I came here already knowing what was wrong with my car and asking them if they could take a look at it. Their response to me was unfortunately in order to take a look at that we have to do a full car inspection. I know that it does not take a full car inspection in order to look at one thing. I gladly took my service somewhere else and they were able to go straight in and look at it and fix it for free. No full car inspection needed! Just a little tug on a part.
Tire pressure sensor was shining after I had a replacement tire put on. Good thing I didn’t leave. While side of the tire was a bubble and they almost let me leave. No checking work. These guys shouldn’t be working on vehicles.
Understaffed by 5 and being human is their customer service response for errors made. (Two that I am aware of at this visit) Making multiple trips to correct their errors, are not seen as an inconvenience of your time. One solution to one of their mistakes, was walking me through how to reset the oil life indicator myself. Something they were paid to do when it was in for the service. Hoping the service was actually completed.
These guys helped me when I had a flat tire. They were friendly, helpful and very accommodating considering this was an emergency. I highly recommend Firestone if you need any automotive work in Winston.
Took my car for an oil change waited 2 hours for them to tell me my car has a major oil leak and they could not complete the oil change. I took my car to my mechanic he told me there was no oil leak and he changed my oil for me.
This place is ridiculously slow and the employees are horribly incomplete. Dont take their time estimates seriously. Better yet, go somewhere else.
I made an appointment for a routine oil change. They told me I needed my air filter changed- routine stuff. It took 2 HOURS for an oil and air filter change WITH an appointment. While I was there, there are only 5 chairs in the waiting area. I had to give up my seat for an elderly lady who had been standing and nobody in the office would get her a chair from the employee lounge. I’d also like to add that I have SIGNIFICANT Spine disorders so giving up my chair was also problematic for me.Never using again. Go to smaller places that care more about their customers
Been going to this location for almost a year service is excellent they definitely go above and beyond with their costumer service would not change this for another location ...love the people
Quick fast service a little pricey but can accommodate large trucks
The sales consultant Remington and the automotive technician Kwame, absolutely made me feel top priority and important. As a customer, I was both comfortable and Easily advised on my reason for visit. They saved me money and time and really took my needs as a client into consideration. They provided an amazing experience and their awesome customer service!! 5/5 would recommend!!!
Visited avis car rental the car they rented to us wasnt clean like they were supposed to had to get another because we were not happy supposed to be clean after every customer but they didnt if you rent from them really check cov19 was not followed
Got 4 new tire and they were very punctual about getting it done. In and out quickly and they guarantee my tires so no unexpected roadside flats
I took my car in to receive 4 new tires at the Firestone Hanes Mall location and as I was driving my car home I checked my tire pressure. My tire pressure is supposed to be at 33 for each tire. Firestone technician set my tires to 41! It is clearly stated on the side of the door of what the tire pressure is supposed to be. I will not go to this location again. As if they cannot get the tire pressure correct I’m afraid of what other things they would or could look over!!
Had an appointment at 1 today for an oil and oil filter change…wasn’t done until 2:30. It’s now 9:00 at night..not even 24 hours later and my check engine light is on. Thanks for nothing. 😒
Went in for inspection, and parking light bulb replacement. All was well untill I get home to see my bumper pretty much broken, and obvious dents and scrapes from where it looks like somebody couldnt figure out how to get it back on. Bumper now has more dents and isnt secured to the vehicle. Great work..
Went to get a tire mounted and balanced (brought the tire with me). Said it would take 30 minutes. After 1 hour went and saw he installed tire on wrong side. Then had to wait another 30 minutes and the kicker is the guy left his dirty gloves on and left grease on my steering wheel and the grab bar. Usually have great service but this wasnt worth the $20 I spent.
They service is just all around completely SLOW.. I sat for literally 2 1/2 for an oil change and I had an appointment..😫
My state inspection was painless and convenient. I was able to get into done after work and that was so helpful 😊
Wonderful service, but prices are high. I will come back because they seem trustworthy!
Update from 1/1 - have driven up to NY and back twice over the last 1.5 months - the tire that was fixed at flow Honda still performing as expected. Saved me $800.***********************************************Very weird experience. Had a nail and slow leak in one tire. Took in to see if I could have it repaired or if it needed replacing. Was told it was irreparable and I needed to have all 4 tires replaced as they couldn’t replace just 1? I had bought the tires 6 months prior to today (for $750)...Anyways, took the car to Flow Honda (where I should have started), turns out the puncture was able to be replaced no problem ($20 and around thirty minutes). Last time my family will utilize Firestone.Really, really odd.
