The car wash next door to this place DESTROYED my tire and rim, AAA suggested I have the guys at this shop look at it. Ultimately they were unable to fix it as I needed a new tire and my car requires a odd size which typically needs to be ordered, but the employees were so helpful. I was really frustrated with the whole situation and everyone I dealt with was very kind and they did everything they could and quickly to try to help. Very appreciative of you guys, thank you all for your help!!

So imagine you’re in a strange town and your engine overheats and spews coolant EVERYWHERE from more than one spot. My son, who lives in Winston-Salem, suggested Precision Tune Auto Care because he ALWAYS get great, fair, and affordable service there. I delivered it Saturday one hour before closing. The were concerned about possibly needing an $1100 part for a 12yo vehicle. Monday morning, mine was the first they addressed and by noon we were on our return trip to Atlanta. Best of all, it was only a bad connector and clamp way back by the firewall. I highly recommend these guys for their professionalism, friendliness, ABILITY, and fair pricing. That’s where I’ll go in the future.

I love these guys! They dont try to take advantage of the unknowing woman like most automotive places Ive had service at. They were informative about what was best for my car and broke that information down for me in terms I could understand. Their prices are very reasonable and their services are impeccable. You will have to wait your turn due to their popularity but theyre definitely worth it. I highly recommend!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. However, their prices for a car battery is almost 50% more than Auto Zone. So after paying for a diagnostic at Precision Tune, I got my battery installed at Auto Zone

When they can fit you in theyre fast and cheap. Theyve been packed and short on guys lately so I havent been able to get in for a week or two.

This shop does great work I bought lemon from a man the help me mechanically fix the truck great shop.

This used to be my go to shop but after my last brake job I’ll never go back. Whoever put my tire back on cross threaded every lug nut on my front driver side tire. By doing that, when it was time for a brake change I lost two tire studs and now I have to replace the whole wheel hub.

This establishment was absolutely outstanding. The service was prompt and everyone was so kind as well as helpful. I will be returning and recommending!

If you havent found a personal mechanic and are not from around here then this is good place to come. Good help and reasonable prices. And the wait time is never too bad. They get you in and out as fast they can.

They always do a good job when working on my car, and have very reasonable honest prices. Thats just from my experiences though. Ive been going there since 2017. Jason up front is very friendly and good at explaining everything including cost.

I love precision tune auto care. They always do an awesome job gets the job done and fast with reasonable prices. I only wish they had a bigger waiting area.

Good customer service, but their labor is very expensive compared to other places. They also lied to me and told me my rear brake wheel cylinders were leaking. So I took my car to someone else and turns out those cylinders were bone dry, no leak to be found.

It stays busy so this speaks for itself. It is first come first serve so get there by 7:30AM if you are in a hurry and they will do their best to get you in and out.

I absolutely don’t recommend this place, yes they change the oil just for 25$ with tax, but they work very nasty and don’t care about your car. I went there after cleaning my car at my garage in the morning, I didn’t have any damages on my car, after they changed oil in my car, I saw the damage next to the back right wheel, I ask them what is this? They said it was like this when you come. Here is photo of damage.

We absolutely loved our experience here! We were driving home from a wedding when we started having car troubles. We pulled over and googled the nearest automotive shop. We got so lucky! They squeezed us in and fixed the car for a reasonable price! The service was excellent! And all of this on Memorial Day! Gunner, thank you for everything. Dirty. Unfriendly. Have to wait forever. Always try to up sell me (and I’ve seen others fall prey to this) for expensive repairs I and they don’t need and didn’t ask for. Oil change prices are good with coupons, but always feel scuzzy when I leave there. I don’t go there anymore.

Exceptional work. Honorable. Friendly. This is one of the better car repair shops I’ve encounter. Kevin is awesome. Ask for him if you call. My 2005 needed work but I had no clue what was causing it to misfire or why my cruise control suddenly stopped working. They offer a free twenty minute check of the vehicle. The problem required a $89 computer diagnostic to figure out the problem. Turns out the issue was with the spark plugs. A easy fix. Affordable. The best part was once the spark plugs were change the cruise control once again worked. It’s uncomfortable being totally at the mercy of another person and depending on them having integrity. For non auto mechanics like me or parents of college kids away at school, I would highly recommend this location of Precision Tune Auto Care.

I’ve come here for years but lately they have been slacking tremendously. I went at 1pm two days in a row due to my work schedule and was not able to get oil changes due to a 3 or 4 hr waits... they obviously need to hire more workers. I also had to wait 15 mins in line because no one was at the front desk...I also go to the location in Raleigh in Newbern Ave when visiting family and their service is 100% better. I went to Jiffy Lube and I was serviced right away for the same price. I will no longer be recommending this location to people.

