I have been to this place for business on two separate occasions and both my experiences were horrible, unprofessional.The first time I went there was to receive service for a tire, after an hour of waiting and being asked to move my car five different times I decided to leave and seek business elsewhere.The second time that I went, I had two tires put on. After leaving I noticed the car was not driving the way it had previously (smooth). I went back and spoke directly to the gentleman that performed the work. I told him the problem, and he told me that the reason that my car was driving the way that it was, was due to the fact that his tire balancing equipment was inoperable. The question was then posed to him as to why are you charging for a service you cannot effectively render? His response. Sorry, my bad. My advice, stay away! This is bad business. And no, no refund or recourse action was offered.

Super knowledgeable and I never even had to leave my car. They put tires on me super quick and it was RIDICULOUSLY affordable too!! I HIGHLY recommend going to get tires from them especially if you are balling on a budget!

We were 4 hours from home & the A/C went out. Met Courtney at a nearby parts store, he heard my conversation and offered to help. His shop was next door, and we were cool in about 20 min at a price more fair to me than to he.....thanks Courtney.

The worst. I and another young lady was blocked in and the owner did nothing about it. I had to her out my car to physically get the owner and while doing so the guy that wouldnt move almost hit me with his truck. Its def a one way in one way out situation. Then i had to wait 7 minutes for help while two workers idled around. After one tried removing my tire, she stripped the bolt and my key. Two others tried to no avail. The owner kept taking them to other cars that was pulling in and leaving me with no service after being there for one tire that never got fixed. The guy that was helping me last asked was in ok if he gave up a minute while looking for a tool and added he would help someone else as well before assisting me again. I left. Never returning. I wish 0 stars was an option. And trust me my opinion is gold.

Came to get 2 used tires. Felt like it took longer than needed. No one was there before I got there. The guy I believe owner came out. Being fresh and a little perverted. I just need a tire no old ass man talking how good I look. Just go get these 2 damn tires for me and do your job instead of hitting on me. When he brought out the 1st tire it had a nail in. But went back to get another tire. The price of the tires are very affordable especially when you just need a quick used tire until you can get a brand new one. Would have got 5 stars if he would have just been professional.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Got two used tires from here and one of them had a lump on one of them. Went back to see if he would do a refund and he wouldn’t. So if he can’t even stand behind a 25$ tire, I can only imagine if you went there for some actual maintenance and they messed something up how it would go.

Went late one Saturday to get air in my tires. No problem. Couldnt get inspection bc I needed a pulse valve. Went back on Monday and had to wait a long time to get service. Person who finally helped me was rushed and scattered. Told me to drive car 40 miles. No explanation. I never went back.

All the guys were great. The owner helped me out alot today. I went to get one tire left with 2 because they were both bad and he wouldnt let me leave without it being taken care of. I will be back for more business.

Took forever to get helped...and we were the only people there. They finally put a used tire on my car. Took it to get aligned right after and was told they put the wrong size tire on (it didnt match my other 3) and that it was a bad tire ..i was told not to keep driving on it because of a possible blowout. Ive tried calling several times to get this handled and no one will answer the phone. Im just gonna take it as a loss and go buy two new tires.

This place will continue to get my money! The owner, Courtney, is very professional and kind. They do quality work and are very honest in their dealings with everyone. Integrity goes a long way and this business definitely has that.

They had my car for 10 tens just to fix front bumper and side bumper.....they did not put all of the screws back in. They also hit something in the front and now I have a light on. Now I have to go spend more money to get my car fix again the right way. I would never and I mean never take my car or tell anyone to get there car fix there even if they was the only place in Winston Salem........

I will never go here again or send anyone here! The manager is cool but thats it. I brought two tires two weeks ago and here Iam getting tires from some where else. The manager said he was looking out for me. But the next day I had to bring my car back to have my tires balanced. I dont live in Winston so I had to get new tires in Raleigh! Ive tired callung because I dont live there and of course NO ANSWER! but its all good Will forever give you a review Sorry not Sorry

I had a rusted ball on a hitch and ran over there from ORileys, per their recomendation, and Courtney took the rusted ball off and put my new one on. He was quick and courtious and didnt charge me for the service.

Good and inexpensive used tires. The guys have patience, great customer service, and an array of tires to choose from.