Avis car rental has great customer service and support. I didnt even have a reservation and I was in and out so fast.
These are the most unreliable mechanics I’ve ever come across. I arrived at 8:30am for a job that should take at the most 2 hours and I’ve been waiting for almost 5 hours already. They tell you one time, and then it always ends up being another.Last time I was here it took 3 days! Until I was able to get my car, and they didn’t offer a loaner or anything.Seriously, stay away from this shop.
Went to Avis not firestone. Great owner!! Great place to rent cars and box trucks
Took it to Firestone to get my flat tire looked at. Somehow, they said my brakes which are new, needed to be replaced. They said it would be $500. I got a 2nd opinion which proved this was incorrect. I just needed an oil change and a minor repair. It cost way less. Never again.
Slightly on the expensive side versus other places I have been too and the wait was long. Although, they are open on a Sunday. Sometimes convenience is worth it.
When for a tire repair plug and this is what they pulled out of my tire. OMG!! Warning lights are off now and Im good to go. Thanks Firestone!
The service at the store was a joke this is the second time Ive been here to get a front end alignment and tire rotation and both time it took over 3 hours. It said on jack stands out there in the garage for over 2 hours.I asked whats a sense of make an appointment if its going to take 3 hours the guy behind the counter said well you know some people slow or no other all kinds of excuses.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have a loose wheel hub assembly checked. I coincidentally noticed a bad vibration at higher speeds about 2 weeks after getting brand new tires installed at a reputable tire shop. Took my vehicle in and had a SECOND set of tires put on it..still had the vibration. My tire tech showed me during tire installation that the driver wheel had side-to-side play in it while elevated. Typically a bad wheel bearing, ball joint, or tie-rod end is the culprit. (Unequivocally it has nothing to do with the rubber tire). My tire tech told me to take it into a mechanic shop and have it checked since they specialized in tires only—no mechanical work. I relayed all this information to Firestone upon handing over my keys. After 2 hours they tried to sell me a new set of tires, claiming that was my issue. (Note that the first set of tires is now on another vehicle that drives straight as an arrow and smooth as butter! Complete and utter incompetence. Save your time and money...go to a reputable and respected local shop! These people don’t have the skills to work on a wheel barrow!
Had an appointment at 1:30. Car was not done by 3:13pm. I was talking to a manager about it. Employee came from the repair area, and said that it was Saturday, and that they were busy. The guy totally interrupted us. Then he proceeded to ask what I did for a living? I told the guy it was none of his business. Why did it matter. He then proceeded to tell me to sit down. I told him I was not talking to him, but the manager. He then told me he was going to escort me out. I told him do so. He picked up the phone, and said he was calling 911. I said go ahead. He then hung the phone up. The conversation between the manager and me was going fine until Kevin who is an employee thought he could take control over a conversation and made it worse. Why would he ask what I do for a living? Why is it any of his business? Would it have made a difference in having my car get done faster? Does my job help them with the oil change?
Expensive and money I dont have, oh well needs to be done.
As always great and fast service. Dustin Butner is a great mechanic. All other staff is super friendly.
Professional. Great job. Very sat
My wife and I, Senior Citizens, were passing through Winston-Salem on a long trip. The tire light came on. It had come on earlier, but when I added air at a gas station, there was no gage. I was apprehensive about safety for out trip. Luckily, I found this Firestone via Google. The Manager, Ben, was very helpful. He pulled my car into a bay and balanced the air in all four tires. We were able to complete our trip safely and without anxiety. Mind you, this was a SATURDAY. We were lucky. While there, I watched the other repairs going on. This store is very professional. I recommend it highly to anyone in the Winston-Salem area.
This was my first time at Firestone and Kayla was absolutely amazing! She quoted a fair price and told me what I needed right away and what could wait for a couple of months. This is now my go to place for auto repair and Kayla is my go to service advisor.
I had a 10:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my car promptly, and didnt hear from them until I called back at 2:00pm, to which they claimed they were slammed. They said my car was next, but I could expect 1.5 hours still- for an oil change/tire rotation?! Never in my life have I had to wait that long for such basic service. When I picked up my car, 2 hours later, I noticed that they left my car in the front parking lot UNLOCKED, RUNNING, and in DRIVE mode... no idea how it was still sitting there since the key was inside with them for who knows how long and it was in drive (not park, not neutral- drive).I have had other much more positive experiences with other Firestone locations. I will not be returning to this Firestone, as it seems sloppy and unreliable. And the staff seemed very unfriendly- didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. Agree with previous review- do not waste your time here.
