I went here to get air on my tire because it was completely flat and they quickly put air in it and also put a patch on the hole. Super friendly and super kind people. First time going here and will definitely continue to go! They make always make sure the customer is satisfied and will put your needs first.

Just moved to W-S, not going to go anywhere else. This place was legit the best oil change service I have ever had. He even taught me how to reset my oil counter thingie because the last place didnt reset it. Professional and out fast! Thank you for making my move to Winston less stressful.

I own a fleet of trucks and take them all. When my granddaughter went there they told her and my grandson they couldnt find my information and over priced her extremely.

Decided to try this place for an oil change after poor experiences somewhere else. Qwik Lube lives up to its name as it was really quick! It was also easy, the staff was friendly, and they didnt try to upsell me on an expensive flux capacitor. Theyre an official inspection station to boot. Im looking forward to making Qwik Lube my regular shop.

Great service I take my work van here and they always get me in and out very quickly also they clean the floor boards and front windshield. Only place ill go for an oil changes

I went here to have my car serviced. They are friendly and quick but did a terrible job- I specifically asked when I arrived for them to check my tire pressure because the sensor had come on. At checkout they said all the tires were fine and didn’t need air added. I didn’t make it half a block before the light came back on and I manually checked it with my gauge to fine my front driver side tire had half the PSI as the rest of my tires. I nearly didn’t make it to the tire repair place after my oil change because they lied about checking them. Additionally, Firestone told me my brake fluid was extremely contaminated and needed to be changed. For an 80$ service at this business, I walked away having to have more work done on my car by someone else.

Went here a few days ago as I always do when in town visiting. I always take my vehicles here when I travel this way. The service is excellent, honest and helpful. The mechanics are very knowledgeable about automobiles. They provide you with information about possible issues and or issues that could cost you later; potentially saving you money in the long run. Remember you pay for what you get and here you get more for what you pay!!!Ask for Mert, the automobile expert, very knowledgeable!

Great and quick service

This has been my regular oil change spot for years. Theyre super fast and reliable. Only complaint: the waiting room resembles a small, dirty closet. The toilet in the bathroom is no more than ten feet from anyone in the waiting room. That said, Ill continue going here.

I had a coupon for $20 tire change and free tire rotation. The man insisted it was only a $5 off coupon and my total would be 55 freaking dollars. Good luck getting business if you cant read.

I live on high point but I love going to this exact Quik Lube shop in Winston Salem for my oil changes because the service these guys provide cant be matched.

Went for oil change... didnt even have the right oil filter. Had to go elsewhere.

Did a really bad job putting stuff back in place after opening up everything charged me $80 and didn’t clean windows what was included never going there again would not trust them with even an oil change or putting in windshield wiper fluid