I took my 2015 Toyota RAV4 to the Toyota dealership and they were going to charge me $600 for diagnosing my car. I thought that was too much, so a friend of mine recommended that go Precision Tune and see Gunner. I walked in and asked for Gunner and he greeted me very friendly, took me in and diagnosed my car for $78. He did it within minutes and it was a simple problem. He saved me a lot of money. I also got my oil changed at a great price! My family and I felt like family there. We will be back for all our future services. Thanks Gunner and Jason, you guys ROCK!

Friendly honest service. Upfront and reliable

WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP! My wife and I (along with our 4 boys that are 5 and under) were on our way to South Carolina for our vacation. The battery light comes on and we pull in. I explain the situation to them and they get me in right away to check everything. It turned out that my alternator AND battery were bad. They worked extremely fast and were able to finish it all just in time before they closed. We are so thankful for their help and how we were treated like family. It was a blessing to our family and put us at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Where to begin. We were traveling for our 40th anniversary & our radiator went. Of course it was late afternoon on a Saturday. We stopped . They were great. Quick service within 35mins. It does get busy, make sure to call ahead or be early it’s a first there first served service. Great prices for 3 different services if it’s for an oil change. They also did my inspection; you’d have to inform them it’s due in case they don’t catch it.

Today I went to visit this store and I was receive greatly and the staff allowed me to ask him questions without feeling stupid and as a woman that made me feel good even though I would like to be able to do everything myself it was good to know that someone was there to help me when I cannot. They did a great job this visit and I don’t know of others visits but this time they were on point. Also, the price was right and since I am broke they came through... these guys know there business. We’ll a home run this time guys. Be well and thanks.Update:I looked at my receipt and I found out that my wheel bearing is having a problem with it and they chose not to fix it. They said that I declined the service when I know I signed a paper for them to fix everything. This shop is shady and go somewhere else. I tried to do the right thing by this shop and was treated badly. Look, in this business doing the right thing means everything and defines if you are rich and have loyal customers or not. I am a loyal person who will take her business elsewhere.

Totally a two and a half hour waste of time! I would recommend no one go here. They acted like no one matters that comes threw the door. I personally have never seen a shop in the 20+ years I drove tow truck that doesnt have an oil change person! And thats all I needed to have done. Boo!

I had bought a used vehicle from out of state and was not knowledgeable of its past. It ran rough and I took it into Precision tune and had the 60000 mile tune up. The vehicle was 19 years old and had some parts that had to be replaced to keep it running tip top. BOY, they did a fantastic job. The vehicle runs so much smoother.It cost a bit, but it was less than the dealer would had charged.AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!

I came in here with a very minimum budget. Gunner was so nice and helped me receive the services I needed that fit into my personal budget. They were prompt and very helpful when I called and when I was in the shop. Highly recommend their services. I got an oil change btw.

I’ve been going to precision tune for nearly 5 years. I take both my truck and my wife’s car. The last 3 times the service itself has taken upwards of 2 hours, which is forgivable. What’s not forgivable is my car being completed, me waiting 45 minutes after my car has been brought out of the bay, and the manager giving me an attitude when I asked if i can get my keys and pay. I’ve spent thousands with precision tune over the years and I expect more. I won’t be back. I found a local shop, (Webber Off-road) that is cheaper, faster and courteous.

The work ethics of the staff is just amazing. They went over and beyond to remedy a very dire situation I found myself to be in when my car got defective. By professional advise, there was no way they could allow me to drive it out of the shop but the manager with his team worked around the clock and even after the clock to make sure everything checked out and worked just fine. Had a great experience today. Thought I needed a 4 wheel alignment, but they were honest and solved my issue and didnt give me a service that really wasnt needed. Did not charge me a penny. Hard to find a good mechanic now days. Good job guys. Will be back.

***** Keep reading, the first part is what another shop did to my car***** I had my torque converter changed at another shop and in the process of them doing that the other shop ruined my front end, they replaced parts with out telling me, I had to look and find out myself. I got my car back in worse condition than I gave it to them to fix it. (needless to say that shop will be hearing form my lawyer)! Gunner at Precision helped me with a quote on what all was wrong with my car, and what it would take to get it back to the way it needed to be. They showed me what was wrong with it and when my husband and I attempted to fix it at home but could not get the axle out. I called Gunner he knew who I was and let me know he would work with us on getting my car taken care of. These guys have been an absolute GOD SEND, they even fixed my bumper for which the other shop messed up. Gunner really has your best interest in mind and tries his best to work with your budget. I was in town for my fathers surgery when my tire went flat. I pulled into Precision Tune on Peters Creek Parkway and was immediately helped by courteous staff. While there, a lady brought in her truck for repairs and was concerned about returning to work on time. One of the staff told her not to worry that they would supply her a ride back to work. I was pretty impressed with their level of making sure their clients were cared for. I give this place 5 stars 😊

THEY MADE MY CAR A DEATH MOBILE.I had to do a last minute oil change and opted for their highest package. I’m now getting my brakes changed at my usual mechanic. This establishment stripped half my lugnuts and did not tell me. They also broke my oil cap. AVOID AT ALL RISK THEYLL MAKE YOUR CAR A DEATHMOBILE. I am extremely angry and will be calling their general manager. Avoid at all risk. They don’t care about your life. They’ll send you out in a car 10x more dangerous than you took in and not tell you. I’ve been driving my children in this car I cannot even verbalize how angry I am.