Great staff always personable
As always, great service! I had been talking to a customer service person that works there for about a week. Tasha advised me to come in today and she got me in an out. Thank you so much! Firestone has been my go to for many years. I suggest purchasing the Lifetime Alignment because as long as you keep that vehicle you get your alignment free. It is definitely worth it!
VERY good experience. Found a screw embedded in my car... on a Sunday afternoon... and, I have to be at the airport in the morning. What to do?? I didnt know anyone was open on Sunday... AND after calling my Roadside Assistance and calling AAA... no mobile tire repair... AND, after buying a can of Fix a Flat knowing that it would only be a bandaid on the problem... I was stressing. So, I took a chance and called... Tasha was able to get me in; Jeff was very helpful and Ron fixed my tire. Just under an hour on a Sunday afternoon (and, they were busy) and only $21. Mic drop. I will probably buy my new tires there, also. Highly recommend.
Slow. Unhelpful. Overpriced. We came in with a screw in a tire and let them know that we were on our way back to Tennessee and needed the tire repair ASAP. Not only did this shop not make an effort to be quick, but they took double their 1 hour estimate for a simple flat repair. When we asked them to check on it they wandered around and didn’t tell us anything. Overall this was a very frustrating experience. If you’re charging $18/hour for labor, I would expect the labor to actually be done within the hour. The shop isn’t even busy. They just don’t care to work at it. Very disappointing. They also tried to sell us four tires that we know for a fact we do not need, claiming the tread was too low. This was simply a lie to try and make a sale.
Not a good place to take your car..got my car back after an hr...drove 3 days and checked my oil and stick was dry..car about blew up. Had to stop and add oil...bad business
I dealt with Remington Maurer and he was the best. He went above and beyond for me. He even got me to get credit with you guys. He told what was wrong with my car and price list. He wasnt pushy, he was very nice and you guys have gained another customer. I will tell family and friends.
They did a very good job on my car. If you don’t mind waiting then go ahead and make an appointment.
On 7/28/20 I initially went to service center because my check engine light came on and I thought that it had something to do with the alternator service that I had done In April 2020. After a $100 diagnostic testing they discovered that my gas cap was loose. So as they were pulling my car out the bay they said that my temperature gauge went high. They later told me that they would need to keep my car to run full diagnostic and see what the new issue was. They call me back around 2:30 and told me that the issue was Temperature gauge and ask for permission to proceed with service. They told me that my car would be ready by 6 oclock p.m. so now we are at from 11 oclock until 615 when I arrive to pick up my car. My car has not yet been serviced therefore I am waiting to check out which is now at 7:45 p.m.. Since I had waited an extra hour and a 1/2 for my car I was given a generous 15% off of my bill. The car is driven around and it is leaking and I was reminded it that the car was just washed off and that it was only water. I get in the car and I drive home which is approximately 7 and a 1/2 miles away and once I reach home turn off my car, my engine sputters and spits and all of my coolant is now in my garage, and car is HOT!. So now Im frustrated because I just paid $400 plus for service and my car is still not repaired. I call service center manager the next morning and he explains to me that there was a communication problem between the service department and me and that my car may have actually had a engine head gasket blown. By this time I am once again sitting on the side of the road and confused to what has happened because I cannot drive my car to service center for them to investigate my issue. During the call to service dept manager, I was politely told that they could not repair head gaskets and that I need it to get a tow to a mechanic that could address my issue. But I had just paid $400 plus for service which was not rendered so now I am stranded and deterred. I finally get my car home and search for mechanics dealing with head gasket repair. The one I did locate could not diagnose my car until the following week. Later I was given number to mobile service that could come and diagnose my problem and determine if really head gasket issue. He did pressure check on radiator, which he said should have been done before I left the shop, to ensure my problem was corrected, and all service engine codes cleared, which they did not do. His assessment determined that the new gasket for thermostat had not been properly installed, meaning the plastic stipping on black gasket was not removed and adhered properly, and caused the coolant to leak profusely, causing high gauge reading. Due to negligence of service center, I incurred additional costs for towing and extended repairs. Jason was generous to refund my initial costs but did not offer to cover other expenses due to their neglect to follow up with drive test before I left service center. I would appreciate response and I pray this does not happen to other innocent customers.
The up sailing is crazy, and the labor is crazy will not be going back.