Best place to take your vehicle, the owner is so honest on his diagnostic and wont take your money unless he can solve the problem hes the best mechanic in town, i will forever bring my car to him.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. I have went here several times but after my last experience definitely not coming back. I went to have two tires put on. let me mention I had not other issues than my tires which was going flat after this past snow storm. So i go to get some used tires. 1st red flag I noticed was the fact they charged me higher than i usually pay, but I passed it off as of maybe they were just better tires. 2nd flag, As the attending mechanic comes to ask me for the money I notice one lugnut is missing. I therefore ask why is my lug nut missing. He pulls out the lug nut from his pocket and say oh yea your stud is short, it dont fit. Im completely puzzled at this becuase I drove there with no issues. So I proceed to ask about the safey of driving with 4 lug nuts instead of all 5. Ive had experience with that on another car so knew its not good and can lead to the damage of the other studs. He proceeds to say oh no its fine. Next moment I try to back out only to see I can not due to the stud hitting the wheel. Another mechanic comes up and looks at wheel, mumbles to orignal mechanic that was working on my car. He walks off and goes to work on another car as new mechanic takes over. At this point I have now been there for 2 hours, mostly while standing out in the cold. I go sit in my car as the new mechanic has jumped to several other cars instead of focusing on mine since I was there first and they created a problem I didnt have. I have not voiced or showed any of my frustrations at this point. Thirty minutes later the current mechanics comes to car window and saids My boss wont let me stay after hours so we will have to finish later. I am completely puzzled, especially since 1, I had no working phone and 2 i had no way to get home, and 3, I jad been there well before their closing times. I arrived around 330 or 4 they closed around 6 or 7. I asked how was I supposed to get home. He simply said I dont know you will have to ask my boss. I go over to his boss and he proceeds to get angry with me and tell me how its not his fault the tire was like that already. He then said hes not responsible for that since its not his fault and I need to stop playing a victim. At this point Im beyond angry. I try to explain I drove there with no wobbling or issues so how is it my fault. We do some more back and forth. I asked to used the phone since he is willing to leave me here stranded and he pretty much ignored me and kept talking about how im trying to get over on him. Eventually the current mechanic went ahead an at least assembled my tire hub back together while having to remove one of the studs. Which he was told by the manager if I wanted it fix I had to pay 15 extra. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SWINDLE YOU. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. Any owner that is willing to let a female be stranded outside in 30 degree weather at night with no phone does not deserve to own a business. The Mark of a good business man shows in how he treats his customers. In the end I lost a stud, a nice amount of money, becuase now I must fix the stud they bent. I was sure to ask for it before leaving and I am 1000% sure it was not like that before I arrived.

This place is horrible!!! I needed my brakes changed so my husband decided to stop here, the owner starting on the car i mean really started took the tires off and everything put one brake pad in but then turned around and said we had to buy a piece for it bc the piece he was talking about got sealed(not sure whatt that means) well mind you i had my 3 month old daughter and my husband ran across street to buy that piece that costed about 100 dollars well my husband comes back didnt even take 15 minutes and the owner who was the only one fixing our car had LEFT!!! who leaves in the middle of their work and leaves???? we were waiting for 4 HOURS just for him to never come back !! we asked the employees if they could put our tire back on but their answer was we dont know how, its sealed we just volunteer here at this point were aggravated its hot outside we have our daughter and no one was willing to put our tire back on so we could just leave and find somewhere else to go. We asked to call the owner and he hanged up the second time we called he said we would have to wait till the morning .. the customer service is BAD! how do you run a business and dont even take care of your own business? i mean absolutely horrible. Had the police take us home

Just got a tire and less than 10 minutes it was flat and I was sitting in the middle of the highway! The owner said bring the tire back! Right while sitting in the middle of the high. It would be 0 if that was an option. I had to be towed and was told that the tire was from 2000 and was dry rotted and should not have been put on the car.

Terrible!!! I guess the rude gentleman thought I wasnt Important after I was complaining about a job that one of the guys had done previously...so he tells me to pull down and hell look ay6 it. So I did. .then he proceeded to spark up a conversation with another gentleman about last nights game and had me just sitting there for almost ten minutes! So I pulled off!!

They didnt put my tire bolts on tight enough. Ive been riding for weeks and didnt know that my tire was about to come comepletly off! when I ask for some compensation for my trouble they had nothing for me.