These guys are always great. Theyre at ease explaining whats going on with your vehicle (even going so far as to actually take me into the shop and physically show me what was up once). Pricing is fair, and if you need to hold off on part of a service due to cost, theyre always up front about what can wait, and what really shouldnt. Service is reasonably fast, and theres free wifi available.

Ok. So... My 2012 Jeep was leaking maddd oil. Thought it was going to be something serious. And I took it up to this place. First they thought it was also more serious, like timing belt gasket serious($360 serious). Once they actually got in it, they realized it was just a loose oil filter that was literally leaking out all my oil. And only charged me for the price of an oil change ($40) . Thanks Gunner:) you made me day! And saved my sad little wallet. Thanks for being honest and trustworthy. As a young woman who has never had an oil change, it was nice to have people who were so kind to me. Once I walked in, Dave at the front desk greeted me with a great big smile, and made me feel comfortable immediately. Darin, the mechanic who changed my oil was very friendly, and very informative. He was very patient and answered every question I had, especially as a first time car owner. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience, and will recommend them through and through to everyone, and this will become my go-to when I have any car troubles.

Ive been using this establishment for several years. Today I arrived at 7:45 to get my oil changed. I stood at the front door and waited in line when was the first person. while getting my paperwork done the manager came out and said that I was last and someone else was first. I have waited in my car several times at this establishment while other people stood in line and they were allowed to go first. But for some reason this time I was told to go to the back of the line. Where I come from if youre first in line you get served first. You are not allowed to wander off or wait somewhere else and then be first in line. I will no longer return to this establishment and I will let my friends and family know to no longer return to this establishment. I spent a lot of money at this establishment and its a shame theyre about to lose all my business.

Ive decided to go to this place because my boyfriend recommended it and I basically got ripped off I spent over $1,100 trying to fix my car there when my car broke down on the highway and they wanted to fix the oil pan gasket and also the valve cover gasket and it did need it so Im not complaining about that part but it didnt fix my problem so then they decided to do the sensors and the thermostat that didnt fix my problem also after that they wanted to fix my radiator okay if it fixes the problem why not that didnt fix the problem feel like they were just trying to rip me off and get as much money out of me as I can without actually fixing my freaking car I will never go back to them

Ive been a customer here for 5 years. I normally bring my work truck in for service as well. Today I was told the ladders would have to be off the truck in order for the lift to raise the truck without hitting the doors. Ive been in with the ladders many times and never had this problem as the ladders dont extend that far off the truck. I didnt have time for this today. Fortunately another garage down the street had no problems getting me serviced and will be getting my future business.

Ill admit, they were very friendly.I appreciated that.But they were not honest about the diagnosis of my car. My car was leaking coolant so I went in( Wednesday 5/3) to get it checked out. They informed me that I needed a new radiator, thermostat, and gasket and said that it would be about $708.Labor alone would have been $300+. I am a college student so of course I did not have that to spare.They alerted me that it was pouring out and that my radiator was crumbling so of course I was in panic mode. Since I couldnt afford that, I bought the parts myself and sought someone who could do the labor for a little cheaper. When I took my car in to get the radiator installed at a different location the other shop told me that my radiator was perfectly fine (took it out and showed it to me) but rather it was only my coolant reservoir that was leaking. I didnt even need to get a new radiator. Precision Tune didnt even tell me that my reservoir was leaking. It was not in the breakdown sheet that they gave me(And I looked several times to make sure). So I potentially would have have spent hundreds of dollars on something that I didnt even need and that still wouldnt have solved my problem. I probably would have had to come in another time and spent more money. If they were going to lie about the diagnosis I would have gone somewhere else. I am a young woman so maybe they felt it was OK to upcharge and try to scare me into getting it done. I dont know but I am very offended and disappointed in their lack of honesty.

They deserve no stars. They lie and convince you to buy stuff you dont need. They cant even give a proper alignment. Straight up crooks. Please dont bring your car here

Great place to get an oil change.

I recommend anyone who has an older model vehicle and has trouble with their engine light should report to a dealership for a diagnostic check. Their machine aint more advance than the dealership. It gave a wrong reading. So I wasted 80 dollars and had to pay the same amount towards another diagnostic check at the dealership.