Firestone at Hanes Mall works with a wheel repair company by removing the tires from the wheel so the wheel company can do repairs. I went to this location today to have two wheels repaired. The wheel company quoted me, and charged me, $175 for the repairs. All was in agreement to this point. When I received the Firestone invoice, the first thing I noticed is they charged me $2 each for Scrap Tire Recycling Fee. They simply took my tire off the wheel and put it back on, no tire disposal necessary. Also noticed on the invoice that they charged $200 for the wheel repair. When I asked about it, explaining the guy told me it was $175, the Firestone guy said Weve got to make money too. I explained that they did, they were paid for their services for tire removal. Nothing. Then when I went to my car, there was white wheel grease all over both of my wheels. When I went in to ask about it the Firestone guy tried to shrug it off by saying if you drive it through a puddle it should wash it off. Well for one, water doesnt wash off grease, any mechanic (or dish washer) will tell you that. For another, I keep my car spotless, so to take this type attitude was totally unacceptable. If you decide to trade here, check your invoices closely for added fees and/or padded charges. Apparently they have no remorse in sticking it to you.
Great service. Nice people.
Highly disappointed. After 12 plus yrs. Of being a loyal customer. I was told by the area manager that my request for Mobile 1 full synthetic oil was substituted by their in house cheap brand. Meanwhile, I was charged for premium oil. What a rip-off. Talk about deceptive business practices. I took my concerns to Corporate but, they did nothing. Once upon a time, customer loyalty meant something. Today it means, we will take full advantage of your loyalty. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
Great place. Everyone was super nice. They were able to fix our tire promptly and get us back on the road.
If you have time to wait....or can plan auto service in advance its wonderful.....but that doesnt happen oftenIm sure these folks are just trying to get things done to the best of their ability but to be candid the guys behind the counter always leave me feeling like theyre doing me a favorIm sure its not intentional....but it keeps me away
Great service. Everyone was friendly. Had my tire patched and a valve replaced. Got my car back within 2 hours 👍🏻
My car was brought here by my local body shop to repair wheel damage caused by an accident. When I got my car back from the shop, it was making a noise it hadn’t made prior to the accident. The shop suggested I take it back to Firestone, which I did. My husband had mentioned the noise sounded like a wheel bearing, which I told them. After waiting almost 2 hours I was told my car didn’t have a bad wheel bearing, it had “liquid fix-a-flat” rolling around in the tire. (This isn’t possible since fix-a-flat doesn’t sit in a tire as liquid and that tire had been taken off to put on a new rim.) They told me $500 worth of new tires would solve the problem. Since I knew they weren’t being honest (I really don’t think they even looked at the bearing), I declined the tires and instead took it to my regular tire shop and bought all new tires. The guys there said there wasn’t “liquid fix-a-flat” in my tire. Lo and behold, even with all new tires it still was making a noise. So I had to take my car to my local garage (who I trust) and leave it. He checked it out and said- surprise! - my wheel bearing was damaged in the accident. The fallout of all this was having to go back through my insurance for reimbursement and be without my car for 2 days while all of this was happening. I was told by both my tire shop and my garage that the type of damage Firestone had to repair would almost always also mean the bearing would have been damaged, but apparently Firestone does sloppy work and just skipped that part. Moral of the story: take your car elsewhere!
Went in for an oil change at 5pm, knowing that they close at 6pm. called them beforehand and confirmed there would be enough time. arrived and gave keys to steward, who made sure to mention dont wander off much, b/c Im trying to leave right at 6pm. 20 minutes later Im fed some bs story on how the computer states there are still 13 oil filters in stock, but that no one can find them anywhere in the shop. it must be some sort of computer error, but you can come back at 9am. convinced this was a lie and they just wanted to leave on time. horrible customer service and Ill not be going back there ever again. anyone who brings this place up in conversation will get an ear-full as well.
I had to work all day and came too late but the technicians were able to squeeze me in. Theyre always so nice but today they really made my day. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend in the future!!
Jason was great with explaining the things I needed done to my car. The whole staff was very polite, I will definitely come back for future car needs!!
Like the fact that they are open on Sundays since some of us work every other day. Was hard to find a place open! Set an appointment and they stayed a little over 5pm to get my new tires installed. They also let me know about an issue near the rotors that I will now get fixed. However the five stars is because they had someone that spoke spanish!
Great place. The service here is awesome. They are quick and very thorough. Staff is wonderful and very helpful.
