mask, asked another employee if a mask policy was in place. She said yes and when I drew her attention to the unmasked worker she reaponded by saying, well go tell her she need to have a mask on.I did not join, left immediately and will never go back.

Love the fast check out lanes as most time When Im in there I usually get a few items that make the check yourself out lanes even more appreciatedere

I just purchased a few items and left very quickly because, as usual, Sams allows people into their store without masks. I saw two ladies shopping without masks when I entered the store and decided to just get what I had to get and get the heck out of there as fast as possible

I used the pharmacy today and the staff was amazing!! Very pleasant. I was really impressed by Dawn who remembers my mother that comes in to pick up her prescriptions.

Was good. except had no charged electrical carts. had to stop shopping without getting most of what need when one I had died after 4 items only.

The inventory is always moved and shuffled. Egg hunt. One row had fertilizer and herbicides next to snacks. Yummy.

I love shopping at Sams! I always find new things to use in my meal preparation in the freezer section. And they have great deals on meat, produce, and canned goods. This Sams had everything that I had on my shopping list.
