Stopped in this salon for a pedicure with no appt early today. Only 1 person working but I was in no hurry. When the next staff member came in she started my service quickly. She took her time completing my pedicure which was wonderful. I was very pleased with my service. The staff apologized for being short staffed due to a family funeral. The prices were very affordable. $40 for spa deluxe pedicure with sugar scrub and foot paraffin wax dip. I will return when I am in the area again. Thank you for quality work and friendly atmosphere. 👍😊.:-)

The owners were amazing, did a really awsome job on my nails, and we super friendly. The man told me a spaghetti joke while my nails were drying, his wife gave me m&ms and cookies, I recomend everyone to go there!!!!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I don’t even really want to write this but feel like i need to. I got my previous gel manicure and pedicure removed by them and that was a TERRIBLE idea. They didn’t remove the gel properly and filed It off.. leaving my nails sooo brittle that they hurt extremely bad. I also asked them to give me regular polish and they painted my nails outside the nail bed all on my skin and cuticle. It looked like they had never once done nails before. I was too embarrassed to Leave them like that and asked them to remove the paint. I paid for the service all thought it was horrendous and left promptly after. NEVER EVER go here.

I went with Angel Nails for the first time today for a girls day out. After researching online we decided to try Angel Nails. The service was awesome. We were greeted and offered something to drink and then we got started. It was one of the most relaxing pedicures Ive ever had. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back for a pedicure and will add a manicure.

I will never go anywhere else! They always take such great care of me, so I decided to bring my mother, who is in a wheelchair, for a pedicure. They were so helpful and gentle with her. Such an amazing experience with something that other places arent so considerate about. We will definitely be returning.

I went to this salon because it was the closes to my school and I dont know of any others, because Im from out of state. The staff in the salon are very friendly, but they have hard time managing their shop( only three techs work here). I soaked my feet for about 15 min in water before they started service. Then when the tech began he keep stopping and leaving to greet those walking in the shop. I also got a acrylic and within a week and half my nail is lifting up at the nail bed. great people but -poor service.

Arrived in NC and was in need to get my nails done. And was told this place was close. But I was not told how amazing the customer service would be. They took me right away and he did an amazing job and was treated with a musical solo💚💚💚💎💎

The staff was rude to begin with but became nicer the longer I was there. However, I went for a full set of acrylics and they look horrid. The wife of the man who does nails can’t do nails at all. The lady filed my skin causing it to bleed and then the male nail tech file over it and put glue on top for it to stop bleeding. They became busy very quickly with only one nail tech. No one was happy with their results and didn’t want to pay. I would not recommend anyone go here.

The staff members are wonderful. Always smiling and friendly. The guy messed up a little on one of my nails and apologized, fixed it and discounted the price. Other places Ive been to would act like it was my fault and not do anything to fix it. I will definitely be coming back to this place.

Staff is very friendly and prices are totally worth it!! They try to learn every guests name and remember their preferences. Very peaceful vibe and the owners will make sure they make some kind of personal connection with each guest.

I came into the salon today and asked for SNS. there were only two people were getting a service a pedicure and one nail.When I walked in the lady said may I help you I responded with yes maam I need SNS please. Her response was oh no Im to busy. She was very rude and lost business because of this.

This place does not deserve a single star. Sorry not sorry. The person doing my nails did not do his best job. He rushed the entire thing. And when I asked him to straighten my nails after filing them crooked he only made it worse. I also selected my color and the lady who polished my nails changed my chosen color to a gel polish and charged me an additional $10 when I didnt even ask for gel. It was a horrible experience. I wish I could post a picture of these nails. You wouldnt believe I paid $35 for them. Please save your money!

This is one of the best places Ive ever gotten my nails done. I came in pretty late and they were happy to have me. Complementary drinks and snacks. Some gifts. Very friendly people. They are a little overwhelming.

Mrs Kim and her husband makes this more like going to see friends than just a regular spa day.

This place is a waste of money. The lady (Kim) that done my nails cut me 3 different times while doing my nails. Then I asked for more clear coat & she had a bad attitude. My nail polish came off in no time. My nails ended up uneven. I see why there was only one other customer there during my visit. I will NEVER go back & I dont know how theyre still in business. One star is giving this place too much credit.

They were the nicest little couple but these are some people that just cant do nails. The drill was going all over the place the acrylic is very cheap. The nails arent even numbered there the nails you played with when u were a kid. Im sorry but I will never be back and most definitely do not recommend this place.

Employees are very friendly but they do not do nails good. One person did my pedicure and my toes had to be repainted three times. My sns looked so bad I had to get it redone the next day. Very nice people.

I went in for a cut and color. I keep my nails short but tech filed my nails down so much they look like I bite my nails off to the meat. The edges of some of my nails were not smooth/filed properly so the end of my nails were choppy when she started to polish them, she saw it and continued! Im sure it would have been left like that it I didnt ask her to fix it. Very very sloppy job. She painted my nails sloppyly, went back with a brush and acetone to clean up the edges, took off too much polish on a couple fingers then proceeded to touch up the places where too much polish was taken off. I was left with uneven layers of polish and a bad job all around. I will never go back.