Got tires one week then needed to get a computer check and error codes. I found the customer service really good. The prices quoted for fixing the issues found by the error codes was far too much. 165$ for labor on changing a thermostat was ridiculous, but they got to make money. Went to advanced auto bought the parts and did my own work. Point being any shop is the same way with posts and labor, be sure you know your car and make educated decisions or have your stack of cash ready
We have large tires on an RV(16)and had a problem with one leaking. These guys checked it out and found a problem with valve stem cap which they replaced. They were very pleasant and capable. Will be back
They close at 7. I called at 6 to see if I could get an inspection and was told they only do inspections M-F 8-5. So I went to Valvoline on Robinhood and they did my inspection changed my oil and air filter, all with a pleasant attitude! Definitely would not consider again doing business at Firestone.
Stopped by my undercarriage was loose to point it basically was off shout RICKY who fixed me up awesome awesome and awesome
Did an amazing job with a very challenging alignment on a tracked MINI Countryman JCW. Nobody else has been able to even get close.
If I could give it a ZERO star, I would. They staff is very friendly however I was told that I needed to replace front and back breaks/rotors. The cost of this was $875! The vehicle just started making a noise a day before I took it to them to do a break inspection. Luckily a friend of mine was able to work me into his schedule for a second opinion. Im so glad he did because not a single rotor had a grove, so no replacement necessary. Firestone wanted $80 for the front and $70 for just the back break pads. The guy I ended up going to charge me the straight price it cost him to purchase them which was $65 for both. I saved $720 roughly by getting a second opinion and not just taking their word for what needed to be done. I will not be going back to this location and Id recommend getting a second opinion prior to having any services done here.
Great guys. Got life time alignment from them. Third trip. Always completes work ahead of schedule. Good and clean. Well also add them as go-to tire shop
Other reviews are extremely unfair. These guys are professional and very good at what they do. Cheaper oil changes than any of the other big names in the area. They do tend to take a bit longer than other places(hence 4 instead 5 stars). Highly recommended.
Great service and people. Fixed my emergency flat tire with 2 minutes till closing on a Sunday. They do all of my car maintenance.
Excellent service. Fast repair. Followed directions precisely
I had a wonderful experience at this location and would recommend disregarding many of the disgruntled, one-star reviewers. The staff here is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called ahead to inquire if they could replace a part on my Volvo and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. The waiting room here is very nice, accommodating, has free wi-fi, and coffee/water for patrons. Additionally, the representative I worked with added a coupon to reduce my total expenses without my having to ask. I would highly recommend having your car serviced here!
Very welcoming. Excellent service. Fixed my issue within minutes even without an appointment.
Im not sure where the one star reviewers went, but I was very impressed with this store. After hitting a pothole the size of a small rhino at 70 mph while travelling through the great state of Virginia (I blame Tea Party a-holes for turning down federal highway funds), I have been fixing stuff left and right. When I went in to get my alignment and brakes examined at Firestone, I was pleasantly surprised to get good news on the brakes (theyre fine, just noisy for an unrelated reason), less pleasantly surprised to find out I had a bent rim (thanks Commonwealth of Virginia), and in need of an alignment. No charge for diagnosing my rim issue or checking the brakes; reasonably priced alignment. They even scheduled an appointment with an outside vendor to fix the rim. I will be back, and referring all the business I can here. Very impressed.
Not favorable. Took three hours to rotate tires and oil change. I was next in line.
These guys do amazing job keep up good work hanes mall.. go see mike Jason or jeff
I go here all the time for service and to buy tires when needed. The mechanics are always friendly and helpful. Not sure why so many bad reviews...Ive been going here for years with no issues.
This guys are cool and they will help you as much as possible and shoot you straight no run around like other places...
The customer service I get at this location is always good & they work pretty quickly. I would recommend this one
I have used this Firestone location for several years, spanning a variety of repairs to different vehicles, and have always found them team that works there to be helpful and efficient. The manager, Jason, is phenomenal. I highly recommend this location.
Good folks working here. They dont try to milk you and thats what I respect about them.
After reading all the negative reviews, I decided to risk it. All I needed was an oil change, and all the negative reviews were about more complex matters. And, this was the closest place to my home that was open on Sunday. My experience was very good. The friendly man behind the counter even told me where I could find a coupon online, while I was waiting. Reasonable price (still much cheaper than the jiffy competition). I will confess though that it took right around an hour to get it done because I went late on a busy Sunday morning. Not too bad, because there is a McDonalds with WiFi nearby, where I got some work done.
I like the techs, but the store manager is a condescending imbecile that felt the need to give me his resume and belittled one of his employees simply because I politely inquired about a discount. I guess he never learned good social practice with his extensive work history there. Ill just go to another location from now on.
