I needed an oil change & new windshield wipers and decided to stop by at Strickland Brothers. This was my first time using a quick lube, but after years of being Honda hustled, Toyota taken and even Suzuki swindled… I didn’t want to take my car to the dealership. I was tired of being taken advantage of & overcharged because I’m not a car expert.I was promptly greeted by Blake and offered a water. Travis & David took care of my car and explained everything they did, as well as the pros and cons of going with different services. At no point was I upsold or belittled. As a young woman (who knows little about cars), it’s important to me that I feel like I’m getting honest service and I got exactly that. The kind customer service was the cherry on top. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Went here today for an oil change and had a great experience! Excellent service (informative but not pushy), nice coupons for repeat service, clean facility, and quick oil change. Was able to sit in my vehicle during the service, made it easy to answer their questions about oil type, etc. I have also used them for my diesel Ford truck and they did a better job than the previous place (Ford’s own quick lane managed to forget to lube the replacement filter). Will continue going here for our oil changes!

These guys ROCK!! Literally. I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water and great customer service!! They have a great system there. They ask you what you need, roll the car to the service area, get your service done in the most professional and efficient way. They also do an inspection of the car and give their suggestions on their findings. Very pleased with the service.Thank you

I needed a high mileage oil change. This location is 5 minutes from my home. I was able to drive right up, have my oil changed and was out within 20 minutes. Both mechanics were very pleasant, and offered my son and I water to keep us cool. I will always take my vehicle to Strickland as we have always had positive experiences!

Service was good, but…. The Tech apparently spilled oil on the engine cross member when removing the filter and didn’t wipe it clean. After I got home I found oil drops on my carport floor. Some oil dry, and a towel to wipe clean the oil from beneath the engine and off the floor took care of the issue. I just wish the tech had paid more attention.

David and Blake were terrific. Changed oil in 10 minutes and showed me how yucky my air filter was. $10 off coupon and $5 off air filter...this was cheaper than the parts and oil. Nicest guys ever to change my oil. Awesome! Go here if you can.

Amazing service. Got through within 15 minutes, got amazing advice. They topped up my fluids, when other places have been asked to and havent. (Evidenced by how quiet my power steering sounds all of a sudden, even though others have been asked to look at specifically that.)They also may have possibly fixed the tiny oil leak Ive had forever, free of charge. No one could figure it out, its been about 2 and a half years now. Not entirely sure the gasket they changed was the leak, but it sure looked like it might have been the culprit.Didnt even have to leave the truck. Full on 5 stars.

Always such a great experience. In and out with 2 cars with an inspection on one in less than 30 minutes. Waiting room and bathrooms are spotless. Car bays are clutter free and easy to navigate when walking through. Knowledgeable staff tell it to you straight and give you different options so you can make an informed decision that fits into your budget. There is no better chain oil change business in my opinion.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection. Was told my wipers were bad and needed to be replaced prior to passing the inspection. I was told new wipers would be approximately $25 and I agreed to let them replace the wiper blades. They replaced the wipers and inspected my car. Then I get a bill for $74. They charged me $43 to change my wiper blades. I could have drove a mile and bought them for half that and easily put them on myself, had I not been lied to. I told them that the price was ridiculous. I paid the bill because that is the way I was raised but I will NOT be back!!

I was offered a bottle of water at arrival and the worker was very nice. I don’t know much about cars and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my service.

If you need your inspection done, go to Strickland. Their good. They gave me a bottle water and met me before I could get out the car. They had no line. It only took 15 minutes and they talk to you and make you feel at home.

Travis and his coworker helped me add air to my tires they were kind courteous and knowledgeable.

Everyone at Strickland Brothers in Stanleyville made our oil change process quick and professional. The procedures for safety and efficiency were evident and appreciated. I plan to continue to service my vehicles through Strickland Brothers at their numerous locations. One thing that I would like is for their online system to communicate to their different locations. When I’ve gone to different locations they have to ask for all my contact information again to get me in their system. It’s really minor but would make the experience more streamlined.

Ive gone 3 times now and everytime it is, an in and out the door service. They show you (literally on the oil dipstick) to prove they did their job, they dont hassle me to get the upgrade oil or bother me for unwanted services. I really appreciate that, I have a mechanic, but I dont go to him for an oil change, and its quicker than doing it in my garage by going here. Also, they honor a great military discount and Im paying into a local service, and supporting local jobs. So, go for yourself and check it out. I can say I feel confident in the oil changes, and expediency.

My wife & I stopped in for a oil change and this was the 1st time at this Facility. Wow, we were impressed with how good the service was. The manger was real good at looking at whole car. Found my air filter was bad off and gave me a good deal on a new one. I used to go to the same place in the King location but were going to this location on university pkwy..from now on.. there is a big difference in service.

Went the other day for the first time. Expected it to be like the other 10 minute oil change places around. But here they do not clean windshield, spray your door jams, or fill up your windshield cleaner resevoir. Kind of strange seeing as its 40 dollars for the cheapest oil change. Around the same price as the other places without the rest of the services.