Ask for Kim. She did an awesome and meticulous job with my acrylic fill and then polish on my toes. She takes an interest in her customers. Sometime it seemed her English was hesitant so be patient.

Ok so everyone was very nice but the man who did my nails had no idea what he was doing. I only needed a couple of tips but he packed so much uneven acrylic on my nails and under my nails, it is crazy uncomfortable, plus he cut my real nails with scissors, seriously! Who does that?!?

No stars would be more accurate!!! Awful! Just awful! Owner would not honor paid value of living social voucher toward a service. Although promotion had expired, Livingsocial always has an extended amount of time for which you can at least use the voucher for the amount you paid. My voucher clearly states the paid value ($8) is valid until October 2019. The owner was mean and rude, and probably did me a favor by being so terrible to me because it sounds like everyone else who has been there has had horrible experiences anyway. I cant imagine anyone would ever choose to return to such a horribly run place. They should definitely not be in business.

My best friend went in to get a full set because her husband had given her a gift certificate for Valentines Day. The elderly couple (owners) can not do nails. My friend had to keep stopping the man and making him fix things that he was just going to ignore and leave. The acrylic was horribly thick and uneven, the polish looked like a 1 year old had played with finger paint and when she dried her nails, it looked like she had needed a fill in for over a month. They kept telling her come back tomorrow and I fix it. She went in today because she wanted them done for a special event at church in the morning. She told them that she wanted her nails fixed tonight or her money back....they called the police on her because they were trying to close. Horrible horrible place! They only care about the money and not what kind of work they actually do for their customers. The man even told us when she had pointed out things he needed to fix before he moved on, that this is not what I do, I have another job, but sometimes my wife makes me come help. Hmmm, now that I think more about that comment, I have to wonder if he holds a current license or a license at all!

Had my nails done here last week. At first, everyone seemed very friendly and I had hoped to relax for an hour while having my nails done. Started to become nervous when the tech kept asking you like? every five minutes. She was really asking, is this good enough so I can move on to the other customers she was also working on during my service. I only had my toe nails repainted because I had just had a pedi and that was fine. I did pay to have a full gel manicure and originally the dremel (drill) was pulled out to remove my old polish. I did tell her that wasnt going to happen. Attitude is getting less friendly now but she does soak the old gel off. All she ever touched was my nails, nothing done to the skin on my hands, no cuticle soak. Nothing but poor shaping of my nails and gel. At the end she offer some hand cream to me and asked if I wanted some. I didnt have my glasses on (who would think I would need to keep checking a basic gel french mani?) She asked, light pink and white? I said OK, although I had clear on with white tips originally. I am a pretty low maintenance girl who is rarely dissatisfied. When I get back to my hotel I realize she has put light pick, VERY SPARKLY pink as the undercoat for my french manicure. The kind that would have been perfect if I was a three year old, not a professional woman over the age of forty. I thought I couldnt be any more annoyed, until less than a week later, the polish starts PEELING off! I paid the going rate for a gel polish so I wouldnt have to worry about my nails for at least two weeks. Dont even think about going here. I am so sorry I did. This is my first first complaint I have ever posted on a business.

They have to provide multiple “gifts” such as chocolate and gum to make up for their awful skills. I went to get SNS and picked a color. The lady didn’t get the color number right and it turned out horribly. She got it all over my skin and tried to get it off with one of her tools and ended up burning me. When I tried to say something about it being wrong she hushed me and said she wasn’t done yet. Next, my friend attempted to do SNS after me with the same lady bc she did us one at a time. AND she picked the wrong SNS color again but my friend was able to stop her before getting too far and just ask for a normal pedi, which turned out to be very messy. Not pleased at all and highly recommend not going there!!

Two times was more than enough for me to never return. Unethical practices told the lady from jump my nails was gel not just gel polish and instead of telling me the truth the first time that they didnt offer them she said sure sat me down and proceeded to mess my nails up. My positive is their on none Asian employee nail tech saving me twice! The last third time I had to return due to old gel polish to get my polished changed the lady cursed me in front of my 13 year old daughter! I dont recommend this place due to the owners unethical practices and lying about services! Yesterday wasnt pleasant and what made it worse was the one good nail tech had just filled my nails in the week before the owner jacked them up hurting me for the second time and leaving it on the one good person that works there to fix! I seriously hope she can find a better nail salon to work at!

If I could give no stars I would. Went there to get sns. they didnt have hardly any colors for sns. then they told me they could fill in my sns. per sns, they are suppose to remove the sns after each color. plus I noticed them charging move then their service and price sign. so I canceled getting the no price listed sns and got a regular Mani. they had my soak the sns for 40 mins(tried out my skin terribly). I took most of it off with a paper towel. then she used the machine on my real nails. made them so thin that they broke that night and are ruined. I saw them reuse pedi flip flops. I would recommend everyone avoiding this place.