On a busy rainy Saturday they got our tire repaired promptly. Awesome!
Disorganized. Dont bother making appointments, they dont keep track and BS about it. Be careful on wheel alignment services too, half #$% job on that as well. Wont be going back to this location.Firestone has some good locations, but overall miss, this location, big miss.
A couple months ago I went in to purchase a particular set of tires, I was told that they did indeed have them in stock. I arrive and my car is on the lift, low and behold they do not have the tires but they will upgrade me. Boy howdy was it an upgrade. Not... The tires provided were absolutely sub par and dangerous. I went to return them the next day and was told that there were no returns, they blamed it on me wanting wider tires. They were not willing to work with me. So I am stuck with a set of crappy deathtrap tires. Classic Bait and Switch. Horrible company with Chinese made tires.
I would put 0 stars this is the worst customer service and car repair/service I have ever encountered, I took my car for a simple tire sensor change on a Ford Fusion and they end up messing my rim up causing my tire to leak! How in the hell do you not tell me you bend my rim before I pulled off with my car. They didnt tell me this the first time I went back they said it was just low air in my tire I see my light go off and I go back the second time and thats when they say what they messed up! Worst experience ever if you dont know what to do dont touch people cars I didnt even get a full refund of 127.64 I paid I only got 70$ back. I still think I should have received a full refund especially with them messing up my cars rim. Never recommend this location to no one.
They do good work, but I would not go for an oil change unless you have 2 hours to spare. I understand they were a little busy, but its an oil change.
Id been to this location once for an inspection and left without getting one from them but still being charged. with all this bad reviews, I am afraid to even steps at their front door. I hope corporate see how this review affects others looking for service.. yeah Im not going to get my oil change from them..
I think they are awesome. They are really nice and make you feel wanted as a customer. They make small talk and have a good laugh with you. They will always get my business. They arent good anymore!!!!! Different people!
Great customer service experience! I spoke with representative Jeff Lincoln who immediately and cordially addressed all my concerns.
They get it done
My boyfriend took my nearly brand new car here yesterday for a tire repair. The tech mistakenly identified a standard dampening feature of the tire as fix a flat and said he couldnt repair it. Once they looked at it together and identified it wasnt fix a flat they still said it couldnt be repaired. Left with the tire off the rim and car on a donut. Went to my typical tire place this morning and the tire was patched no problem. Dont know if they honestly dont work with this type tire or if they are in the business of always trying to sell new instead. Make sure to ask questions and call around.
Its a short drive from some of my work sites. So glad they are that convenient and open during busy hours.
Absolutely the biggest bunch of idiots I have ever contacted to do mechanical work. After 4 emails and several phone calls trying to lock down a price on work I needed done ( which by the way - changed with every call and/or person I talked to ) I finally was told..oops..we can not even do the work - we dont have a special tool needed to do the work. Definitely plenty of special tools that work(?) at firestone.
Good friendly service. Sometimes they know what they are doing. Other times they wanna rebuild your car...
Ive been taking one of my vehicles here for 3 and a half years. Nothing but satisfied. I know my way around cars, and usually do all the work myself, so I know the costs involved. But I got to the point where Id rather pay someone else to do it. Ive had nothing but positive results from them. It is painfully obvious that most that are complaining here have zero understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
Great customer service, open honesty, and knows how to come through!Looking forward to future visits
Professional and fast service helped with major repair! Would highly recommend.
If i could give them 0 stars, I would. They are dirty and money hungry. They will break different parts of your vehicle to make money off of you. Do not waste your time at all, take my word for it.
My wife went to this location a year ago (2016) and they tried to fail her inspection for something I know doesnt fail it, and they agreed, after I asked them to show me in the book where it fails. Again with trying to fail for some BS on my car. Went to Baitys Tire and was in and out in about half an hour.
Came yesterday for an inspection they said they were busyThey said to come back today and that they will be open until 4:pmNow another guy said my car will be done by 5:pm obviously they don’t want to work and said that for me to leave which I did but not because I believe them.
I went to this Firestone to have my oil changed and they told me there was oil spewing everywhere near my engine and it was shooting up the bottom of my seat. Not knowing any better I CRIED because they told me I needed to buy a whole new engine. Turns out it was just a small leak thats been there for a long time (explaining the amount of oil build up).WORST customer service EVER.
I came here awhile back with no noise in my car and then I drive home with some noise on it. Go figure
