COVID at it highest these ppl don’t clean anything with sanizter she wanted to sick where a old got up

Had absolutely no idea how to do the dipPowder.. left the old powder on my nail added new powder and then a layer of acrylic. Would’ve appreciated if they advised they don’t do dip or that I had to wait for someone else who knew how to do the service. Just moved here from Miami and can’t seem to find any nail salon that does good dip powder. So disappointing!

Expensive. The quality of my nails was mediocre at best$60 for a set and they look like press on nails at best

This is the worse nail salon ever. Nails hurt, cuts on my cuticles, none of the nails are the same length or even. The shapes are messed up. The more I tried to get her to fix, the worse she made them. Then to top it off while I was washing my hands she told my 10 year old to tell me to get her eyebrows waxed. Still had to pay full price for garbage. Stay away from this salon

This was the WORST salon ive ever been to messed up my mom and i nails the shapes werent right to long and to short none where the same length and when we said something they said ok fix later and never did . The polish was a mess and never cleaned up around the nails it physically hurt to get our nails done here they were constantly cutting out fingers and cuticles area and when asked to wash our hands we were told no . I will NEVER go back and the salon should be shut down . And they still made us pay despite everything we told them. If i could give no stars I would.

Why is the gel polish gone from my niece nails after 2days? Is the polish old? I will not be returning to this salon ever again. The polish selection is trash. They did redo the nails although I really wanted a refund. .They didnt follow anything on that flyer. We wore our mask, she picked out her polish and sat down. I had my hand sanitizer on deck. They are not taking extra precautions during the Covid.

The lady who usually does my brows did my nails today and they looked awful. I usually go to Mike, and he never charges me over $30. I had to pay $40 for some uneven nails. This salon is really bad and I will not be returning.

My real lashes came out she put way too much glue on my lashes she didnt put it on correctly I told her I didnt like them she talk trash and told me she couldnt take them off Im seeking further action my eyes are swollen! And she damage my lashes

Love Mrs.Faye, she does my nails the way I want them without trying to change my mind like most nail shops, plus she’s the only person of color I’ve ran in too who does good work, she’s real, I love our combos and she has fair prices, My nails don’t lift like every other shop I’ve been to cause they just want to rush you and use less product on your nails. She don’t try to scam u out ur money just so u can pay more. I’m glad to give this woman of color my business. Now if u are in a rush u have to tell her that cause she will take her time but it’s not bad or over the top. Love her....

I went and asked for long he said it was $55 so i gave him $55 nd still walked out with short nails 🤦🏾‍♂️ i was very upset and the “freestyle” is unnecessary when i didn’t ask for it 😒 .

Mrs Fay did my nails just the way I wanted them... she took her time and did them with love. I cant wait to go back

My first experience was great so I decided to give them another try. I should have walked out when saw the guy who did my nails the first time wasnt there.Mike rushed the entire time and it definitely shows. When I didnt like how they looked and I asked him to put a design on them to make them look better. He caught an attitude with me. BUT when I sat down I told him I wanted art on them anyway!This is the first time that I Hate My Nails! They look like a nubby Throwbacks from the early 00s!UGH!!!!

Im new to the area and this shop is near my home so I gave them a shot. Two of my nails broke,only Four days after getting them done.They charged me for the repair because the nail tech who did my nails was off that day. I was told,if I wanted to come back the next day I could possibly have them repaired for free. The second time I got a fill in,two nails broke again. It was last Friday that I got a fill in and they broke last night (Wednesday)I went there today,and again was charged for repair,even though the nail tech who worked on my nails was present. I blame myself for the second visit because not only did two nails break the first time,but my Gel polish chipped on a few nails. Today I was standing by Tim,the tech who did my nails the second time,chatting with a customer about my opinion on the service I received (it was her first time there) I asked her what color she was getting because I liked it and she said she didnt know. I asked Tim the nail tech and he totally ignored me and I told him about the thin acrylic scam in theyre running . Purposely rushing and not fortifying the nails properly to prevent breakage. I will NOT be spending my money there again unless its to get my brows done. The lady tech was lovely, took her time and made my brows look great,thats why I give them a star,otherwise it was a 0 star experience.

Wait times are long because they usually only have one person working. Couldnt even take my 2 year old in the bathroom bc the nail tech was too lazy to go OUTSIDE and SMOKE! Dont know if I will return after this.

I had my nails done in Atlanta back in July 2021 they have lasted over a month. I come home to Winston-Salem and on 9/8/21 I go get nails done here. They look awful and nail came off the next day.just popped up not my fault. The polish is very old. I have air underneath. When I press the polish it feels like gum or still wet. They are very ugly. I will not go back. Very disappointed. I cant believe it. Its bad.

Get what you pay for! Rushed, no attention to detail. He didnt even paint the blunt ends of my nails but got up and went to smoke TWICE. Too bad because they were nice and my nails, other than the sloppy paint, look good. The lady that did my pedi was visibly annoyed when I told her I only wanted a basic pedi and not the $35 version.

I love every time I get to go and relax with the very friendly staff. They do a great job and the price is excellent, we love Tina tony.

The photos posted by Mrs.Faye she’s nice but this is the work my cousin received last night. I wish I could get a soak off once her hands heal.🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣ATTENTION🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣Also, the other guy that RUSHES EVERY TIME. DO NOT get in his chair. He almost cut me with scissors last night when I decided I wanted to wait for Mrs.Fay after my cousin was done but my nails were so sore from him being so rough and my skin burned. I will keep reposting this because they don’t deserve any stars. They do alright fill ins THAT IS IT. Do not go here I REPEAT DONT TRUST IT 🗣
